임베디드 기기들의 독립적인 통신 접속환경은 공개키 암호화의 요구를 증가시키고 있다. 하지만 이들 기기들의 제한적인 특성(계산능력, 자원, 대역폭)으로 인해 일반적인 공개키 암호화 시스템의 적용이 어렵다. NTRU 공개키 암호화는 이러한 제한점을 극복할 수 있는 성능을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 NTRU의 성능을 좀더 향상시키기 위해서 병렬성과 확장성을 고려한 NTRU 곱셈기의 하드웨어 설계를 제안한다.

In this paper, we present a effective low-power technique which can reduce significantly the switching activity in instruction address bus, pipeline and I-cache. Using this method, named Guarded Operation, we has implemented address register. address bus architecture without complex hardware and designed loop buffer without tag. These architectures reduce 67% of switching activity with little overhead and also increase instruction-fetch performance.

Three typer of spin-axis attitude determination program for the geosynchronous transfer orbit spacecraft are developed. Deterministic closed-from algorithm, batch least-square algorithm and stabilized Kalman filter algorithm are used for implemetation of three programs. EUROSTAR bus model from British Aerospace is used for attitude sensor modelling. Attitude determinations using three programs are performed for the simulated sensor data according to INMARSAT 2-F1 prelaunch mission analysis.

홈 네트워크의 발달과 함께 홈 네트워크를 감시하고 제어할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스의 구현 또한 중요한 문제로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서 홈 네트워크의 정보들을 정적인 자료와 동적인 자료로 분류하여, 2개의 전송채널을 이용함으로써 동적인 자료의 실시간 응답 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 GUI 서버를 제안하고, 각 디바이스의 감시/제어 모듈을 컴포넌트화 함으로써 동적 GUI 갱신과 디바이스의 추가/삭제에 따른 실시간 응답 특성을 향상시켰다.

Recently the development of design and automation technology and manufacturing method, has reduced the cost of chip, but it becomes more difficult to test IC chip because test technique doesn't keep up with these techniques. In case of IC testing, obtaining test vectors to be able to detect good chip or bad one is very important, but according to increasing complexity, it is very complex and difficult. Another problem is that during testing, there could be capability of physical and electrical damage on chip. Also there is difficulty in synchronization between CUT (circuit under test) and Test equipment〔1〕. Because of these difficulties, built in self test has been proposed. Not only obtaining test vectors but also reducing test time becomes hot issues nowadays. This paper presents a new test BIST(built in self test) method. Proposed BIST implementation reduces test time and obtains high fault coverage. By searching internal nodes in which are inserted test_point_cells〔2〕and allocating TPG(test pattern generation) stages, test length becomes much shorter.

The 1995 Informatization Promotion Act was passed to advance the national quality of life and to develop national economy by promoting informatization, forming the ground of telecommunication industry, and realizing the advancement of telecommunication infrastructure. This article was written to review whether this act's purpose was being achieved by Korean government. Even if Korean informatization policy implemetation structure is strongly centralized around the Ministry of Information and Communication, Information policies are formulated and implemented among agencies. To explain this phenomenon, I suggested the following factors : (1) The Korean government's lack of informatization experiences, (2) The political abuse of information policy, (3) the conceptual rigidity on the structure of information superhighway, (4) the absence of the basic principles for electronic government, (5) the uniformed regional informatization.

폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증 환자 중 가장 위험한 2~8세 아동들의 지속적인 수면 상태를 모니터링하는 것은 중요하며, 야간에 수면 상태를 모니터링 하는 것은 보호자에게 스트레스와 일상생활에 지장을 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 아동들의 수면 상태를 측정하기 위한 스마트폰 기반의 실시간 호흡 모니터링 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 아동의 수면 중 자세 변화로 인한 잦은 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡을 지속적으로 모니터링 함으로써 수면 상태 모니터링 및 위험 상황을 인지할 수 있으며, 보호자에게 편안한 수면을 제공한다.

본 연구에서는 치과용 유니트체어의 용수공급 시스템 중 수관 내부에 생성되는 바이오필름을 보다 효율적으로 제거하기위하여 공기와 물을 혼합한 버블을 생성하고 가변적인 압력을 인가하여 살균과 세척을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 공기와 물의 혼합 세척을 통한 바이오필터 세척 및 전기분해를 이용한 용수 살균 시스템을 구현하였으며, 물과 공기의 흐름제어 및 가변적인 압력 조절 제어시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 무선으로 제어가 가능한 솔레노이드밸브로 구성된 벨브조립체를 구성하여 세척모드 및 용수공급모드의 선택적 운용이 가능한 시스템을 구현하였다.

In this paper, we propose the audio watermarking algorithm based on the critical band of HAS(human auditory system) without audibly affecting the quality of the watermarked audio and implement the detecting algorithm on the BSS(broadcast synchronizing system) for testing the proposed algorithm. According to the audio quality test, the SNR(signal to noise ratio) of the watermarked audio objectively is 66dB above. In the robustness test, the proposed algorithm can detect the watermark more than $90\%$ from various compression(MP3, AAC), A/D and D/A conversions, sampling rate conversions and especially asynchronizing attacks. The BSS automatically switches the programs between the key station and the local station in broadcasting system. The result of reliability test of implemented system by using the real broadcasting audio has no false positive error during 30 days. Because of detecting once processing per 0.5 second, we can judge that the false positive error does not occur.

This paper presents the design and implementaion of an object-relational geographic information system. This system has been developed on top of a commercial object-relational database management system. It provides flexible spatial data model, spatial query language, visual user interface, and efficient spatial access methods(D0T) in which traditional primary-key access methods can be applied. We report on our design choices and describe the current status of Implementation. The conceptual model of the system is based on SDTS, and is mapped to the intemal obiect-oriented data model.
