IT기술의 발달로 SW 중요성이 높아짐에 따라서 대학졸업자들의 프로그래밍 능력에 대한 산업체 요구가 점점 높아지고 있다. 그 결과로, 시스템 위주의 전자공학 전공 교과목에서도 프로그래밍이 이미 많은 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 컴퓨터 실습실과 같은 교육환경은 상당히 개선되었고, 교수들이 강의의 질 및 교육 결과를 향상시키고자 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만, 여전히 프로그래밍 교육에 대한 사회 및 산업체의 요구를 만족시키지 못하는 것도 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 한국기술교육대학교 전기전자통신공학부 전자전공에서 이루어지고 있는 프로그래밍 교육 현황을 소개하고, 프로그래밍 교육의 근간이 되는 1학년 대상 프로그래밍 언어 교육에 대한 문제점을 학생, 교재, 담당교수, 수강학생수 그리고 수업시간 면에서 고찰 한 후, 개선방안을 제안한다.

Recently construction work in Korea, demands of favorable condition ground had been increased with industrialization acceleration and economic growth. However, because of limited land space, it was so hard to ensure favorable condition grounds that construction work proceeds until soft ground area on plans of road, railroad and industrial complex. In this case, soft ground improvement was required such as a stone column method. Stone column method, making a compaction pile using crushed stone, is a soft ground improvement method. However, stone column method is difficult to apply to the ground which is not mobilized enough lateral confine pressure because no bulging failure resistance. Hence, in present study, evaluates the stone columns reinforced by geogrid for settlement reduction and wide range of application of stone columns. Triaxial compression tests were conducted for evaluation which is about behavior characteristics of stone column on replacement rate. Then, 3-dimensional numerical analysis were conducted for application of stone column reinforced by geogrid as evaluate behavior characteristics and settlement reduction effect of stone column reinforced by geogrid on reinforcing depth change of geogrid.

센서 시스템의 아날로그-디지털 변환기(ADC: analog-to-digital converter)에서는 높은 해상도, 낮은 전력 소모, 높은 신호 대역폭이 요구된다. 시그마-델타 ADC는 높은 차수 구조와 높은 오버샘플링 비를 통해 고해상도를 얻을 수 있으나 전력 소모가 높고 신호 대역폭이 낮다. 연속 근사 레지스터(SAR: successive-approximation-register) ADC의 경우 저전력 동작이 가능하나 공정상 부정합으로 인해 해상도에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위한 ADC 구조 개선에 대해 살펴본다.

Earthquake excitations may induce important amount of seismic energy into structures. Current design philosophy mainly deals with the plastic deformations of replaceable energy dissipating devices rather than damages accumulated on structural members. Since earthquake damage is substantially concentrated on these devices they could be replaced after severe earthquakes. In this study, the efficiency of steel cushion (SC) on seismic improvement of a vulnerable reinforced concrete (RC) frame is determined by means of several numerical simulations. The cyclic shear behaviors of SCs were determined by performing quasi-static tests. The test results were the main basis of the theoretical model of SCs which were used in the numerical analysis. These analyses were performed on three types of RC frames namely bare frame (BF), full-braced frame (F-BF) and semi-braced frame (S-BF). According to analysis results; implementation of SCs has considerable effects in reducing the storey shear forces and storey drifts. Moreover plastic energy demands of structural elements were reduced which indicates a significant improvement in seismic behavior of the RC frame preventing damage accumulation on structural elements. Full-braced frame having SCs with the thickness of 25 mm has better performance than semi-braced frame interms of energy dissipation. However, global energy dissipation demand of S-BF and F-BF having SCs with the thickness of 18 mm are almost similar.

Purpose - Korean traditional markets are falling behind the times, because they have not met the demands of social changes including: an overall improvement in standards of living, shift in purchasing form and propagation of cars. It is one of the most indigenous and conventional foods of Korea, taking a seat far in the corner of Korean traditional culture. Research design / data / methodology - Korean traditional rice cakes however have their limits. They are produced and sold by independent shop owners who cannot compete with the brand power of franchise organizations. The leadership of adminstration is needed for these shop owners particularly in visual merchandising related to interior design and display. Results - Additionally, the advent of major company-run rice cake cafe adds fresh fuel to the problem in addition to small but luxurious packaging. Small business owners need packaging technology for overall quality improvement of sales of rice cakes. Additional help is needed with the mode of packing to promote sales and win consumer confidence. Conclusions - Further assistance with marketing for seasonal displays is needed as well as teaching business owners how to read graphic data. Regular specialized education for visual merchandising of rice cakes could help independent market owners win the competition against franchise-based organizations.

최근, 디지털 통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 소출력 무선설비의 신뢰성이 향상되고, 이동성을 기반으로 한 무선 정보통신 수요가 급증함에 따라 소출력 무선설비의 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 소출력무선설비 관리제도를 조명해 보고, 새로운 통신서비스와 기술을 수용하는데 필요한 제도개선 방안을 제시하였다. 주파수 자원 연구, 전파 환경 연구 등 일부 연구가 수반되어야 하는 부분도 있지만, 본 연구에서 논의한 소출력 무선설비 관리제도상의 개선방향이 전파관리 측면에서나 전파 이용기술 개발 및 근거리 전파통신 활성화 측면에서 그 기대를 만족시킬 수 있으리라 기대된다.

Efficient water operation and management of an irrigation system plays an important element in the sustainability of irrigated agriculture. An agricultural water is delivered in many open canals of irrigation delivery system by reservoirs. The poor water distribution and management in an irrigation system is a major factor leading to low water efficiency. It is necessary to compare the estimated irrigation demands with the actual water supplies for decision making to maintain the water supply according to demand strategy. Smarter water management, new technologies and improvement of water management system, is essential to solve the problem of water efficiency and availability. In this paper, the irrigation efficiencies according to water delivery performance indicator were measured with automatic water gauge at irrigation canals, and calculated from spatial and temporal distribution of water supply for the lack of planning in water delivery. The analysis of results are obtain an insight into possible improvement methods to develop canal water management policies that enable irrigation planners to optimally manage scarce available water resources.

Urban parks and open spaces provide the community residents with the most easily accessible source for outdoor recreation, contributing also to the improvement of quality of natural environment in urban area. The demands of urban residents' for more and better green area are ever-increasing. However, the level of most urban open spaces which are easily accessible for residents are not satisfactory to meet the residents' demand in availability and in quality as well. Most existing urban open spaces are simply built of green areas only or have been developed in almost identical design with little consideration for individual uniqueness of the site. When developing neighbourhood parks in urban housing complexes, for example, little consideration is being given to topographical conditions, interrelation with the adjacent green area, or viability of the urban ecosystem. In many cases, urban park development projects are being done with serious negligence of natural properties of the site, by even destroying existing healthy woodlands. for instance. The objectives of this study are; -To survey on the domestic and the overseas cases of regulatory systems, development status and planning methods for urban open space. -To identify underlying issues of residental park developments in urban housing projects and establish appropriate improvement measures thereof, by studing and analyzing current-use data of developed urban parks and management status thereof. -To establish improved standards for urban open space planning, by integrating above surveys and studies, and recommendation for revision of related legislation is also presented to implement these standards.

최근 많은 모바일 디바이스 환경에서 웹서비스 이용에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있지만 현실의 여러 가지 한계와 문제점들로 인해 무선 네트워크에서의 웹 브라우징은 많은 제약이 발생한다. 최근의 급속하게 변화하는 웹 환경에서 이전의 웹서버 성능으로는 다양한 요구 사항을 만족할 수 없기 때문에, 모바일 웹서비스 엔진의 성능 향상이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터미디어리 기술을 모바일 웹 서비스에 도입하여 웹서비스 이용자를 위한 서비스 환경을 개선한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 웹서비스의 성능 향상과 모바일 디바이스와 웹서버의 상호운용을 위한 인터미디어리 기반 웹서비스 프레임워크를 설계 구현한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide comprehensive measures for the development of public health care through a survey on consumers' awareness of health care use from the point of view of local residents. Research design, data and methodology: For about one week from January 07 to January 14, 2021, questionnaires were distributed to 800 local residents and analyzed. For statistical analysis of collected data, frequency analysis and cross-analysis were performed. Results: Regarding public health service, 'providing medical services that can be used by all citizens and protect and promote health' had the highest response rate of 95.2% of total respondents. Regarding health care system satisfaction, 'Accessibility to general treatment' had the highest score with an average of 3.31 points. Regarding comprehensive measures for the development of public health care, 'Establishment of an infection and patient safety system' had the highest score with an average of 3.91 points. Conclusions: The direction of public health care and services should include management of infectious diseases during national disasters, reduction of gaps in medical use by region and class, improvement of access to emergency medical care, and quality improvement of specialized medical care.
