실내 위치인식 기술은 유비쿼터스 구현의 기반이 되는 중요기술요소 중 하나이다. 특히 병원의 환자 관리, 실버타운의 노인관리, 스마트 홈의 구현을 위해서는 실외의 광역범위보다는 실내에서의 사용자 위치인식에 대한 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 무선랜기기 및 통신기술을 이용한 실내 위치 인식 시스템의 설계 구현에 관해 기술한다. 사용자 위치인식을 위한 기반기술로 무선랜의 전파신호강도(Received Signal Strength Indication, RSSI)를 이용한 삼변측량 기법을 이용하였다. 구현될 시스템은 무선랜기기와 지형 맵핑서버, Access Point(AP)로 구성되며, 시스템의 개발 및 실제 환경에서의 테스트를 통하여 실생활 응용에 대한 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

In the information society represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, various types of data and information that are difficult to see are produced, processed, and processed and circulated to enhance the value of existing goods. The IoT(Internet of Things) paradigm will change the appearance of individual life, industry, disaster, safety and public service fields. In order to implement the IoT paradigm, several elements of technology are required. It is necessary that these various elements are efficiently connected to constitute one system as a whole. It is also necessary to collect, provide, transmit, store and analyze IoT data for implementation of IoT platform. We designed and implemented a big data processing IoT platform for IoT service implementation. Proposed platform system is consist of IoT sensing/control device, IoT message protocol, unstructured data server and big data analysis components. For platform testing, fixed IoT devices were implemented as solar power generation modules and mobile IoT devices as modules for table tennis stroke data measurement. The transmission part uses the HTTP and the CoAP, which are based on the Internet. The data server is composed of Hadoop and the big data is analyzed using R. Through the emprical test using fixed and mobile IoT devices we confirmed that proposed IoT platform system normally process and operate big data.

This paper analyzed the implementation process of experts managing the case of grandparent and grandchildren families in the case management process, as the useful approach to strengthen the function of grandparent and grandchildren family. The methodology were the analysis on 6 management cases by step and the analysis on the interview with 3 experts implementing the case management on grandparent and grandchildren families. As a result, major complaints from grandparent and grandchildren families were basic livelihood and economy area, physical and mental health area, child care and education area and culture area. The service goals were set by such classification and support service was provided using the internal and external resources. The case management process was effective for improving the satisfaction on life by positively changing the grandchildren and promoting the psychological and emotional stability. 6 cases were under the post management after the analysis was completed and linked to the program 'Reinforcement of Family Ability of Grandparent and Grandchildren Family.' In accordance with the interview with the experts in case management, the grandparent and grandchildren family case management was characterized by high dependency and difficulty in expressing the desires. They required the long-term approach as well as the approach to restore the relationship with the original family.

To promote the inclusion of quality of life (QOL) end-points In clinical research on cancer, the National Cancer Institute (USA) sponsored a workshop on QOL assessment In cancer clinical trials In July, 1990. Experts In clinical trials and QOL research formed four working groups to Identify current areas of cancer treatment In which QOL end-points are most Important; to discuss methodologic problems In QOL assessment; to address common problems In Implementing clinical studies with QOL end-points; and to consider statistical Issues In design, Implementation, and data analysis. Recommendations made by the working groups are summarized in this paper.

본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 사회적 배제 정도를 객관적으로 수치화하여 도출된 사회적 배제 정도가 장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 직무만족이 장애인의 사회적 배제와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 조절하는지를 검증한 것이다. 연구대상은 장애인 고용 패널조사를 통하여 추출된 1,280명을 대상으로 하였다. 독립변수인 사회적 배제는 경제적 어려움, 고용상태, 정신적 건강, 사회활동이다. 종속변수는 삶의 질 그리고 조절변수는 직무만족으로 하였다. 이 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 사회적 배제의 하위요인은 경제적 어려움, 정신적 건강, 사회활동, 고용상태로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 배제와 삶의 질의 영향 관계에서 직무만족은 조절효과가 나타났다. 그리고 삶의 질에 조절효과가 있는 사회적 배제의 하위요인은 경제적 어려움, 고용상태, 사회활동으로 확인되었다. 후속 연구는 선진국의 장애인고용프로그램을 조사하여 시행 배경, 시행내용, 성과, 한계 등을 분석하여 장애인 고용정책의 수립에 기여해야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 장애인의 사회적 배제와 차별의 악순환이 개선되고 장애인의 경제활동을 통하여 삶의 질이 향상되는 계기가 마련되길 기대한다.

The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. It is lights up the advantages of distance learning and determined the characteristic features of distance learning of students training in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process. Information technologies are intensive involved in life of humanity, educational process of schools and higher educational establishments. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰, 스마트 TV와 PC를 이용하여 사용자에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 스마트 폰, 스마트 TV와 PC 간의 상호 연동을 위한 플랫폼을 설계하고 이를 소프트웨어로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 스마트 폰 어플리케이션은 스마트 TV와 무선 통신하여 스마트 TV 채널과 음량등을 제어하고 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공한다. PC는 스마트 폰에 저장되어 있는 사용자 정보를 이용하여 원격 부팅과 원격 로그인 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서 설계하고 구현한 소프트웨어 플랫폼이 가까운 미래의 스마트 생활에서 다양한 스마트 기기간의 상호 연동 소프트웨어 플랫폼 개발에 초석이 되길 바란다.

소프트웨어 프로젝트에 대해 12개의 다른 소프트웨어 생명주기 모델들이 제안되었지만 모든 소프트웨어의 특성을 만족시킬 수 있는 일반화된 모델이 없는 실정이다. 개발조직은 여러 모델들을 적절히 혼합하여 개발될 시스템과 능력에 맞도록 새로운 모델을 개발하여야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 소프트웨어 개발 상황에 보다 적합할 것으로 판단되는 중첩-동시개발 생명주기 모델을 제안하였다. 먼저, 개발 과정을 추상화와 구현으로 구분하여 추상화는 개념정립단계부터 상세설계단계 시작시점까지로, 구현은 상세설계단계부터 시스템 시험단계로 분류하였다. 다음으로, 추상화는 파레토 법칙을 적용하여 하나의 단계에서 개발될 기능이 20% 진행된 시점에서 다음 단계를 시작하는 중첩된 단계 개념을 도입하였다. 구현은 하나의 UC가 완료되면 바로 다음 단계 수행 팀에게 전달하여 여러 단계가 동시 수행되어 개발하는 형태를 도입하였다. 제안된 모델은 개발자원 활용의 비효율성을 크게 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다. 제안된 모델을 적용시 보다 빠른 시간에 보다 저렴한 비용으로 보다 좋은 품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하여 고객에게 납품할 수 있어 고객을 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 더불어 소프트웨어 개발 성공률을 높이는데도 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

사례관리의 수행요소가 지역거주 정신장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향이 소비자 만족도에 의해 어떻게 매개되는지를 분석하였다. 분석대상은 지역사회정신보건서비스 기관 중 사례관리를 수행하는 18개 기관과, 이 기관의 서비스를 이용하는 381명의 정신장애인이다. 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 클라이언트 수준과 기관 수준의 자료를 동시에 고려하는 위계적 선형모형(HLM: Hierarchical Lineral Model)을 적용하여 검증하였다. 주요한 연구 결과는 실무자의 담당 사례량이 삶의 질에 직접적 영향을 주었다. 사례관리팀 접근은 소비자 만족도에 직접적 영향을 미친 반면, 소비자 만족도를 매개하여 삶의 질에 이르는 간접적 영향은 미미하였다. 적절한 사례량의 확보 및 사례관리자 확대, 팀접근의 유용성에 대한 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.

Apartment Housing in Korea has been developed rapidly and settled as a main housing form for short period, 40 years. In spite of increase of the apartment housing, it has pointed out that spatial organization of the apartment housing could accommodate residents 'various life style and life cycle. One of such planning methods is a flexible housing. Starting with the Gangbyoun-Siebeom apartment, flexible housing has been developed as merchandising constantly. However, flexible housing doesn't have enough understanding concerning lifestyle or life cycle of user individually, and it also means lack of comprehension and of flexibility, layout from modular coordination and planning of housing component. Therefore, according to the flexibility, the major goal of this research is to analyze the difficulty in realizing further of flexible housing in Korea and suggest implementation and alternatives or directions of flexible housing in Korea.
