금융회사의 개인정보 이용 동의 구현에 대한 효과성 개선 모델 (An Improved Model of Effectiveness on the Implementation of Personal Information Utilization Agreement in Financial Companies)

  • 개인정보보호법 및 개인정보 보호 관련 법률에서는 개인의 정보를 수집 이용 제공하고자 할 때 이용자의 동의를 얻도록 규정하고 있다. 이에 따라 금융회사에서는 고객으로부터 개인정보 이용 동의서를 징구하여 고객의 개인정보 이용 동의를 얻고 있다. 또한 정부차원에서 고객의 실질적인 동의 의사 확인을 위해 거래별, 상품별 동의서 양식을 다양화하고 필수항목과 선택항목을 구별하는 등의 동의서 양식 개선 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 아직 금융회사에서는 동의의 본질에 충실하지 못해 동의의 효력을 얻기 어렵거나 동의 의사를 판단하기 어려운 동의서들을 수집 보관하는 사례가 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인정보처리자인 사업자의 개인정보 이용 동의 처리 과정에서 개인정보보호 관련 법률을 준수하고 정보주체에게 동의의 본질에 충실한 동의를 유도하기 위한 동의서 검증 절차를 추가한 발전된 개인정보 이용 동의 구현 모델을 제안한다.

  • In this paper, we will present brief design feature, implementations, and tests for verification of KOMPSAT-2 simulator, which is a subsystem of KOMPSAT-2 MCE. SIM is implemented on PC server to minimize costs and troubles on embedding onboard flight software into SIM, OOA/OOD methodology is employed to maximized S/W reusability, and XML is used for S/C characteristics, TC, TM and Simulation data instead of commercial DB. Consequently, we can reduce costs for the system, efforts embedding flight software, and maximize software reusability. SIM subsystem test was performed successfully.

  • The systems engineering standard process is intended to be customized for a given project environment and system characteristics. This study describes the experience gained by applying systems engineering to government-funded projects. The characteristics of government funded project are lack of common development process among the participating organizations and mechanism to determine system requirements. This study describes the contents of the systems engineering activities, including development of operational concept, system requirements, verification requirements (test cases), test verification plan, and implementation of system test and lessons learned from these activities.

  • This paper presents a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) controller embedded in a multimedia processor, called FLOVA (FLOating point VLIW Architecture), targeting for 3D graphics applications. Fast I/O interfaces are essential for multimedia processors which usually handle large amount of multimedia data. Therefore, in FLOVA, PCI bus is adopted for I/O interface due to fast burst transaction. However, there are several problems in implementation and verification to use burst transaction of PCI. It is difficult to handle data transaction between two units which have two different operating frequency. FLOVA has more higher operating frequency about 100MHz than that of PCI local bus and it makes lower utilization of FLOVA bus. Also, traditional simulation is not sufficient for verification of PCI functionality. In this paper, we propose buffering schemes to implement the PCI controller with wide bandwidth and high bus utilization. Also, this paper shows how to verify the PCI controller using real PCI bus environments before its fabrication.

Testbench Implementation for FPGA based Nuclear Safety Class System using OVM

  • A safety class field programmable gate array based system in nuclear power plant has been developed to improve the diversity. Testbench is necessary to satisfy the technical reference, IEC-62566, for verification and validation of register transfer level code. We use the open verification methodology(OVM) developed by standard body. We show that our testbench can use random input for test. And also we show that reusability of block level testbench for the integration level testbench, which is very efficient for large scale system like nuclear reactor protection system.

  • Many researchers have proposed the various methods to detect illegal intrusion in order to improve internet environment. Among these researches, IDS(Intrusion Detection System) is classified the most common model to protect network security. In this paper, we propose new log format instead of Apache log format for SSL integrity verification. We translate file-DB log format into R-DB log format. Using these methods we can manage Web server's integrity, and log data is transmitted verification system to be able to perform both primary function of IDS and Web server's integrity management at the same time. The proposed system in this paper is also able to use for wire and wireless environment based on PDA.

  • As increasing the number of Electronic Control Units in a vehicle, the proportion for reliability and stability of the software is going increasingly. Accordingly, the traditional CAN network has occurred the situation that the requirement of developing vehicle software is not sufficient. To solve these problems, the FlexRay network which is ensured the high bandwidth and real-time is generated. However it is difficult to implement FlexRay based application software because of complex protocol than traditional CAN network. Accordingly the system for analysis and verification of network state is needed. Also vehicle vendor develops application software using Matlab/Simulink in order to increase productivity. But this development method is hard to solve the network problem of node to node. Therefore this paper implements Matlab/Simulink based FlexRay network system and verifies it through comparing with existing embedded system.

  • Mission Equipment Package(MEP) system is a collection of avionic components that are integrated to perform the mission of the Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH). MEP system development is classified mission-critical embedded system but KUH MEP system developed including flight-critical data implementation. It is important to establish the good development and verification process for the successful system development. This paper describe the development and verification process in each phase for the KUH MEP system. MEP system design is verified through the qualification test, system failure test and compatibility test in System Integration Laboratory(SIL).
