연제품의 보존제로서 lysozyme의 효과를 검토하기 위하여, 부패된 연제품에서 7종의 대표 균주를 분리 선정하여 lysozyme에 의한 발육조지 효과와 hexametaphosphate와 pyrophosphate을 병용 첨가하였을 때의 발육조지 효과를 측정하고 각 균에 대한 항균제의 발육조지 농도를 측정한 후 가장 효과적인 농도를 게맛살, 어묵과 튀김어묵에 첨가 또는 침지하여 $30^{\circ}C$에 7일간 저장하면서 생균수, pH 및 VBN을 검사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 분리 세균 7종 중 6종의 균은 lysozyme에 의하열 발육이 억제되었으며, sodium hexametaphosphate와 sodium pyrophosphate를 병용 첨가하였을 때 그 발육조지 효과가 상승하였다. 발육조지 효과는 lysozyme + sodium hexametaphosphate + sodium pyrophosphate, lysozyme + sodium pyrophosphate, lysozyme + sodium hexametaphosphate, lysozyme의 순으로 높았으며 저항력이 제일 강하였던 1균주도 lysozyme$(0.05\%)$ + sodium pyrophosphate$(0.5\%)$ + sodium hexametaphosphate$(0.1\%)$를 첨가하였을 때 발육조지 효과가 비교적 좋았다.2. 게맛갈과 어묵은 lysozyme$(0.05\%)$ 단독 첨가보다 sodium pyrophosphate$(0.5)\%$와 sodium hexametaphosphate$(0.1\%)$를 병용 첨가하였을 때 세균발육 억제효과가 상승하였으나 직접 균의 배양 시험에서 보다 효과가 적었다. 튀김어묵을 lysozyme$(0.05\%)$ 단독 그리고, lysozyme$(0.05\%)$ + sodium pyrophosphate $(0.5\%)$ + sodium hexametaphosphate$(0.1\%)$ 용액에 5분간 침지 처리하였을 때 약간의 방부효과는 인정되었으나 sorbic acid$(0.2\%)$을 첨가한 것보다 효과가 적었다.

이 논문은 관찰학습에서 나타나고 있는 반두라의 대리강화에 대한 이론과 효과들을 살펴보고, 그 개념을 기독교교육에서 행해지고 있는 영적 롤 모델링 전략에 적용한 연구이다. 이를 위해 먼저 반두라가 소개하고 있는 대리강화란 무엇이며, 관찰학습에서 대리강화가 어떻게 발생하는가 그리고 대리강화가 관찰자의 행동 변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 살펴보았다. 특별히 반두라는 관찰학습과 모방 혹은 반모방 행동 안에서 일어나는 학습과정에 대하여 개념화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 반두라는 관찰학습에서 일어나는 대리강화의 과정을 4단계(집중, 기억, 행동재생, 그리고 동기화)로 분류하여 설명한다. 그뿐만이 아니라. 대리강화의 효과에 대해 3가지(관찰학습효과, 억제-탈억제효과, 유발효과)를 제시하였다. 이러한 반두라의 대리강화 이론과 그 효과를 바탕으로 하여 기독교교육에서 논의되고 있는 예수님 닮아가기 혹은 제자훈련 안에서의 영적 롤 모델링 전략을 재평가했다. 특별히 성경에서 사용하고 있는 모방에 대한 개념을 반두라의 대리강화 이론과 비교하면서 재해석하였고, 사도 바울이 제시하고 있는 영적 롤 모델의 역할을 대리강화의 효과라는 차원에서 재점검했다. 그 결과 2가지 차원에서의 영적 롤 모델 전략을 발견하였다. 즉 바울의 영적 롤 모델 역할은 긍정적인 차원에서 대리강화로써 신자로 하여금 기대되는 행동을 실행할 수 있도록 도와주는 하나의 본보기가 된다. 반면에 바울의 명령은 신자들에게 명확한 탈억제 효과를 불러일으키는 부정적인 차원에서의 대리강화로 사용되고 있음을 발견하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 관찰학습에 대한 연구들과 성경적 영적 롤 모델링 전략을 서로 연관시킴으로써 반두라의 대리강화가 기독교교육에 미칠 가능성을 함의하였다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how contemporary hairstyles are expressed based on the recurrence and non-recurrence of simulation. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) Recurrence appeared as imitation which re-expresses the image of past hairstyles, change which borrows unordinary objects from previous hairstyles, and expansion which extends the volume in hairstyles. 2) For nonrecurrence, there were an absence of hairstyles which rid reality, a sub-culture as a disband of fixed perceptions, a combination with other genres, an ambiguity of hairstyles appearing as a fusion effect and a Kitsch phenomenon, an ambiguity of hairstyles where a totally different third image appears through dichotomy concepts combined.

This paper presents the method of parameter estimation of diffusion model for monitoring Demand-Side Management program. Bass diffusion model was applied in this paper, which has different values according to the following parameters; coefficients of innovation, imitation and potential adopters. Though it is very important to estimate three parameters precisely, there has been no empirical way in practice. Thus, this paper presents the method of parameter estimation in case of few data with constraints to reduce the possibility of bad estimation. The constraints can be empirical results or expert's decision. Case studies show the diffusion curves and forecasted values of the peak for the high-efficient lighting. The feedback and nonlinear least-square parameter estimation methods used in this paper enable us to evaluate the status and to predict the effect of DSM program.

안전하고 건강지향적인 식품에 관한 소비자들의 관심이 증가함에 따라, 학계와 산업계에서는 생리활성 기능을 가진 소재를 이용한 식품을 개발하려는 시도가 많이 이루어지고 있는 추세이다. 특히 합성물질보다는 생리활성작용을 하는 천연물질의 이용이 증가되고 있는데 이러한 이유는 합성화학물질과 달리 천연물질은 그 이용에 대한 제한이 없고 소비자들의 신뢰도가 높기 때문이다. 폐계육의 가슴살과 명태살을 이용한 게맛살을 제조할 때 동충하초분말, 누에고치분말 및 CLA의 혼합 첨가가 게맛살의 이화학적 품질특성에 미치는 효과를 구명하기 위하여 폐계육 회수단백질과 명태살에 누에고치분말(10 g)을 첨가한 T1, 누에고치분말(5 g)과 동충하초분말(5 g)을 첨가한 T2, 동충하초분말(5 g)과 공액리놀랜산(5 g)(CLA)를 첨가한 T3를 제조하여 실험을 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. pH와 전단가는 저장초기에 비교해 저장 2주 이후에 모든 처리구에서 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 전단가는 6주에서 동충하초분말과 CLA를 혼합 첨가한 구(T3)에서 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. 육색의 경우 적색도($a^{\ast}$)와 백색도(W)는 저장기간 동안 모든 구간에서 높게 나타난 반면에 황색도($b^{\ast}$)는 저장기간 동안 감소하였다. T2의 적색도($a^{\ast}$), 황색도($b^{\ast}$)가 다른 처리구보다 상당히 높게 나타내었다. 생리활성물질의 첨가는 게맛살의 겔 특성과 조직감에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 지방산패도(TBARS)와 총균수(TPC)는 T1이 다른 처리구보다 상당히 높게 나온 반면에 단백질변패도(VBN)의 경우 다른 처리구보다 T2가 높게 나왔다. T1과 T3는 저장기간 동안 총 아미노산함량이 감소하였다. 결과적으로 동충하초분말 0.5%와 CLA 0.5% 혼합 첨가한 T3 처리구가 종합적인 품질면에서 폐계육 함유 게맛살의 기능성을 가장 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of the study was to prove the effect of the "Picture Book Reading Program for Mothers" developed to enhance the language competence of married immigrant women and their children. Twenty immigrant mothers with three-year-olds were recruited, and they participated in an 8-week-Picture Book Reading Program developed by the reseacher. The REVT and U-TAP were used to measure linguistic abilities for mothers while PRES was used to measure their children's linguistic abilities. Lee(2004)'s "Effect of dialogic picture book reading teacher training program for toddlers" was used to measure the mother's and children's verbal and non-verbal behaviors. The results of the study were as follows: First, by participating in the PBRPM, the mother's linguistic ability as well as children's vocabulary and receptive language have increased. Second, by participating in the PBRPM in terms of mother-child interaction, mother's verbal behaviors to children (i.e. attention and inquiring) and children's verbal behaviors(i.e. responding and imitation) have increased. In conclusion, "PBRPM" for married immigrant women and their children proved to be effective in enhancing the language competence and verbal interactions between married immigrant women and their children.

본 논문은 수중에서 초음파를 이용하여 데이터를 전송할 때 전체 전송성능에 영향을 주는 Multipath를 수학적으로 분석하였고, 분석된 결과를 이용하여 다중경로의 영향을 고려한 수중 초음파 영상통신 시스템을 설계하였다. 주파수 제약환경에 강인한$\pi/4 QPSK$ 알고리듬을 채택하였고, 수중 초음파 통신에서 발생하는 신호의 Ringing 효과를 상쇄하기 위하여 FM 변조방식을 가미한 Hybrid 변복조 시스템을 설계하였다. 또한, 다중경로의 영향을 상쇄하기 위하여 적응 등화기를 설계하였으며, Baseline PEG 기법을 이용하여 수중영상 압축에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

The femme fatale image presently observable in various fields is reproducing its image through repetitive imitation, change and application, in particular, through 'movies' which have a greater ripple effect on the public than any other mass media by incessantly producing a countless number of images. This study aims to figure out the intrinsic meaning and the characteristics of the image of femme fatale, understand the modern expression of it in movies and finally shed light on its image represented in Korean movies. For this study, the literature and internet materials related to the image of femme fatale in the movie "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" and the general concept of femme fatale were comprehensively surveyed. The femme fatale image which is represented in this movie is classified into 4 images ; disguise & mystery, retribution & cruelty, enchantment & beauty, salvation & redemption. The findings of this study provide an insight into how the femme fatale image is expressed in movies, the mass media which has a gigantic ripple effect, and provide the momentum to recognize the need and significance of understanding the femme fatale image represented in Korean movies.

Microbial contamination of ready-to-eat ingredients for Kimbab manufacturing and the effect of irradiation to reduce the microbial contamination of the products were investigated. Among 9 food items tested, there were no viable cells in the ham, seasoned and cooked beef, imitation crab leg, fried egg, and seasoned burdoc. Cucumber, surimi gel, and seasoned and blanched spinach were counted at 5.07$\pm$0.97, 3.50$\pm$0.14, and 5.41$\pm$0.51 log CFU/g, respectively. Irradiation at 1 kGy reduced the number of microorganism in these ready-to-eat foods to an undetectable level. However, the dried laver showed an 8.83$\pm$0.10 log CFU/g and an irradiation at 3 kGy reduced the level to only 7.14$\pm$0.23. Sensory evaluation of the irradiated Kimbab prepared from these food materials indicated that the measure of the control of the sensorial quality should be provided before applying an irradiation to the prepared Kimbab.
