초등학교 6학년 성취도평가 문항에 나타난 성차의 원인 분석 (The Analysis of Cause of Gender Gap in Items of 6th Grade National Assessment of Educational Achievement)

  • 본 연구는 초동학교 6학년 국가수준 학업성취도평가에서 남녀간 성차가 두드러진 문항에 대한 심층 분석 연구이다. 국가단위 시험에서 남녀 간에 차이가 큰 문항들을 선택하고, 이러한 문항에서 어떤 수학 내적 원인이 성차를 유발하였는지 분석한다. 이러한 분석을 용이하게 하기 위해 지난 8년간의 성취도평가 문항 중에서 남녀 차가 현저한 문항들을 선택하고, 이러한 문항에 대한 문항 개념도를 작성한다. 문항 개념도를 바탕으로 본검사 문항을 개발하고 검사를 실시한다. 검사 결과를 분석하여 국가수준 학업성취도평가에서 남녀 차가 발생한 원인을 수학적인 관점에서 분석하고 그 결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 초등학교 수학 교수-학습 및 교과서 개발에 유의미한 방향을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.

병원급식서비스의 질 인식에 대한 입원환자와 종사자간 괴리 분석 (A Gap Analysis between Inpatients' and Personnel's Perception of Hospital Foodservice Quality)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the gap between foodservice personnel and inpatients, to urge foodservice providers to reconsider by identifying the problems in service delivery for customer satisfaction, and to deduce the priority for foodservice quality improvement. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : the average perception score of personnel (4.32 out of 5) was higher than that of customers (3.90). In particular, the customers' perceptions of 17 attributes, which included 'removal service of tray by foodservice personnel', 'nutrition and health-related information service', 'handling inpatient's complaint ASAP', 'delicious meals' and 'salty enough meals' and so on, was significantly lower than personnel's. Both service providers and customers perceived that 'personnel attitude' was the highest and 'meal quality' was the lowest among the 4 factors, but there was significant difference on 'meal quality'(p < .001), 'customer reception' (p < .001) and 'personnel attitude' (p < .05) between the two groups. As a results of quadrant analysis, 'removal service of tray by foodservice personnel', 'handling inpatient's complaints ASAP' and 'meal service according to doctor's orders were categorized into Quadrant A with meaning of high personnel's perceptions and low customers'. Therefore service providers have to perceive the gap between the two viewpoints and grant priority to these attributes in improving foodservice qualify. 학교급식소 조리종사원 담당 위생관리항목에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis about Sanitation Management Items Performed by School Food service Workers)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the gap in perceived importance-performance between dietitians and food service workers regarding school food service sanitation and to analyze items that should be given priority for improvement. Data were collected by 440 food service workers and 71 dietitians in Gyeongbuk province. All statistical analyses were conducted using the SAS package program (version 8.2 for Windows) for descriptive analysis, t-test, and importance-performance analysis (IPA). According to the performance analysis, there were significant differences between dietitians and food service workers in 18 out of the 20 items. In all of 18 items, the evaluated performance scores according to the food service workers were higher than those of the dietitians. In addition, the results of IPA confirmed the following areas as improvement priorities: proper hand washing of food service workers, cleanliness of trays and utensils, monitoring of temperature of refrigerated/frozen foods and quality of the food materials during inspection, proper washing and disinfection of raw vegetables and fruits and maintenance of CCP records, and control of food holding temperature and methods. In conclusion, dietitians should perform education about sanitation management items that have low perceived importance and should make a plan to improve sanitation management after understanding the gap in perceived importance-performance between dietitians and food service workers.

Analysis of the luminous efficacy improvement in Full HD ac Plasma Display Panel

  • We analyzed the effect of cell resolution on the luminous efficacy through three-dimensional numerical simulation to understand the inherent discharge mechanism change in the plasma display panel. As the resolution increases from VGA to Full HD, the luminous efficacy decreases. With higher Xe content, VUV generation efficacy of Full HD becomes much lower than those of VGA or XGA cells, due to the increased plasma loss and lower electron heating. However a long electrode gap $140{\mu}m$ in Full HD cell with Ne-Xe [20%] results in the high luminous efficacy comparable to that of the XGA cell with $60{\mu}m$ gap. When comparing the effects of Xe content variation on the luminous efficacy of two different subpixel types, i. e., SDE (Segmented electrode in Delta color arrayed, Enclosed subpixel) [1] and conventional stripe barrier type in the XGA and Full HD cells, the luminous efficacy of SDE structure shows higher improvement in Full HD resolution compared with that of conventional type XGA cell, whose cause is identified as the reduced plasma loss.

대학 도서관 서비스 품질요인에 대한 인식차이 분석 (Perception Gap Analysis on Service Quality Factors of Academic Libraries)

  • 대학 도서관의 지식문헌정보서비스는 대학 교육 및 교수의 연구를 지원하는 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이에 따라, 서비스 품질요소를 계층적 관점에서 정의하고 이들의 중요성을 분석함으로써 대학 도서관의 서비스를 개선하기 위한 연구들이 선행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존 연구들은 서비스 품질을 구성하는 하위요소들 간의 상호 영향관계, 그리고 서비스 이용자와 제공자 두 집단간의 서비스 품질요인에 대한 인식차를 파악하여 서비스를 개선하는 측면에서는 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 SERVQUAL의 관점을 바탕으로 도서관 서비스를 구성하는 서비스 품질요소 간 상관관계를 네트워크 모델로 도출하고, Analytic Network Process를 활용하여 서비스 이용자와 제공자 집단간의 서비스 품질요소에 대한 인식차이를 도출, 분석하였다. 그 결과 제공자는 요소들을 비교적 균일하게 중요하게 인식하지만 이용자는 특정 몇 가지 요소들을 중요하게 인식하는 것을 확인하였다. 도서관 서비스 품질요소들간의 상관관계와 집단간의 인식차이를 파악하는 본 연구의 접근방법은 추후 대학 도서관의 지식문헌서비스 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 코로나19로 인하여 개학연기부터 장기화된 온라인 원격수업으로 학습 손실과 교육격차에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되었으며, 대부분 교육격차 현상에 대한 연구가 주를 이루었다. 향후 이와 같은 팬데믹 상황이 온다면, 교육격차 해소를 위한 근본적인 정책이 필요하다. 근본적인 해결책은 교육격차 현상에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 그 현상의 이면의 구조를 파악해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 구조주의 관점에서 코로나19로 인한 교육격차를 시스템사고의 원형으로 모델링하고 그 구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 그리고 기존의 교육격차 해소를 위한 정책들로 발생한 의도하지 않은 결과를 살펴보았다. 향후 유사한 재난상황에 대응하기 위해 본 연구의 구조를 기반으로 디지털 격차해소를 위한 정책, 기초학력 지원, 원격수업에 대한 품질 향상, 자기주도 학습에 대해 논의하였다.

대·중소기업 생산성 혁신 파트너십 사업 성과분석 연구 (A Study of Performance Analysis for the Productivity Innovation Partnership Program)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the productivity innovation partnership program and propose the method for improvement. We investigated 90 companies which are sub-contractors of Samsung Electronics, LG electronics, POSCO and so on. Methods: We developed and carried out a survey and analyzed the results of the program. The interviews are also performed. Results: This study shows that the partnership program is a effective method for improving quality and productivity of sub-contractors and it is necessary to extend coverage of this program. Conclusion: We suggested some improvement points of the partnership program and they are to be applied in the next year. The results show that the suggestion is helpful and valuable.

고밀도 광 디스크용 가동자석형 구동기의 자기회로특성 개선 (Improvement of Magnetic Circuit Characteristics for Moving Magnet Type Actuator in High Density Optical Disc)

  • A moving-magnet type pickup actuator is proposed, which has the back-yoke to improve th sensitivity. Through the magnetic path analysis, we can find that the flux density is increased i the air gap by the pole assignment of magnet and the adding of back-yoke can reduce the flu leakage and induce 40% up of flux density. Experimental results show that the sensitivity i improved in the tracking direction, however, the improvement doesn't occur in the focusing direction. Finally, the compensation performance is tested in HD-DVD system. And it is verifie that the actuator can compensate the disc tilt of ${\pm}$0.7$^{\circ}$.

Stability improvement for response attenuation of bridge columns with one dimensional meta-material based isolation systems

  • The concept of meta-material-based isolation systems (MMIS) for structural columns has been revisited in the present study in order to enhance the stability of rubber pads by using steel shim reinforced rubber (SSRR) layers. Analytical calculations have shown a significant improvement in the stability of MMIS with SSRR pads. Finite element analysis has also been conducted to further show the reduced response of a bridge with the modified MMIS under excitations having frequencies within the corresponding attenuation zone (AZ) as compared to the response of a conventional bridge without MMIS. FE analysis further shows the stress generated on the bridge with MMIS systems are within safe limits. Finally, a generalized procedure has been developed to design bridge columns with the proposed modified MMIS.

튜브 프레팅마멸 분석을 위한 미끄럼변위 해석방법 개선 (Improvement of Slip Displacement Evaluation for the Analysis of Tube Fretting Wear)

  • Fundamentally, slip displacement should be known to solve the problem related to the fretting wear. For this, methods for measuring the slip displacement range in the contact surface of the tube and the supports were introduced and analyzed in this study. Also the increment of the slip displacement during a cycle was calculated using the revised formulas. As a result, the slip displacement newly evaluated was much higher ($7{\sim}50$ times) than that previously evaluated especially in the case of the gap existence. This enables to explain the severe wear found when there was a gap between the tube and the supports.
