This study was carried out to provide basic data for efficient park management by analysing visitors' satisfaction factors and estimated regression model through questionnaire survey method at Taeanhaean National Park in Korea. Performance(satisfaction) variables as 'touting', 'illegal merchant', 'noise', 'indiscreet use' and 'collection of natural plants or animals', and Importance variables as 'littering problem', 'water pollution act', 'careless cooking' and 'exorbitant pay' were relatively high score. It was clarified that the 'souvenir & special product', 'lack of use program' 'lack of public facility', 'lack of information facility', and 'lack of commercial facility' were 'concentrate here' ones by the Importance-Performance analysis. 'Facility management', 'Use management' and 'Resource management' factors were found out by Factor Analysis and the 'Facility management' was the biggest factor accounting for 32.6% of all. In the estimated model by Multiple Regression Analysis, 'lack of employee's guidance or kindness', 'lack of convenience facility', 'noise', 'lack of facilities to stay' and 'charge of user fee, parking fee' were the variables to impact visitors' satisfaction and to need concentrated management. These results were unique characteristics of marine national park and then the different management strategy and policy from mountain national park were necessary.
Purpose - With the increase of non-face-to-face activities due to the spread of COVID-19, O2O industry has grown rapidly which reduces contact points between suppliers and consumers. O2O platform is now recognized as an indispensable channel of distribution, but the voice is getting louder that it is necessary to check how it contributes to the performance of suppliers or how its fee system or contract terms affects the expansion of O2O industry as the leading companies tend to monopolize the market. Design/methodology/approach - In this study, the scope was limited to the restaurant industry in which transactions are the most active among the O2O industry and a regression analysis was done on 775 businesses that had used guarantor service from the Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation. Findings - Analysis on the impact of O2O platform system, information, and service quality on the business performance of the sole proprietors revealed that the system quality represented by ease of use and the information quality determined by level of timely, accurate and reliable information provided to the consumers have a statistically significant effect on the improvement of business performance. In addition, the effect of business performance on the loyalty measured by the likelihood of users continuing to use the service as well as recommending it to others was moderated by the satisfaction with contract terms, not by the fee system. Research implications or Originality - Although the number of O2O platform providers has increased manyfold, the membership rate is no more than 20%, which means that the small business owners are still struggling with digital transformation. In order for the O2O industry, which is now commonplace, to form a healthy ecosystem that satisfies both suppliers and consumers, the standard contract guidelines that are acceptable to both parties must be established and the O2O providers must offer services that help suppliers to improve performance.
This study examined the effects educational service elements have on the satisfaction of educational service; it also analyzed how such satisfaction influenced educational institutions' registration renewal and word-of-mouth communications about the schools. The key factors of educational services included the following four components: physical environment, education programs, instructors, and tuition fee. An investigation into how the factors of educational services in private educational institutions may affect consumer satisfaction was an additional goal of this study. Based on the cause-and-effect analysis of the above constructs, the degree of influence that each of the attributes and the component factors have on consumers' educational service selection, as well as the consumers' satisfaction, were explored. An empirical analysis was conducted on students who were taking classes in cram schools; the analysis was also conducted on the students' parents. The results indicated that the hypotheses regarding the elements of educational service, educational program, and the instructor factor were supported. Furthermore, a hypothesis concerning the effects educational service satisfaction has on re-registration and word of mouth was supported, as well. Upon aggregating the above study results, it was concluded that when determining the effects of satisfaction on educational service, the educational program, and the instructor factor played a crucial role, while physical surroundings and tuition did not. When addressing the influence of the educational services factors on educational services satisfaction, education programs and instructors had a positive effect, whereas physical environment and tuition fee had no statistically significant impact. According to the influence of educational services satisfaction on registration renewal and word-of-mouth effects, educational services satisfaction was found to be a positive influential factor for both. In addition, it was found that satisfaction of educational service had a positive effect on renewing enrollment and forming word-of-mouth recommendations. Although the research seems simple, some theoretical implications can be drawn, as follows: First, one interpretation of the findings that the programs' and instructors' factors had a positive effect on educational services satisfaction but the physical environment and tuition fee factors did not have a significant effect suggests that the greatest influence factors in educational services are educational programs and instructors. Second, increased educational services satisfaction may result in consumer behavior changing, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth comments. Third, increased educational services satisfaction may result in enhancing consumer responses, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth opinions. Further research directions should include developing an integrated model that will allow for variation over time, before and after purchases, in relation to consumers' choices of educational services.

With the drastically changing healthcare market, the adoption of DRG system and the use of Critical Pathway will be increased gradually in order to care hospitalized patients qualitatively and manage cost-effectively in Korea. The purpose of this quasi-experimental research is to apply and analyze the developed critical pathway to the patients with Cesarean section. 35 eligible subjects for the control group were chosen from postpartum patients who has delivered at H-hospital in Kwang-ju, and were questioned after appling previous care plan from May to December, 1998. For the experimental group, 37 subjects were chosen and questioned after applying Critical Pathway service from January to June, 1999. The instruments are a critical pathway for the patients with Cesarean section developed by chung(1998) and a questionnaire that evaluate patients and family members' satisfaction level. Also, educational materials were used to inform them in the process of Critical Pathway application. As a result of chi-square test on general characteristics, there is significant difference between control group and experimental group only in terms of room size(p= .010). There are no significant differences in the average length of stay in the hospital between control group and experimental group(t=.078). Also, the average medical consult fee has no difference significantly between two groups(t= .105). The findings showed that the experimental group with critical pathway service scored significantly higher than control group on the satisfaction level toward care services(p=.000). The items are post-operative care, postpartum exercise technique, breast feeding and breast manage through educational materials. In conclusion, the research indicates that the application of planned Critical Pathway can have a positive impact on satisfaction level of inpatients with Cesarian section.
As the importance of intellectual property rights for the 21st century challenge became prominent, many companies have been trying to secure many rights competitively. In particular, application numbers of patent that represents technology has been increased continuously. Korean companies were not exception; mainly in large companies, there have been continued the efforts to grow the number of patent applications in quantitative volume. But the issues that how viable patents the companies have, how effectively the companies manage, and how economically usable the patents are, are totally different from quantitative management level. As such, the issue is connected to how to assess the patent management level of companies. On the other side of quantitative growth of patent that companies hold, there are some problems such as the difficulties to determine if the patents hold substantial values, and the difficulties to determine whether the patent are managed effectively. In addition, as the numbers of patent application and registration of companies are increased, the cost for patent holding and managing increase. It is required to pay continuous attention to the cost of patent management because patent registration fee has a property that increases rapidly with time and burden for patentee become heavier. As a result of analysis and interpretation, we confirmed that quantitative management, particularly the number of patent applicant does not make positive impact on how to use patent after application. Rather, it is observed that the economical usage is influenced positively by the efforts of patent applicants such as considering for the time of patent examination, paying attention to receive patent registration decision. Therefore, this study shows that efforts patent applicants provide in management level after application time are important to maintain the value of patents.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between perceived smartphone addiction and physical and mental health among female college students. Methods: Data were collected using a questionnaire to measure perceived smartphone addiction and physical and mental health of 314 female students attending a college located in D city from April 9 to May, 31, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, 𝑥2 test, t-test and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 18. Results: The respondents were classified into two groups, the perceived smartphone addiction group (29.3%) and the perceived smartphone non-addiction group (70.7%). Perceived smartphone addiction was significantly different according to daily smartphone usage time (p<.001), smartphone usage fee (p=.005), most satisfying thing about using smartphones (p=.006) and importance of smartphones in daily life (p<.001). The perceived smartphone addiction group had more physical health problems (p=.001) and more mental health problems (p<.001). The factors affecting physical health were perceived smartphone addiction and importance of smartphones in daily life, with 62% of explanatory power (F=10.15, p<.001). As for mental health, the affecting factors were also perceived smartphone addiction and importance of smartphones in daily life, with 87% of explanatory power (F=14.52, p<.001). Conclusion: It is important to raise awareness of smartphone addiction including its negative impact on physical and mental health, reduce smartphone usage time, and build offline social relationships.

Since the partly changed 'Private Investment Act for Social Infrastructure Projects' set forth in January 2005, the number of BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects offered to the market has rapidly increased. The scope of BTL projects offered covers not only legally defined facilities but several facilities for the private schools. A BTL project, by definition, is a way of project management that includes the entire process of development such as planning, design, construction and operation over the period of 20-30 years. As a result, various types of risk may happen at each stage of the project and it is extremely important to efficiently control the sensitive factors that affect the risk profiles of the project. The examples of the sensitive factors are construction cost, interest rate, discount rate, lease amount, rental fee, O&M cost and so on. This study examines the characteristics of these sensitivity factors, analyzes their impact on the project feasibility and suggests the alternatives to manage them efficiently.
This study investigates to identify the impact factors of timber production cost on the relationship between production cost components and revenues generated by evaluating the entire timber supply chain. In this research, selected 13 logging zones as target areas and classified 14 forest production cost factors, six groups. Additionally, established 13 externalenvironmental factors with related stakeholders and forestry experts. And the BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) method was then used to analyze the economics of each zone. Filled up a checklist and rated using 5 point scale for each target region, and extracted major cost factors for the production economy of the item. The analysis of major cost factors in the timber production revealed that wood grab equipment usage fee was the first ranked and forest trees purchase cost was ranked in the $2^{nd}$Also, the $3^{rd}$ranking was logging expenses, and transport cost, which accounted for 84% of the total cost, was ranked in the $4^{th}$. In addition, the rock land ratio, slope, timber payment (forest trees purchase cost), special timber, ratio of timber, DBH (Diameter at Breast Height), and mixed forest ratio were the factors that most affected the timber supply chain cost.
As a cross-sectional study, this study was aimed to investigate and compare the job efficiency and satisfaction of nurses according to the hospital grade. Survey was conducted by mail on June 2009, and the respondents were 1,016 nurses working in 15 hospitals which are 9 high-grade general hospitals and 6 general hospitals. The percent of nurses acknowledging their hospital grades is 34.5%, and that is 20.5% at high-grade general hospitals. As the result of review of studies, it is concluded that under the circumstance that differential rates are contracted to calculate fees for hospital services and copayment of patients are according to nursing grades and hospital grades, the degree of nurses' awareness of insurance fees impact on their performance like recording of care and prescription. In order to improve nurses' performance, they need to be educated about the national insurance fee system. In hospitals with higher nursing grade and more beds, the levels of nursing quality and faithfulnes and their job satisfaction were higher. Nurses' awareness of their hospital nursing grade was related to the quality of nursing but not the faithfulness. Nurses working in higher nursing-grade hospital are more self-respect and satisfied at their jobs, and their job efficiencies are not significantly different. The current nursing fees based on the proper number of nurses per beds of nursing units should be changed to be based on the amount of job per nurse by their nursing protocol, and the nurse staffing standard should be differentiated between nursing grades. As the aspect of nursing, 24-hours patient care, it is difficult to improve nurses' job satisfaction, and in the other hand, that tends to depend on their income level. In the current circumstance, comprehensive research is required to investigate the propriety of 25% of the inpatient fees as the nursing management charge.

Background Settlements between doctors and patients provide a solution to complicated disputes. However, some disputes may be renewed as a result of negligence by both parties. The purpose of this study was to review the legal issues that may potentially arise during the preparation of settlement agreements and to propose a list of requirements for ensuring the effectiveness of these settlement agreements. Methods Data from 287 civil cases concerning aesthetic surgery that took place between 2000 and 2015 were collected from a court database in South Korea. Factors that influenced the effectiveness of settlement agreements were analyzed. Results Among the 287 court precedents, there were 68 cases of covenant not to sue. Eighteen cases were dismissed because the settlement agreements were recognized as effective, and 50 cases were sent forward for judgment on their merits because the agreements were not recognized as effective. The types of surgery and types of complications were classified by frequency. We evaluated the geographical distribution of the precedents, the settlement timing, and the effectiveness and economic impact of the settlements. We found that there was no statistically significant relationship among these factors. Four major factors that made a settlement agreement legally effective were identified, and the data showed that fee-free reoperations were not considered by the court in determining the compensation amount. Conclusions When preparing a settlement agreement, it is advisable to review the contents of the agreement rather than to take the preparation of a settlement agreement per se to be legally meaningful.
