제조물책임에 대한 소비자와 생산자의 인식수준에 관한 연구 (A Survey on Cognition Levels of Consumers and Producers for Product Liability)

  • A company is liable for its products and has the responsibility to make good on any loss or damage incurred by the user of its product. The purpose of the Product Liability Act(PLA) is to protect consumers against damage caused by defective products, and contribute to the safety of the citizen's life and the sound development of the national economy by regulating the liability of manufacturers, etc. for damages caused by the defectiveness of their products. In this study, the cognition levels of consumers and producers for PLA were surveyed. The cognition levels of four factors of acknowledgement, comprehension, necessity and impact for PLA were assessed. The results were as follows : i) Acknowledgement and comprehension levels of consumer were assessed low but they assessed necessity and impact of PLA high; ii) Producers assessed necessity and impact of PLA higher than their acknowledgement and comprehension levels; iii) Overall cognition levels of producers were higher than those of consumers.

치과기공사의 업무실태에 따른 생산성 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Productivity according to the Actual Conditions of Dental Laboratory Technician)

  • The factors which impact on the productivity of medical organization are technique, manager, raw materials, management style, manpower structure, job construction, and so on. Human resources is the most important factor among them, but the productivity of serice organization can not be measured easily. The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of laboratory status, the degree of job cognition, and stress on the productivity of dantal prosthetic products, and to fine out the factors which impact on the productivity. The results were as follows: 1. The job characteristice of crown bridge laboratory part and porcelain laboratory part similar to each other. Also partial denture laboratory part and complete denture laboratory part were similar to each other. But that of orthodontic laboratory part was different from other. 2. the degree of job cognition made significant difference statisfically according to job characteristics of each dental laboratorise. 3. The correlation coefficient between job cognition of dental laboratory technician and workshop environment was.23, but the correlation between job cognition job stress appeared reversely, its coefficient was-.17. 4. The productivity of technician engaged in dental laboratory was much heigher than that of technician engaged in dental clinical laboratory room, and each were different in the degree of job cognition. 5. the most important factors which impact one the performance productivity of dental laboratory technician were the fact whether he married or not and his status.

기후변화에 대한 소비자의 인식과 복식행동 연구 (Study on Consumer Cognition and Clothing behavior of Climate Change)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of climate change cognition on clothing behavior of fashion consumers to understand the impact of climate change on the fashion system. An online survey was conducted of 385 people in their 20s-50s working in the fashion industry as well as general consumers. Data collected from surveys were analyzed by factor analysis and t-test. Results are as follow: First, climate change cognition consists of four sub-dimensions, which are 'knowledge of climate change' and 'recognition of climate change in Korea'. Second, clothing behavior related with climate change consists of six sub-dimensions, which are 'environmentally-friendly fashion purchases', 'new clothes-wearing style affected by climate change', 'ethical fashion consumption', 'pursuit of functional fashion', 'pursuit of seasonless fashion', and 'clothes-wearing in response to climate change.' Last, the group with higher cognition of climate change than the group with lesser cognition had significantly higher degree of trying new styles created because of climate change, making ethical fashion purchases, pursuing functional fashion, and wearing clothes in response to climate change.

국가간 적대감 유형이 소비자 인지와 소비행동 방향에 미치는 영향 : 고립공포감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Animosity Type on Consumer Cognition and Consumption Behavior Direction : Based on the Moderating Role of Fear of Missing Out)

  • The purpose of this study aims to investigate how consumer awareness and purchasing behavior are affected by the type of animosity against the nation. This study classified animosity into three categories: sociocultural, economic, and war-based. Additionally, the consumer's cognition toward animosity was split into two categories-empathic concernt and personal distress-and the direction of consumption behavior was split into two categories-individual brand avoidance behavior and collective bandwagon behavior. The concept of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) was introduced for the direction of consumption behavior, further validating the moderating impact. Structural equation modeling method was used to measure the general consumption behvior of Korean consumers' animosity. The results were analyzed using a total of 279 samples. As a result, animosity motivated by war and by economics had a substantial impact on empathic concern, while animosity motivated by socioculture had a significant impact on personal distress. Personal distress had a good impact on an individual's brand antipathy behavior, which in turn led to brand dislike and avoidance. Empathic concern also had a positive impact on the phenomena of group sympathy, which leads to identification of conduct and social conformity. Also, it was proven that the group that had a high level of FoMO reacted strongly to the phenomenon of group collective behavior.

사실적 보도태도에 미치는 기자의 역할인식과 역할지향의 영향력 연구 - 중앙일간지 편집기자를 중심으로 (A Study on the influence of journalist's Role-Cognition and Role-Orientation Upon Real Reportage attitude -Focus in editors of National Newspaper)

  • 본 연구는 중앙일간지 편집기자의 역할인식을 사회안정 및 개혁 견제로, 역할지향을 취재원지향, 사시지향, 독자지향으로 구분하고 역할인식과 사실적 보도태도 사이에서 역할지향의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 취재원지향은 사회적 안정 역할 인식의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났는데 사실적 보도 역할 인식을 감소시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 사시지향은 사회적 안정 역할의 영향을 받을 뿐 사실적 보도태도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 독자지향성은 편집기자의 역할인식이 사실적 보도역할인식을 강화하는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 취재원의 기대에 영향을 받을 경우 사실적 보도태도는 감소하며, 독자의 기대에 영향을 받을 경우 사실적 보도태도는 증가하는바 편집권이 외부요인에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있다는 것을 실증적으로 입증하고 있다.

The Effects of Job Crafting on Work Engagement and Work Performance: A Study of Vietnamese Commercial Banks

  • The purpose of this study is to identify elements of job crafting impacts on work engagement and individual work performance in Vietnamese commercial banks. The research data, collected from 226 bank officers, uses the quantitative research tools as: Cronbach's Alpha Analysis, Explanatory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis as well as Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the hypothesis test show that only two hypotheses (H2, H3) are accepted: the impact of cognitive crafting on work engagement of bank officers (H2) and the impact of work engagement on individual work performance (H3). However, three remaining relationships (H1, H4, H5) are not accepted in the study: the impact of relational crafting on work engagement of bank officers (H1), the impact of relational crafting on individual work performance of bank officers (H4) and the impact of cognitive crafting on individual work performance of bank officers (H5). The study results indicate that cognition on job crafting leaves positive impacts on work engagement, leading to individual work performance enhancement. On the other hand, the relational crafting element implies contribution on neither collective nor individual working performances. Furthermore, no direct effect of cognition on job crafting to individual performance has been identified.

비주얼 머천다이징 효과에 관한 연구: 복종에 따른 효과차이를 중심으로 (A Study on Visual Merchandising Effectiveness: Focused on the Differences in Effectiveness according to Merchandise Class)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in persuasive effectiveness of visual merchandising according to merchandise class. For the experiment, 8 stimuli brands were selected. A total of 360 questionnaires were obtained from college students. The results were as follows. First, VM cognition were divided into 3 factors by confirmatory factor analysis: coordination, attractiveness, and function. Second, coordination and function had a positive effect on brand attitude. Third, brand attitude had a positive impact on brand loyalty. Fourth, it was revealed that merchandise class had a moderating role in the influence of VM cognition on brand attitude. This study has a meaning in that the theoretical extension of previous studies on VM was executed and demonstrated the moderating role of merchandise class when brand attitude was formed by VM cognition.

경주지역 주민들의 약선요리 선택속성이 인지도와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Selecting Attributes of Medicinal Food on Recognition & Customer Satisfaction in Gyeongju Area)

  • 본 연구는 경주지역의 약선요리를 이용한 경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 약선요리 선택속성이 인지도와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 총 300부의 설문지를 배부하여 부적절한 자료를 제외하고 총 256부의 자료를 본 연구의 표본자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구를 위해 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 20.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 분석하였다. 인구통계학적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 변수들의 신뢰성과 타당성을 분석하기 위해 신뢰도분석과 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 가설검증을 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 선택속성은 인지보양과 인지전문성에 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설검증 결과, 인지전문성에는 영향을 미치는 반면 인지보양에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인지도는 고객만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설검증 결과, 인지보양과 인지전문성이 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선택속성은 만족에 영향을 미칠 것이다의 가설검증 결과, 서비스속성이 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 영양속성과 전문성속성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 즉 약선요리 전문점의 고객만족도를 높이고 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 약선요리 전문점들의 전문성이 강조되어야 하며 서비스와 영양적인 만족도를 충분히 제공해야할 것이다.

변혁적 리더십과 신뢰가 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Trust on Creative Behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 급변하는 환경에 살아남기 위해 필요한 조직유효성의 하나인 창의적 행동을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 변혁적 리더십을 독립변수로 하되 하위변수로는 이상적 영향력, 지적 자극 및 개별적 배려로 하고, 매개변수로는 신뢰로 하되 정서기반 신뢰와 인지기반 신뢰로 하였다. 실증분석을 위해서 리더십이 발생하는 중소기업, 대기업 및 공기업에 근무하는 직장인 총 211명을 대상으로 하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구결과 변혁적 리더십의 세 가지 차원인 이상적 영향력, 지적 자극, 개별적 배려는 창의적 행동에 유의한 직접효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 매개효과의 경우에는 정서기반 신뢰가 변혁적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향에 완전 매개하는 것으로 분석되었으나 인지기반 신뢰는 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 정서기반의 신뢰를 기반으로 하는 변혁적 리더십이 창의적 행동을 높여줄 것이다. 또한, 통제변수에 따른 영향력은 남성, 30대 미만, 공기업에 다니는 직장인에 대해 변혁적 리더십이 창의적 행동에 더 크게 나타났다.

병원의 설립이념 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Cognition of Mission Statement of Hospitals on the Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of study is to research employees cognizing their hospital mission statement impact on their job satisfaction. Survey was conducted with 100 employees as samples, totaling 400 samples from four of religious general hospitals located in Busan, Gyeongsang Namdo and Gyeongsang Bukdo. The survey data was statistically analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. Summary of study results are as follows: First, the degree of cognizance of mission statement showed significant differences by age, education, religion, job categories and experience of employees. Second, the degree of job satisfaction showed significant differences by age, education and experience of employees. Finally, significant correlation existed between employees' cognition of mission statement and their job satisfaction.
