포괄적인 정보시스템 성과평가모형에 관한 연구 (A Comprehensive Model for Measuring Information Systems Performance)

  • Measuring performance of corporate information system has become one of the core issues in that development of the information system requires substantial amount of investments and the system works as a crucial leverage to enhance competitive edge. Most of the previous researches for performance of the information system have narrow and limited focus on such as the effect of user satisfaction and productivity. This paper suggests a model to measures the comprehensive performance which is classified as user scope (user involvement and satisfaction), operational scope (task productivity, task innovation, customer satisfaction, management control) and efficiency scope (financial performance), and to represent the relationship among the scopes by the path analysis model. Followings are conclusions from statistical hypothesis test of the model: (i) user involvement through user satisfaction has positive effect on all the performances in the operational scope, (ii) task innovation and customer satisfaction in the operational scope has statistically significant impact on financial performance but task productivity and management control do not. This conclusion indicates that task productivity and management control has the long term effect in nature, and evaluation of the information system has managerial implication when it Is measured in comprehensive performance which includes internal operational performances as well as financial performance.

LCA 기법을 활용한 합류식 하수도 월류수 사업의 잠재적 환경영향 저감효과 분석 (An Analysis of Potential Environmental Impact Reduction for Combined Sewer Overflow Project using a LCA Methodology)

  • In this study, LCA(Life Cycle Assessment) on 'Saemangum CSO Project' was carried out to evaluate environmental impact which occurred during the construction and operation periods and the potential environmental impact reduction was analyzed by comparing production and reduction level of pollution loads. LCA was conducted out according to the procedure of ISO14040 which suggested Goal and Scope Definition, Life Cycle Inventory Analysis, Life Cycle Impact Assessment and Interpretation. In the Goal and Scope Definition, the functional unit was 1 m3 of CSO, the system boundary was construction and operation phases, and the operation period was 20 years. For the data collection and inventory analysis, input energies and materials from civil, architecture, mechanical and electric fields are collected from design sheet but the landscape architecture field is excepted. LCIA(Life Cycle Impact Assessment) was performed following the procedure of Eco-Labelling Type III under 6 categories which were resource depletion, eutrophication, global warming, ozone-layer destruction, and photochemical oxide formation. In the result of LCA, 83.4% of environmental impact occurred in the construction phase and 16.6% in the operation phase. Especially 78% of environmental impact occurred in civil works. The Global warming category showed the highest contribution level in the environmental impact categories. For the analysis on potential environmental impact reduction, the reduction and increased of environmental impact which occurred on construction and operation phases were compared. In the case of considering only the operation phase, the result of the comparison showed that 78% of environmental impact is reduced. On the other hand, when considering both the construction and operation phases, 50% of environmental impact is increase. Therefore, this study showed that eco-friendly material and construction method should be used for reduction of environmental impact during life cycle, and it is strongly necessary to develop technology and skills to reduce environmental impact such as renewable energies.

중소기업의 사업영역과 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (The Impact of Business Scope and Technological Innovation Capability on Firm Performance in SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 자본재 산업의 중소기업을 대상으로 사업영역과 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 자료는 지역별 산업단지 관리공단의 도움을 받아 1,077개의 중소제조업체를 대상으로 조사하였고 그 중 자본재 산업에 속하는 228개 기업을 분석하였다. 실증 분석 결과, 사업영역에서 제조제품군수가 영업이익률에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 기술혁신역량에서는 지적재산권수가 매출성장률에 정(+)의 영향을 전문기술인력비는 영업이익률에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 사업영역과 기술혁신역량 의한 상호작용 효과도 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 전문기술인력비가 높을수록 제품다각화가 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 지적재산권이 많을수록 거래고객과 제조제품군수는 영업이익률과 매출성장률에 각각 정(+)에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과는 자본재 산업의 중소기업들이 경영성과를 제고하기 위해서는, 기술능력을 축적하고 사업영역을 확대해야함을 의미한다. 또한, 기업들이 사업영역을 확대하기 위해서는 먼저 내부의 기술혁신역량을 축적하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다. 특히, 고객의 범위를 확장할 때 새로운 고객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 기술역량을 가지고 있어야 함을 의미한다. 그리고 기술혁신역량이 높은 기업일수록 중소기업의 제조제품군수의 확대는 경영성과를 개선할 수 있다는 점을 뜻한다.

Vertical response spectra for an impact on ground surface

  • An impact on the ground surface may represent several phenomena, such as a crash of an airplane or an explosion or the passage of a train. In order to analyze and design structures and equipment to resist such a type of shocks, the response spectra for an impact on the ground must be given. We investigated the half-space motions due to impact using the finite element method. We performed extensive parametric analyses to define a suitable finite element model and arrive at displacement time histories and response spectra at varying distances from the impact point. The principal scope of our study has been to derive response spectra which: (a) provide insight and illustrate in detail the half-space response to an impact load, (b) can be readily used for the analysis of structures resting on a ground subjected to an impact and (c) are a new family of results for the impact problem and can serve as reference for future research.

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF DELAYS FACTORS IN PROJECT COMPLETION IN LIBYA AND UK CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

  • Delays in completing construction projects have significant financial and social impact to all parties involved in the construction process and in particular in developing countries. This is very evident in most construction projects in Libya and in both public and private sectors. The research study was initiated by Libyan Government and the main aim of the project is to develop a new strategy in reducing the impact of delay factors. In order to achieve this, a number of objectives have been set-to conduct a comprehensive literature survey, to conduct a comparative study of the delay factors in project completion in both Libya and UK using semi structured questionnaire and finally, to identify and analyse the causes of delay and ranked them using frequency of occurrence and severity. The critical causes of delay for construction projects were quite different between Libya and UK. For the former, the most critical causes of delay in Libyan construction industry were low skills of manpower, changes in the scope of the project, slowness in giving instruction and poor qualification of consultant, while for the latter they were financial problems, bad weather conditions on the job site and change in the scope of project. Statistical experiments including Paired Samples T-Test, was run to test the significance of the survey data in both countries Libya and UK. The statistical results confirmed the collected data from the survey were significant.

  • In Korea, military authorities have neglected to consider impacts of military projects on local communities and natural environment. Moreover, local communities have had difficulties in dealing with the Ministry of National Defense (MND), which was stubborn enough not to implement environmental assessment on their projects. In this situation, recent case, "EIA of Baekgol Division's Howitzer Fire Training Site" in the Supreme Court-in which judges upheld the Higher Court's decision that the division violated the Environmental Impact Assessment law by ignoring to implement EIA-reveals that military projects can no longer forgo environmental assessment. The decision has serious ramifications on the future of Environmental Impact Assessment in military-led projects. This paper examines the proper scope of EIA in military-led projects and, more specifically, fire training site and searches for how to improve it through 'probable error,' a military training method that is applied to real 'howitzer' fire training. Probable error of the artillery field manual is nothing more than an error that exceeded as often as it is not exceeded and its scientific method was demonstrated through real fire tests in the US. Army. If it is applied to improve assessment methods about the proper scope of EIA in military 'howitzer' fire training site, 'probable error' will improve effect prediction, mitigation and reliability.

인공호소에서 마이크로 버블 포기에 의한 수리학적 영향반경과 용존산소 분포 (Hydraulic Impact Scope and Dissolved Oxygen Distribution by the Micro-bubble Aeration in an Artificial Lake)

  • 본 연구에서는 호소 수체에 산소를 포기시켜 주는 마이크로 버블 발생장치를 충남 아산에 위치하고 있는 죽산호에 설치하여 수체에 미치는 수리학적 영향반경과 용존산소 (DO) 농도 분포를 조사하였다. 수체에 미치는 수리학적 영향반경은 로다민 염료를 이용한 추적실험을 하였으며, 마이크로 버블 제트류의 수평방향으로 총 160 m 길이의 가이드라인을 설치하여 10 m 지점마다 수심 1 m, 2 m, 3 m에서 로다민 농도, 수온, DO 등을 측정하였다. 죽산호의 로다민 배경농도는 $0.3-0.5{\mu}g/L$이었고, 용액 주입 후 15분 이내에 20-40 m 거리까지 확산되었으며, 거리 50-120 m의 수심 2 m 지점에서 로다민 농도가 $3.1-12{\mu}g/L$를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과로부터 마이크로 버블 발생장치의 제트류에 의한 직접적인 영향 범위는 40-50 m이고, 그 이후에는 이류 및 확산에 의한 영향으로 120 m까지 이동하는 것으로 나타났다. 수중 DO 농도는 경과시간과 이격 거리에 상관없이 7.4-12.6 mg/L의 농도를 유지하였고, 마이크로 버블 적용 전의 호소 바닥층 DO 0.2 mg/L에서 운영 후 8.0 mg/L 이상으로 DO가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 마이크로 버블 포기 기술은 농업용 호소의 수질 관리와 개선에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper studied the PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride) and Acoustic Emission sensors characteristics of the laminated composite panels under the low velocity impact. The various impact test by changing impact height is performed on the instrumented drop weight impact tester. The STFT(short time Fourier transform) and WT(wavelet transform) are used to decompose the each sensor signals. A ultrasonic C-scan and digital scope are used to define damaged area in each case. The test result indicated that the individual sensor signals involve the damage initiation and development.

조력발전사업에서의 환경적 영향 분석을 통한 환경·사회적 갈등 저감방안 (Reducing Plan of Environmental and Social Conflicts for Tidal Power Plant through the Analysis of Environmental Impact)

  • The major causes of environmental and social conflicts were analyzed through the samples of the construction and the management for tidal power plant abroad and inland. Based on the results, the eco-friendly and socially acceptable policy instruments for decreasing the scope and intensity of the conflicts were explored. Regarding environment issues, it was found that the tidal power project resulted in decreasing in tidal range and area of intertidal zone and in damaging to tidal flat and wetland conservation area. Also there are the characteristic change of tidal current and biological effect, etc. The major environmental and social conflicts were resulted from the distrust of environmental results to environmental impact assessment and prior environmental review and the distrust of project feasibility study, and insufficient activities of public participation. In this study, introduction to joint fact-finding(JFF) was reviewed as the measure of minimizing environmental and social conflicts.

어촌·어항법에 따른 개발사업의 해역이용협의 대상사업의 범위 설정 개선방안 (Improvement of The Scope of Business Subject to Consultation on Utilization of Sea Areas for Developments According to the Fishing Village and Fishery Harbors Act)

  • 어항시설에 대한 해역이용협의 시 계류시설이 협의대상에서 정확히 규정되어 있지 않고, 항만시설과 규모에서 차이가 있으나 협의대상 규모를 동일하게 적용하고 있어 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 사항을 분석하기 위해 최근 2년간(2013-2014) 해역이용영향검토기관에서 검토된 어항관련 일반해역이용협의서 17건을 분석 후 세 가지 개선방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 해역이용협의 대상사업 범위에 대한 재평가가 필요하다. 어항개발은 외곽시설을 포함한 계류시설 등 다양한 시설설치가 동시에 진행되기 때문에 기본시설, 기능시설 등을 모두 고려하는 등 해역이용협의 대상을 보다 명확히 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 시설규모에 대한 조정이 필요하다. 그 밖의 어항시설의 경우는 공유수면 점용 사용 면적이 $50,000m^2$일 경우 일반해역이용협의 대상이나, 대부분 소규모 어항의 경우 항계를 초과하는 경우가 많아 대상사업의 범위가 과대하게 설정되어 있어 조정이 필요하다. 셋째, 해역이용협의에 대한 근거의 혼선을 해소하기 위해 협의대상을 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 공유수면 점 사용 허가 및 적용배제의 근거인 "공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률"과 "해양환경관리법"에 따른 공유수면 점용 사용과 관련된 협의대상 사이에서 나오는 불명확성과 혼란을 제거하기 위해 협의대상의 근거를 명확히 설정하는 규정이 마련되어야 할 것이다.
