  • 소프트웨어 테스트는 소프트웨어 개발 과정에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 현재 많은 조직들이 테스트 성숙도를 높이기 위한 노력을 진행하고 있다. 그 중에서 일리노이공대의 TMM(Test Maturity Model)이 대표적이라고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 TMM은 바로 테스트 성숙수준을 측정하는데 문제가 있다. 그래서 TMM과 테스트 프로세스를 향상시킬 수 있는 TPI(Test Process Improvement) 모델을 통해, 우리는 Enhanced-TMM에 테스트 속성과 성숙도 상호관련 매트릭스를 사용한 테스트 성숙수준 측정 방법을 구체적으로 제안하고자 한다.

  • The productivity and quality are most challenging problems facing all companies. This paper presents a process improvement of the SMPS(switching mode power supply) assembly line through elimination of unnecessary operations, a proper factory layout, motion study, and line balancing techniques. The proposed assembly line increases the productivity by 23.9%, and decrease the proportion of nonconforming items by 48.9%.

  • The most product is manufactured by mould in usual life. From drawing to manufacturing is to be automatically. But inspection is handwork usually. An alternative idea of this problem is reverse engineering. In this study, press forming is measured by 3D non-contact coordinate measuring machine and problem will be analyzed by comparing with 3D data Through the study, it will achieve improvement of press mould process.

  • The etch characteristics of E-ICP and ICP are compared for the improvement of SiO$_2$ etch Process. Etch rate and etch pattern profile are measured by $\alpha$ -step surface profiler and SEM, respectively. The E-ICP provides improved characteristics on etch rate and surface profile in comparison to ICP process.

  • Since 1996, like other countries the PSM(Process Safety Management) System has been applied into chemical plant in Korea in accordance with the Occupational Safety & Health Law section 49 paragraph 2.   • 본 연구는 제조 부문과 서비스 부문 간의 서로 다른 6시그마 프로젝트에 대해 분석하였으며 각 부문 별 8편씩 실제 프로젝트 사례를 바탕으로 서술하였다. 서술 단계는 6시그마 기법 중 DMAIC 방법을 기본으로 하였으며 최근 6시그마를 도입하고 있는 서비스 부문에 대해 제조 부문과의 차이점을 분석하여 향후 서비스 부문이 6시그마 도입하는 과정에서 문제점과 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the geometric accuracy, most of studies have been concentrated on the analysis of the geometric error, or a control path of grinding using the value of measured geometric error. In this paper, by using the value of measured motor current through hall sensor, detection of the geometric error have been accomplished, and in-process control path of grinding for improvement geometric accuracy, too.

In this study, we will present plan to improve productivity and quality through effective BIM operation. And we will present improvement plan after deduce existing process's problem.

  • 6 sigma movement is the most prominent quality improvement methodology in practice. Measurement plays an important role in helping any organization improve quality. Therefore, the measurement systems analysis is the first step for the quality improvement of manufacturing process in 6 sigma movement. In this study, we investigate the effect of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility(Gage R&R) in view of defect rate and process capability indices, and provide guidelines for acceptance of gage repeatability and reproducibility(%R&R) for six sigma quality.
