현대사회는 선천적 장애인은 물론 교통사고 산업재해와 같은 다양한 요인에 의한 후천적 장애인이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한, 경제성장과 세계화에 의해 장애인의 공항이용률도 매년 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 때문에 공항을 이용하는 장애인을 위한 편의시설의 질적 양적인 확충이 더욱 요구되어 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공시설물인 공항의 장애인편의시설에 대한 현황조사와 사용 실태조사 및 만족도 조사를 통해 전국공항의 장애인을 위한 시설개선과 공항이용자들의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The life of modern society is going to be more scientific and rationalized. According to these trends, our dietary life was also dramatically changed. Family restaurants grew up by 30% every year was became the place of meeting and relaxation from the place of selling and eating. These demands request to improve an atmosphere, a facility and a service in family restaurants. The objective of the present study is to investigate the effect of the gap of service in family restaurant on customer loyalty based on Oliver's gap theory. These results could be contributed to make the strategy of marketing in family restaurants. The purpose of this study in detail is as below. First, it is determined the difference of its expectation and its outcome regarding on the family restaurant service. Second, it is investigated the relationship of the gap of family restaurant with customer satisfaction. The suggestions of the present study are as below. First, it is necessary to get a novel CI strategy to clean the environment of restaurant and to induce the customer desires for young females as a dominant customers. Second, it is need to improve the interior of restaurant and to develop foods for optimal dietary environments. Third, based on the customer loyalty of the present study, customer satisfaction belongs to optimal dietary environment and utilization, whereas the negative gap of service is commercial dietary goods and employee's service. Therefore, the continuous loyalty along with personal satisfaction intends to improve the maximized atmosphere and utilization on use. The main strategy of marketing could be focused on the improvement of commercial dietary goods and utilization for the satisfaction and demands of customers.

'교구로봇' 교육은 영재교육과 경진대회를 통하여 초등학생과, 학부모, 교사에게 기대와 인식이 매우 보편화 되었으며, 창의성과 통섭교육에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 초등학교 방과후 학교의 로봇교육은 더욱 증가할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 방과후 로봇 교실 운영에 대한 초등현장의 교구로봇 교실 운영 실태조사가 이루어지지 않고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지도교사 양성이나 체계적인 프로그램 운영 관리가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 지역별, 지역단위별, 공 사립별, 학급수별에 따른 초등학교의 방과 후 '교구로봇' 교실의 운영실태 및 담당 지도교사의 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 파악하고 보다 바람직하고 효율적인 방향으로 방과후학교 로봇 교실이 정착될 수 있도록 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면 지역별, 지역단위별, 학급수에 따른 '로봇교실'의 실시현황은 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 수업을 운영함에 있어 가장 큰 문제는 반편성 방법에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 방과후학교 수업을 통하여 기대하는 효과에 대하여 지도교사들은 사교육비 절감 및 창의력 향상을 가장 기대하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 그라피티(Graffiti)를 동두천 구시가지에 적용하여 도시를 재생시키고, 더 나아가 그것을 도시의 정체성으로 연결시키는 도시 문화콘텐츠 융합 디자인 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 연구를 위해 세 가지 방법을 이용하였다. 먼저 동두천의 정체성 배경과 문화자산을 조사해보고 정체성이 잘 드러나는 장소를 분석하였으며 그리고 관내 대학을 다니는 대학생들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 조사 결과, 도시 정체성 강화 방안으로서 그라피티 활용에 대한 긍정적 반응을 얻었다. 동두천에 미군이 주둔하면서 만들어진 이국적 이미지는 도시의 정체성을 결정짓는 중요한 요인으로 평가된다. 락 페스티벌은 미군 주둔에 따른 문화적 영향으로 자리를 잡게 된 동두천의 대표적인 문화자산으로서 도시 정체성을 결정짓는 요소 중 하나이다. 이러한 문화자산과 자연스럽게 어울리고 도시 정체성을 더욱 강화할 수 있는 요소로서 그라피티라는 시각문화가 제시되었다. 연구 결과에서는 동두천시의 정체성 변화와 도시재생 효과, 그리고 무공해 문화 창조의 도시 이미지 부각 효과를 기대하면서 그라피티를 활용하는 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine losely how the Rococo style, which reached its summit in the history of French furniture, was realized in its social background and mode of life. Based ion this examination , this study will explore desirable directions for developing our domestic furniture design. For this purpose , existing literature will be referred to and analyzed to arrange into a new system. Rococo furniture style was the product of joyous and aristocratic living . This was based upon the historical development of French interior design, established by the national mode of Versailles Palace. Hereafter, royal style came into fashion paralleled with the luxuries of the court. Pursuit of new , interesting or beyond-expectation fashions encouraged the creation of new and imaginative forms and designs . The elegnant taste of customers, the new techniques of furniture manufacturing , and the unique sales strategies of merchants were social phenomena which contributed to the development of Rococo furniture. Furthermore , Louis XV`s private and personal life led to society`s pursut of comfortable and convenient living . Under these circumstances, small and cozy rooms for various uses came into the interior. Accordingly, the scales of furniture became smaller and any types of furniture with their own uses and feminine nature were manufactured , especially by the bnistes. Rococo furniture with fmine beanty and refined line, beatifil proportion and elegant sculpture, and solidity and clarity in general , is not only furniture for the use of man, but also furniture in harmony with man. As we see the stages of development and the characteristics of Rococo furniture, development of Korean furniture is a common task which can be accomplished through the participation of the designer, manufacturer, seller and consumer. Based on this co-operation , the furniture industry must make an improvement in furmture design, lestablish a permanent store in which new works are displayed. publicize activities and sales, promote exhibitions and seminars, and encourage technical development through the government and other interested organizations.

Innovation fuels organizations evolving them to withstand rapid changes in markets and challenges from competition. While diversified concepts of innovation are examined, a generic framework for managing organizational innovation is established to portray the notion in a methodical approach. Substantiation of the determinants for organizational innovation is carried out in order to examine the framework against the practical situation. Subsequently, expectations and actual accomplishments of the determinants for organizational innovation from the industry are determined so as to understand the industrial view towards the framework. This paper summarizes the empirical findings of a survey of organizational innovation with a sample of 208 electronic and electrical manufacturing companies in the Greater Pearl River Delta (GPRD), China. On one hand, the survey findings confirm the readiness of the generic framework from the practical perspective of the industry. On the other hand, rankings are obtained for the expected importance and company accomplishment of the determinants for organizational innovation, namely in the areas of management leadership and commitment, employee capability and attitude and strategy development for innovation. The improvement area is also verified by the shortcomings of the expectation in comparison to the company accomplishment in each determinant. Meanwhile, it is believed that a directional attitude towards the determinants can facilitate the accomplishment of the determinants of organizational innovation. Further results will be generated from a more in-depth analysis of variables. The confirmed framework will be further developed into an assessment system for organizational innovation with the support of best practices in each determinant.

IT security service provides customers with the capability of protecting the networked information asset and infrastructures, and the scope of security service is expanding from a technology-intensive task to a comprehensive protection system for IT environment. To improve the quality of this service, a research model which help assess the quality is required. Several research models have been proposed and used in various service areas, but few cases are found for IT security service. In this work, a research model for the IT security quality has been proposed, based on research models such as SERVQUAL and E-S-QUAL. With the proposed model, factors which affect the service quality and the best quality measure have been identified. And the feasibility of using quantitative measures for quality has been examined. For analysis, structural equation modeling and various statistical methods such as principal component analysis were used. The result shows that satisfaction is the most significant measure affected by the proposed quality factors. Two quality factors, fulfillment and empathy, are the main determinants of the service quality. This leads to a strategy of quality improvement based on factors of emotion and perception, not of technology. The quantitative measures are considered as promising alternative measures, when combined with other measures. In order to design reliable quantitative measures, more work should be done on target processing time and users' expectation. It is hoped that work of this research will provide efficient tools and methods to improve the quality of IT security service and help future research works for other IT service areas.

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for improvement of mathematics textbook based on discursive approach to textbook analysis that complementarily combines a communicational approach to cognition and social semiotics. For this purpose, we reconstructed an analytic framework for discursive approach to written discourses of Korean textbook and CMP, and applied it to our analysis. Results show that several characteristics in meanings were developed by the use of words and visual mediators. First, in the case of ideational meaning, there were qualitative and quantitative differences between vocabularies used and between information addressed by visual mediators. Second, in the case of structural meaning, an offer and application of procedure was emphasized in a Korean textbook, whereas expectation and selection experiences of diverse possibilities for problem solving was underlined in CMP. In the case interpersonal meaning of student-author, imperative instructions were paid attentions in a Korean textbook. In contrast, students' interdependence and active participation were stressed in CMP. Therefore, this study addressed ideas about how to analyze mathematics textbooks based on integrated meanings developed by the use of words and visual mediators. In addition, it distributes implications for improvements of Korean mathematics textbooks through the analytic framework of both mathematical meanings and interpersonal meanings of student-author.

정보보안은 IT 운영프로세스로 시작하여 지금은 정보기술의 중요한 문제로 인식되면서 각 국제단체에서 개념을 새롭게 규정하고 있다. 정보보안 자체가 IT기술들의 새로운 조합으로 하나의 기술 집합이고 기술영역이다. 많은 공공부문에서 IT 아웃소싱이 일반화되면서 SLA(Service Level Agreement)를 도입하여 IT서비스 수준에 대해 평가를 한다. 정보보안 영역에서 SLA 성과지표 도출과 선정에 대한 많은 연구는 진행되었지만, 성과지표의 서비스 수준 평가, 성과체계에 대한 적용방안은 찾기 어렵다. 이 논문은 공공부문을 기반으로 하는 정보보안 성과지표의 서비스 평가 체계와 보상 규정이 포함된 성과체계 적용에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 특정 공공부문의 환경과 특성을 고려한 성과지표의 기대치와 목표치를 정의하는 기준과 보상(인센티브·페널티) 규정을 제시하고 적절한 SLA 비용을 정의한다.
