주거환경 우수주택 인증단지의 거주 후 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Residents′ Post Occupancy Evaluation of the Environment-Friendly Housing Certification)

  • The importance of environment has been increased recently, and it has affected architectural area especially no less than any other area. This study performed POE on the housing sectors, which have been approved as ‘The Environment-Friendly Housing Certification (KOEAM 2000)’, to evaluate the recognition and value of the residents. The study employed survey method and the items of questionnaire are based on the detailed criteria of the ‘The Environment-Friendly Housing Certification (KOEAM 2000)’. Through the analysis of investigated substance, this study compared the differences between the quantitative satisfaction and the qualitative satisfaction of the residents, and investigated the differences between the degree of satisfaction and the degree of importance, and the preference to the evaluation criteria. As a result, it is deduced that the qualitative aspects rather than the quantitative aspects affects the satisfaction of residents more in some criteria. It is also investigated that the awareness and requirements level of residents varies according to the demographics, and the differences between the evaluation criteria of the residents and the certification system is also deduced. Through this analysis, this study tried to find the supplemental points of the certification system which pursue the sustainable development and accommodate the requirements of residents.

  • 본 연구에서는 서비스기업의 두 집단을 대상으로 고객지향성과 종업원 만족관계, 업종별 특성에 따른 고객지향성의 차이를 검증해보고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과 두 집단의 고객지향성은 텔레마케터의 직무속성으로 인해 매우 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 고객지향성과 종사원 만족은 순수고객지향성 요인만이 유의한 차이를 보여 순수 고객지향성에 대한 텔레마케터의 전향적인 노력과 관리가 필요하다는 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구는 텔레마케팅의 실무적 중요성을 제기하고 고객지향성의 이론적 중요성과 연결하여 연구의 틀을 확장시켰다는데 그 의의가 있다.

포괄간호서비스를 제공하는 간호사의 간호업무와 직무 스트레스, 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study of Nursing Tasks, Nurses' Job Stress and Job Satisfaction in Hospitals with No Guardians)

  • Purpose: Purpose of the study was to investigate task performance, importance, knowledge, and level of job stress and job satisfaction of nurses working in a hospital with no family or family paid auxiliary caregivers. Methods: Participants were 119 nurses working in hospitals with no guardians. The questionnaire contained 488 items: general characteristics, performance, importance, knowledge of nursing tasks, job stress and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficients with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Most frequently performed nursing tasks were patient nursing management and information management. Nursing tasks perceived as most important were medication and transfusion and nursing tasks with the highest knowledge were also medication and transfusion. Nursing task (subcategory) most frequently performed was oral medication. Nursing task (subcategory) perceived as most important was mental status observation and nursing task (subcategory) with the highest knowledge was vital sign check. Nurses' job stress was significantly associated with job satisfaction. The mean scores for nurses' job stress and job satisfaction were low. Conclusion: The results indicate that nurses working in hospitals with no guardians perform daily living assistance services more often than previously, and nurses need to be prepared to do these tasks.

치위생(학)과 학생의 온라인 수업 질에 대한 만족도 조사 연구 (A Survey Study on Online Learning Quality Satisfaction in Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구는 치위생(학)과 학생의 온라인 수업 질에 대한 만족도를 파악하고자 2021년 2월 3일부터 2월 17일까지 강원도 내 대학의 치위생(학)과 재학생 최종 228명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석결과, 좋은 수업 구성요소 별 온라인 수업 만족도는 중요도에 비하여 전반적으로 낮게 인식하였으며, 학습환경의 만족도가 중요도에 비하여 낮게 나타났다. 좋은 수업 세부 구성요소 별 온라인 수업의 중요도와 만족도의 차이는 수업의 체계성, 온라인 학습환경, 수업내용의 전달력에서 비교적 큰 차이를 보였다. 온라인 학습 콘텐츠 필요도는 수업자료와 VOD가 높게 나타났으며, 수업운영 유형의 만족도는 비실시간 수업이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 온라인 수업의 교수-설계 수립 시 질 개선을 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요하다고 생각된다.

기혼여성의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 웰빙지향 식품에 대한 중요도 및 구매만족도 (The Level of Importance of Well-being Foods and the Level of Satisfaction Depending on Married Women's Lifestyle)

  • This study looks at the patterns of married women's lifestyles and verifies whether there are differences in their preferences, the will to continue shopping, and the importance of healthy foods. The paper analyzes the relative influence of each lifestyle pattern on the level of satisfaction with healthy foods. The results of the analysis of this study are as follows. To find patterns in the lifestyles of married women ages 20s to 50s, the factors were analyzed and five lifestyle patterns were extracted: health managing type, fashion pursuing type, self-expressing type, family-oriented type, and eco-friendly type. If we examine the purchasing of healthy foods for each lifestyle, women with a self-expressing lifestyle gain more information from news articles, books, and salespeople than from other information sources. Women of the health managing, family-oriented, and eco-friendly types had high purchasing frequencies and amounts. A cluster analysis was carried out to categorize the different groups being investigated into lifestyle types. They were categorized into the four clusters: active multiple-oriented type; fashion, self-expressing compromising type; passive well-being oriented type; and family and health managing type. It has been verified that there are differences among the clusters in terms of the level of importance of products, contributions to health, as well as distribution and management of healthy foods. To be more specific, the level of importance of the products as well as their distribution and management manifested as being higher among the active multiple-oriented type and the family-oriented and health managing types. The level of importance of contributions to health scored high among all groups, except the passive well-being oriented type. The active multiple-oriented type and the family-oriented and health managing types showed a high level of preference and will to continue purchasing healthy foods, while the fashion and self-expressing compromising types and passive well-being oriented type showed a low level of preference and will. In order to find patterns in the level of satisfaction with healthy foods, three factors were analyzed: credibility of labels, contributions to health, and satisfaction with the store. The factors that had the greatest influence on the total level of satisfaction was the credibility of labels for the family-oriented lifestyle; a product's contribution to health for the health managing lifestyle; and the store for the fashion pursuing lifestyle.

Effect of Psychological Empowerment on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment: focus on Korea, China, Japan Employees

  • Purpose - The present research is to investigate the effect of psychological empowerment on turnover intention through job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research design, data, and methodology - These include turnover intention as dependent variable, psychological empowerment as an independent variable and for mediating variables job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also nationality of employee is used as a moderating variable. Survey data was collected was total 886 respondents from 345 Korean, 313 Chinese, 228 Japanese. Data analysis was conducted with SPSS to test reliability of variables with Cronbach's alpha and one variable confirmatory factor analysis to test common method bias. And regression analysis was conducted to confirm relationship among variables. AMOS was used for path analysis and to analysis moderating effect of employees' country. Results - The results of regression indicate that psychological empowerment increase job satisfaction, affective commitment, normative commitment and turnover intention. Job satisfaction, affective commitment and normative commitment decrease turnover intention. As for the moderating role of country, it seems that country does matter. Conclusions - Main conclusions of this research implicate that to decrease employee turnover intention company need to manage psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Also there is need to consider similarity and difference in managing employees of Korea, China and Japan employees. Manager need to verify direction and importance of each antecedent then apply to employees.

Effects of Organizational and Interpersonal Relations on Job Satisfaction of Social Workers

  • Purpose - In this study, the importance of interpersonal relations in the workplace as well as its correlation to satisfaction of social workers were investigated. In addition, effects of organizational culture as well as its implications for human resource management in social welfare workers were outlined. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire was conducted on job satisfaction measured by the Minnesota Job Satisfaction (MSQ) questionnaire. For reliability, the questionnaire was distributed and collected by the self - filling method. From the collected data, reliability analysis, validity analysis (exploratory factor analysis) and multiple regression analysis were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the measurement variables and validity analysis was conducted to see if the questionnaires had the same concept as well as SPSS 19.0. Results - The results showed that group culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Developmental culture had no effect on the job satisfaction levels. Conclusions - It is important to maintain the hierarchy in order to improve the efficiency of social welfare organizations, but social welfare organizations must accept external opinions and actively listen to the opinions of the employees in the organization.

Human Resource Management Practices and Employee Performance: The Role of Job Satisfaction

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of Human Resource Management Practices (HRMP) on improving Employee Performance (EP). The study is accomplished by hypothesizing the impact of HRMP on EP, additionally, this impact is theorized to be mediated through job satisfaction. Employee engagement is also taken into account because of the potential moderating effect it has within the theorized model. Data was collected from 480 questionnaires which were distributed among commercial banks' workers in Jordan and were analyzed using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM), path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Analysis of a moment structures (AMOS) software version 24 was applied to complete our analysis. The results show that HRMP had a positive impact on EP, as well as job satisfaction and its components (job stability and job enrichment). The mediating role of job satisfaction (enrichment and stability) was discovered. Finally, employee engagement emerged as a moderating variable linking HRMP and EP. The findings of this study show the importance of the role played by job satisfaction and employee engagement in achieving human resources performance goals. Future analysis is recommended to gain deeper insight into the relationship between HRMP, job satisfaction, worker training, and performance appraisal.

수정된 중요도-만족도 분석(ISA)을 활용한 수요자 기반 생태계서비스 수준 평가 연구 - 서울시를 대상으로 - (Ecosystem service quality assessment with an application of revised Importance-Satisfaction Analysis - The case of Seoul, Korea -)

  • Ecosystem services (ES) are the benefits that people obtain from ecosystems. Traditional ES assessment methods have focused on the supply of ES, using biophysical data. However, these methods often fail to capture the full value of ES, which is also determined by social and cultural factors. This study proposes a new approach to ES assessment that incorporates socio-cultural perspectives. The study was conducted in Seoul, South Korea. A survey was conducted of 1,805 residents of Seoul to assess their satisfaction with ecosystem services. Exploratory factor analysis was used to identify bundles of ES that were perceived as important by residents. A revised importance-satisfaction analysis was used to calculate the urgency level of each bundle. The results of the study showed that the 21 ES that were considered in the survey could be grouped into three bundles: urban green area-based, biodiversity-based, and resilience-based. The urgency level analysis showed that some bundles were more important than others, and that some bundles were more urgent than others. The findings of this study have several implications. First, they suggest that a socio-cultural approach to ES assessment can provide a more comprehensive and accurate assessment of ES. Second, they show that this approach can be used to identify areas where ES management is most needed. Third, they suggest that this approach could be used to inform ES management and policy decisions.

전주비빔밥 향토음식점의 선택속성이 고객만족과 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 전주지역을 중심으로 (The Effect of the Selection Attribute of Local Jeonju-bibimhop Restaurants on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention: Focused on Jeonju area)

  • 본 연구는 전주비빔밥 향토음식점을 방문하는 고객들에 대한 중요도와 성취도 분석을 통해 전략적 시사점을 찾아보고자 하였다. 또한 전주비빔밥 향토음식점에 대한 선택속성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 전주비빔밥 향토음식점에 대한 선택속성이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였으며, 전주비빔밥 향토음식점에 대한 고객만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 전주비빔밥 향토음식점에서 전주비빔밥을 경험해본 고객을 모집단으로 하여 전주지역의 전주비빔밥 향토음식점을 방문한 고객을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 251부의 유효한 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 중요도-성취도 분석에서는 '실내의 청결성'과 '예약의 편리성' 속성은 빠른 시간 안에 개선할 필요가 있다고 조사되었으며, '음식(p<0.01)'과 '서비스(p<0.05)'요인이 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, '물리적 환경(p<0.01)'과 '서비스(p<0.05)'품질 요인이 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객만족이 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001).
