This paper has examined the current status of Korea's welfare policy and asserts the necessity of artist classification by types of employment, dividing them into those who have irregular jobs and those who are in permanent positions, focusing on filmmakers. Furthermore, it has looked into the certification policy for artist welfare support that is currently in action. In conclusion, this paper discusses the certification and suggests implementation methods for "Artist Welfare Card" in expectation of future activation of Artist Welfare Support Project.

In order to align the shaft, the dialgauge method has used as a means of solution until now. The method using a dialgauge require a great deal of labour and money due to making by hand, the accurate alignmentis not up to the expectation. For aligning the shaft, all the rotor must come to accord. It means that the moment of the point of coupling must keep being "Zero". The ideal measurement method as to material on the zero is used by straingauge which can gauge the moment at any point of the shaft. Also, the dialgauge method cannot be compared with straingauge measurement method, form the viewpoint, which can gauge in short time.hort time.

Objective : There was an improvement in a patient with psoriasis following the intake of Hoeyeok-tang for 317 days. By analyzing these cases, we reviewed the use of Hoeyeok-tang in skin diseases and attempted to interpret the related Shanghanlun articles. Methods : The diagnostic process was analyzed according to the disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on the Shanghanlun provisions. The progression of psoriasis, which was addressed, was assessed using the PASI score. Results : The patient was diagnosed with Soeum-byung 324, and the PASI score decreased from 13.6 to 0.4 after the intake of Hoeyeok-tang for 317 days. The patient's compliance and expectation from treatment were good, and no specific adverse effect was identified. Conclusions : This study suggests the clinical use of Hoeyeok-tang in psoriasis based on Shanghanlun.

Recently,manufacturing work been transformed to small acale production from with various items to act up to user's expectation from mass production with a little items required in the past. The FMS using NC type mother machinaries has been applied actively also in domestic manufacturing line to meet thus tendancy, but there are many machining troubles occured in work process not be settled yet. Nowdays high efficiency has been required no less than high precision in grinding work for the improvement of productivity. In this study, to represent more advanced FMS can be adapted to thus situation In-process type monitoring method using AE and Current sensors is suggested to investigatethe machining condition in grinding process. As results from this experimental study, is is recoqnized well that grinding conditions and dressing point of in time can be estimated effectively using monitoring method suggested. Furthermore, surface shape of grinding wheel on voluntary point of in time can be predicted indirectly through the observation and comparison of AE signal waveform obtained as performance of continuous dressing work.

Industrial management can be achieved in the improvement of productivities and goods qualities, only copy with international competition through technological renovation, This compels the renewal and augment of production equipments, for which more investment has to be projected. Equipment investment, However, has the possibility of assuring the expectation of profit, but the capricious reality of economical situation caused by inflation requires the precedent study of exmining, analyzing and assaying the effect of equipment investment for a long term. The resolution must depend on a technique of what is called engineering economy, which scrutinizes some samples of investment analysis under price fluctuations, which designates through a method of direct calculation that the only less scale of primal investment never bestows wider profit, and recognizes what contribution engineering economy has to the decision making of management.

The Advanced Pressurized rater Reactor 1400(APR1400) system is advanced of the successful Korean Nuclear Power Plants(KSNP) design which meets functional needs for safety enhancement reliability improvement, and control in the human-computer monitoring system. Therefore this paper describes the scoring model in order to justify the reliability and safety in APR 1400 under uncertainty. The structure of this paper consists of the human engineering, risk safety, quality function, safety organization management factors of the qualitative factors in chapter 2, and the expectation results of the normalized scoring model in chapter 3. Finally, the proposed reliability model have provided the technical flexibility not only for functional control fields but also for accidents protection systems in APR 1400 under uncertainty.

The purpose of the research is (1) to identify the usage of Quick Response technologies (QRT) by apparel retailers and the improvement of store attributes by QRT, and (2) to test a conceptual model which examines Consumer Satisfaction(CS) with apparel retail stores. A convenience sample of 32 retailers and 200 apparel consumers participated in the survey research. The most used technology is sales captured at the item level and the store attribute most improved by QRT is fast turnaround of goods. Disconfirmation(DC) (i.e., QRT based, non-QRT based attributes) had significant effects on CS with apparel retail stores. DC of QRT based attributes (e.g. reduced stockout) have more influence on CS than DC of non-QRT based attributes (e.g., location of store).
