The circumstances of overseas construction market is developing into quite complicated and diversified trends. Construction circumstance is escaping from localization to the open competitions, and from developing countries focused to the resources developing countries. Thus, new strategies for order competitiveness improvement based on our know-hows are required to secure the order volumes. This study has analyzed domestic construction companies' order trends in overseas construction market, and proposed strategic plans through analyzing of Order Causes on overseas construction projects to improve the order competitiveness.

최근 사회 곳곳에서 크고 작은 사고들이 자주 발생하고 국민들의 안전에 대한 요구도가 점점 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 국민들의 문화관광 분야와 밀접한 관계가 있는 유기시설의 이용객이 점점 증가됨에 따라 유기시설로 인한 사고들이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 유기시설의 안전관리체계에 관한 개선방안을 제시하는 것이며, 목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 법령, 산업규모, 사고현황 등을 고찰하였다. 일련의 연구결과로부터 안전검사제도, 상해보상보험제도, 사고조사제도에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

This study aims to investigate perception of kindergarten directors regarding prerequisites for inclusive education and its improvement plans, and to establish basic data required for future implementation of inclusive education in kindergartens. This study was carried out oriented to 116 kindergarten directors and inquired into the differences in background characteristics of age, education level, operation career, major, special/inclusive education training and operation of inclusive classes, based on SPSS 1.5 for Window, independent sample t-test and Chi-square test. The research results of this study are as follows: Firstly, as for the perception of kindergarten directors as prerequisite of inclusive education, they show active supports for inclusive education and recognize that classes composed of the same age and same ability are the advisable forms of inclusive education. As for class operations, they perceive that inclusive classes based on small group activities and full inclusive classes are suitable. Moreover, as qualified teachers for inclusive classes, they manifest that teachers who completed special/inclusive education training are appropriate. Secondly, as for the perception of kindergarten directors regarding improvement plans for inclusive education, this study suggests that they prioritize the training operation regarding inclusive education oriented to general infants and parents. As for vitalization of inclusive education, they find that financial supports at the national level and administrative supports for facilities are indispensable.

Inmate's correctional and educational programs has contributed to reducing the recurrence of crimes so that the general citizens can be freer from crimes, playing the roles of crime prevention and shield for the society. This paper investigates satisfaction about entrepreneurship education of Inmate's because do questionnaire deduce problem and presented improvement plans. Improvement plans on entrepreneurship education of Inmate's are presented: 1. Enforcement of entrepreneurship education about definite education subject person, 2. Education enforcement by special quality of education subject person, 3. Increase of entrepreneurship education process, 4. Released convict settled successfully in society. real entrepreneurship speaker practical use etc.

연구목적: 터널구조물 유지관리계측의 현장점검 결과를 분석하여 개선방안을 제시한다. 연구방법: 도심지에서 건설되고 있는 서울지하철◯호선 14개 공구의 터널구조물을 대상으로 유지관리계측에 대한 다양한 항목의 문제점을 조사하고 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 유지관리 계측 항목과 계측수량 및 설치위치는 개착터널과 굴착터널로 구분하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 계측기기의 내구연한은 각종 기준을 검토하였고, 내구성 확인방법은 계측센서의 승인 및 검수, 검사 및 시험, 검정 및 교정 등의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 결론: 터널구조물 유지관리계측의 개선방안을 건설현장에 적용하면 유지관리계측의 효율성이 증대되고 건설계측 기술발전에 기여할 것이다.

Today, the amount of energy consumption in the university campuses is huge. The effort for the energy consumption reduction in university campuses is certainly needed by the following reason; first, contribution to the greenhouse gas discharge reduction demand. Second, energy cost reduction in university campus. Third, contribution to the improvement of the social awareness as the maximum higher educational institutions. The energy consumption analysis of current situation has to be executed for the energy consumption reduction in university campus. The energy reduction possibility in which it exists in university campuses can be understood through the energy consumption analysis. And the application is possible as fundamental data of the policy establishment for the effective energy reduction in university campuses. Especially, the best way to reduce the energy consumption in university campuses that is the energy consumption reduction of buildings. Accordingly, this study derived the plans for improving the performance of energy in the university building by analyzing case study, so this study analyzed the performance of energy for the university building through VE, a program for the analysis of building energy. Based on this result, this study classified the plans improving the efficiency of energy in university building into the plan for passive control and active control respectively, and suggested some concrete plans, and finally evaluated the performance of decreasing energy consumption for each plan.

This study tried to suggest a systematic improvement plan to prepare a civil safety insurance operation and management system by reviewing the operation and management status of civil safety insurance, which is operated and managed by each local government autonomously. In this study, the problems of the current civil safety insurance were analyzed by dividing them into the lack of systematic management of insurance items, overlapping coverage between insurance items, and deviations in compensation limits. As a systematic improvement plan, it was suggested to secure the systemic management of guarantee items, standardize compensation standards, prepare an integrated operation and management system, and provide financial support for local governments with poor financial independence. Since the problems and improvement plans for the civil safety insurance analyzed as described above are formed by exchanging and receiving a complex mutual influence, the institutional improvement plan for the operation and management system of the civil safety insurance is not only a specific part of the study, but also comprehensively current citizens. Based on the results derived from the analysis of safety insurance, it is concluded that alternatives must be found.
