안전성 향상을 위한 유아시설 실내환경 계획요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Interior Environmental Planning Factors for Improving Safety and Security in Early Children Facilities)

  • Recently in most homes, children are mostly cared in early childhood education facilities. However, the increased number of safety accidents on children cared in such facilities has become a social issue. For that, the purpose of this study is to suggest interior environmental planning elements to improve safety level of early childhood education facilities. This study was carried out by performing literature review analysis and survey. First, in total of 42 environmental planning elements that can be applied domestically were derived from analyzing safety related guidelines for children facilities located both domestically and internationally then a survey was carried out targeted for teachers and staffs in the facilities on importance of the factors. The results of this study are as followings. First, it is required to intensify the level of safety related training for teachers and staffs in the facilities including better treatment for them. Second, the necessity of safety environment by each space in such facilities is required to be approached upon the level of child activities. Third, facilities planning and finalizing planning are important for improving safety of early childhood education facilities. Forth, from factor analysis on the extracted environmental planning elements that are considered as important by the teachers from both day care centers and kindergartens, they were categorized in 5 groups including 'collision and fall prevention plan', 'physical characteristic consideration plan', 'evacuation safety plan', 'lock security plan' and 'outer control plan'. It is fair to say that constructing a better safety environment for children can be achieved by the environmental planning factors by this study.

수리시설물의 특성조사 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Irrigation Facilities)

  • It is important to build new irrigation facilities as a countermeasure against new water demand, however the effective use of existing facilities is rather advantageous economi cally and socially.Since many irrigation facilities were constructed before 1960's, the functions of them have been declined and rehabilitation of deteriorated facilities needs great expenses. To operate the irrigation facilities efficiently, the criteria for the maintenance and repair of irrigation facilities should be established according to the importance of structures. for the reasonable evaluation of the irrigation facilities, the Irrigation Facility Inquiry System(IFIS) was developed. The present status of the irrigation facilities are grouped by the type and scale of structures, and the characteristics of irrigation facilities under control of Farmland Improvement Association(FIA) were analysed.

아파트 단지내에서 생활시설과 공간에 대한 주민요구고아 설치계획연구 (Resident's Requirement and Facilities Planning on the Shared Facilities and Space in the Multi-family Housing)

  • In this study, the shared facilities and space in the multi-family housing which residents could maintain contacts with their neighbors were investigated and analyzed. It could find the shared facilities and space so that residents could maintain to contact with their neighbors after surveying the dwellers requirements. Also it could specify the importance of the neighborhood common spaces and the conditions for the planning of the shared facilities. Analyzing residents requirement of set-up location, this study lead to the following suggestions concerning the facilities design: In the first neighborhood-circle, it require to be related the household affairs of housewives on the adjacent space to a dwelling-unit. In the second neighborhood-circle, it require especially the facilities for children play, study, reading, hobby etc. These facilities need establish each 4-5 floor in high-rise building estates. The roof & underground floors has been recognized in important & essential place for living facilities. Therefore, it is needed to improve to get ready to receive the various facilities.

노인주거복지시설의 실내환경 실태조사 - 한국과 미국 14사례 실태분석 및 설문조사 중심으로 - (The case studies on the interiors of the assisted living facilities for the elderly)

  • Recently, the assisted living facilities for the elderly are increasing due to the facts, such as rapid increasing ratio of old people, rising incomes and the changing concepts towards family relationship. For the elderly, there is a need to re-examine how environment can incorporate design concepts which enhance accessibility and adaptability. For this survey each seven cases in Korean & American facilities were examined and also 120 copies of a questionnaire for the elderly who are above 60 were analysed. This survey revealed that; 1. The consciousness of the majority elderly was favorably aware of the assisted living facilities for the elderly by a social phenomenon. 2. At a response of the scale for the living unit, majority subjects preferred to live in size of 16${\sim}$20 pyung. 3. Subjects preferred not only clean and modern atmosphere, but also medical area and fitness room, design considerations for these points are needed. 4. Enough spaces for their hobbies and social activities, which are important factors for smooth understanding, communication and psychological remedy effect for the elderly should be provided in the facilities for the elderly. 5.Korean facilities were lack of accessibility, safety and adaptability, thus it is very important to select the suitable materials for the safety and lighting plans with regard to their physical and mental qualities.

학교도서관 시설에 대한 요구조사 분석 (An Analysis on the Needs Assessment of School Library Facilities in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 선행연구에서 제안한 학교도서관 시설에 대한 요구조사 도구를 사용하여 전국의 학생과 사서교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과이다. 연구에 사용된 요구조사 도구는 한국도서관협회의 기준, IFLA의 학교도서관 가이드라인, AASL의 기준에서 공통적으로 제시하고 있는 10개의 시설특성과 세부요소를 바탕으로 하고 있다. 설문대상은 전국 18개 학교에 소속된 507명의 학생과 134명의 사서교사이며, 이들로부터 학교도서관 시설에 대한 중요도와 현재 수준을 조사하였다. 분석결과 학생과 사서교사는 모두 학교도서관의 시설특성의 중요도를 현재 수준보다 높게 평가하였다. 학생이 중요하게 생각하는 시설특성은 자료 접근성, 편리성, 공간성 순서이며, 사서교사가 중요하게 생각하는 특성은 쾌적한 환경, 확장성, 자료 접근성 순으로 나타났다.

  • Electric power consumption is highly increasing as the social trend requiring comfortable life, the population concentration in a big city and the industrial development. Therefore it has become to be very important to supply the stable high-quality power. As these trends, the underground power transmission facilities are unavoidable in the center of a city and are going to increase more and more. As the proportion to increase facilities, the efficient management and maintenance become more important and are going to play an important role in the high-quality of power supply.

  • The great flowing of information has brought a necessity for good management to make the best use of it in the highly competitive information age. The aims of this study are to investigate the main information sources - divided into largely three groups: literature sources, communication and information technology facilities), trying to find problem areas associated with IRM, indicating possible solutions. The result shows that internal information sources were regarded the most important and most frequently used. For the use of foreign materials, the higher the level of position is, the more people use them. With respect to communication methods, internal information sources were thought most important. With the dramatic falling of the price despite enormously increased functions, IT facilities are becoming important sources. However, the study reveals the use of them is quite limited to a few well-known facilities, which indicates that management should pay attention to more efficient use of them and useful training and education methods.

여가인식과 활용에 미치는 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Factors Affecting Leisure Recognition and Leisure Use)

  • 소득이 높아지는 현대사회에서의 여가는 매우 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 과거와는 다르게 여가에 대한 인식의 변화와 여가 활용에 대한 욕구는 점점 가속화될 전망이다. 또한 현대 사회인들은 여가를 통해 삶에 대한 만족을 느끼고 있다. 따라서 누구나 즐길 수 있도록 여가에 대한 올바른 정책이 필요하고 여가활동을 할 수 있는 시설 또한 여가활동에 중요한 요소다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여가정책이 여가활용에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였으며 여가정책이 민간 여가시설 만족과 공공 여가시설 만족에 영향을 미친다고 가정하였으며 나아가 변화된 여가인식과 여가활용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구모형을 수립한 후 관련 설문지 문항을 통해 탐색적 요인 분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 그 결과 여가정책은 공공시설과 민간시설에 대한 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 공공시설에 대한 만족도는 여가인식과 여가활용에, 민간시설에 대한 만족도는 여가인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 변인 간의 매개효과를 검증하여 변인들이 매개를 통해 여가활용에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 또한 연구가 가지는 함의를 결론과 함께 제시하였다.

지하시설물도 현황 및 정확도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Status and Accuracy of Underground Facilities Maps)

  • 도시의 집중화로 지하시설물이 폭발적으로 증가하였으며, 그에 따른 지하시설물도의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 하지만, 부정확한 지하시설물도와 지하시설물에 대한 관리부재로 인하여 크고 작은 사고가 계속하여 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 지하시설물도는 자료의 최신성과 정확성이 확보되어야 하나, 현재의 지하시설물도는 각 기관별 작성 및 갱신체계를 가지고 있어, 자료의 최신성과 정확성을 검증하기 힘든 상황이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 서울특별시에 소재한 6대 유관기관의 지하시설물도 위치정확도를 분석하기 위해 3년간 지하시설물에 대한 현장 조사/탐사 작업과 기준점에 기반한 위치측량을 수행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 연차별, 기관별 지하시설물도의 위치정확도를 비교분석하였으며, 그 결과 지하시설물도의 평균 73cm(2004), 78cm(2005) 그리고 75cm(2006)의 위치정확도 결과값을 획득하였다.

지하철 역사전기설비의 수용률 기준설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Guidelines for Demand Factor of Electrical Facilities in Subway Stations)

  • The electric facilities for subway stations require reliable and safe electricity in spite of their load increases rapidly. Nevertheless, Korea Electrical Safety Corporation reports that the accidents of independent electric facilities increased greatly from 4,632 cases in 1998 to 6,024 in 1999 and 6,776 cases in 2000, while the ratio of the accidents related with transformers grew gradually. As it is, it is deemed very important to minimize the spreading effects of the electric system accidents and thereby, enhance reliability of the electric supply as well as its safety. According to the fact that the electric facilities for subway stations are important for the public safety and conveniences, it should be careful to set their capacity instead of simply applying the general capacity standard to them, and thereby, improve their economy as well as prevent their accidents. With such a basic conception in mind, this study is aimed at analyzing the characteristics of the electric load in the subway stations and thereupon, suggesting some guidelines for setting of the electric facility capacity for subway stations in terms of optimal operation and safety.
