  • 시멘트산업은 건설산업에의 기초소재를 공급하는 중추이지만 시멘트 제조시 고온의 소성이 필요하고 소성시의 원료 및 연료로부터 발생하는 $CO_2$와 구조물 해체시 발생하는 건설폐기물은 새로운 환경문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 폐콘크리트 미분말의 리사이클을 통해 시멘트로서 활용하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 불활성 충전재로서의 활용에서 벗어나 화학적 특성을 기반으로 배합조건을 조절하여 클링커 및 시멘트를 제조하고 미세조직 및 상분석을 실시하여 저탄소형 시멘트 개발 가능성을 타진하고자 한다. 연구결과 폐콘크리트 미분말을 활용한 저탄소형 시멘트 제조가 가능하며 유효활용을 위한 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

컴퓨터 비전 기술 기반 건설장비 객체 추출 모델 적용 분석 연구 (A Study on the Construction Equipment Object Extraction Model Based on Computer Vision Technology)

  • 연구목적: 2022년 산업재해 현황 부가통계에서 건설업 사망사고자 현황을 보면 건설업 전체 사망사고자의 27.8%가 건설장비로 인해 발생하고 있다. 현장 대형화, 고층화 등으로 발생하는 순회 및 점검의 한계를 극복하기 위해 컴퓨터 비전 기술을 활용해 건설장비를 추출할 수 있는 모델을 구축하고 해당 모델의 정확도 및 현장 적용성에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법:본 연구에서는 건설장비 중 굴착기, 덤프트럭, 이동식 크레인의 이미지 데이터를 딥러닝 학습시킨 뒤 학습 결과를 평가 및 분석하고 건설현장에 적용하여 분석한다. 연구결과: 'A' 현장에서는 굴착기 및 덤프트럭의 객체를 추출하였으며, 평균 추출 정확도는 굴착기 81.42%, 덤프트럭 78.23%를 나타냈다. 'B' 현장의 이동식 크레인은 78.14%의 평균 정확도를 보여줬다. 결론: 현장 안전관리의 효율성이 증가할 수 있고, 재해발생 위험요인을 최소화 할 수 있을것이라 본다. 또한, 본 연구를 기반으로 건설현장에 스마트 건설기술 도입에 관한 기초적인 자료로 활용이 가능하다.

영상정보에 기반한 산업용 부품 문자 인식 시스템 (Character Recognition System for the Components Used in Industry by the Information of Their Images)

  • 본 논문에서는 상용 CDC 카메라를 동하여 각종 산업용 부품들의 영상 정보를 입력한 후 이를 이용하여 부품에 기록된 각종 문자들을 자동 인식하고 인식된 문자 정보를 활용하여 부품의 제조, 조립 및 검사 공정 등을 자동화시킬 수 있는 산업용 부품 문자 인식 시스템을 구축하였다. 이러한 영상 정보 기반 산업용 부품 문자 인식 시스템을 작업 현장에 적용할 경우 생산성 향상, 경비 절감, 고품질 제품의 생산 및 공정의 자동화 등 다양한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Effect of Storytelling Marketing on Brand Image and Brand Attitude

  • Purpose - This study will investigate and identify the relationship between brand image, brand attitude and intent to purchase based on subjects that have remembered or watched more than one storytelling marketing ad related to airlines. The purpose of the project is to secure market competitiveness by presenting the basis for and use of the marketing strategy using storytelling, which can capture the goodwill of the aerospace competition market in the future. Research, design, data, and methodology - Prior to the research model and hypothesis testing phase, a verification factor analysis was conducted to assess internal consistency among each measurement item and to ensure reliability and validity of the measurement tool. Further, the organization was assessed for validity by calculating the mean variance estimation (AVE) and the construction concept reliability (CCR) through a positive factor analysis. Hypothesis verification was analyzed through a structural equation model, and each concept set in the hypothesis was entered as a potential variable, and each measurement item was entered as an observation variable. Results - Airline's storytelling marketing has a significant impact on the brand image and two emotional and cognitive responses have been shown to influence the brand image. In addition, airline storytelling marketing has a significant impact on brand attitudes and airline storytelling marketing derived from factor analysis has shown two emotional and cognitive responses to brand attitudes. Conclusions - The parts derived based on the research results show that storytelling marketing has a strong influence on the airline's brand image and attitude, and that it is necessary for airlines to have a brand image and attitude. Also, forming a favorable brand image has a significant impact on brand attitudes. We believe that by presenting basic data to the aviation industry in future research on airline storytelling, we will be able to increase understanding and contribution to development of storytelling marketing in aviation.

위성사진으로 본 북한의 시멘트 산업 (North Korea Cement Industry in Satellite Imagery)

  • The possibility of economic exchange with North Korea is increasing, but there is still a shortage of information of cement industry, which occupies the largest proportion of North Korean construction material industry. Therefore, this study researched the status of cement production facility management using satellite photographs of 16 cement factories in North Korea, and examined the operating status of North Korean cement industry by observing smoke discharged from the chimneys of the cement production facilities. When the satellite photographs were analyzed, it was observed that the monthly stack fog ratio of the North Korean cement factories was 55% in 2016, 60% in 2017 and nearly 65% in 2018. This demonstrates that the average operating ratio has been increasing continuously. However, the operation rate of the five major cement factories reaches the limit, actual cement production is estimated to have maintained the previous level or small increased.

  • This study aims to explore the ways of reinforcing the competitive edge and substance of company through e-business in furniture industry by presenting the e-business model of furniture industry which faces the opportunity of challenge in the course of industrial restructuring. e-business model can take various types depending on the environment, feature and competitive edge that each company faces. For example, it is general in the fields of manufacturing company to study the model by dividing into Sell Side for sales to the customers, and Buy Side for purchase of raw materials, Integrating both sides. In furniture industry, Sell Side has the feature of giving a priority in the quality and price rather than brand image in the purchase type of consumer. Especially, it shall not be overlooked that majority of furniture is delivered to the consumer indirectly through the construction company. As such, e-business should be promoted in a way to expand the point of contact for consumers, rather than to construct its own point of contact for consumers. The percentage of importation of raw lumber is high and the standardization was insufficient in Buy Side.

우리나라 엔지니어링산업의 시장전망과 기술인력 필요공급량 추정에 관한 연구 (The Forecasting of Market Size and Additional Requirement of Technical Manpower in Korean Engineering Industry)

  • The engineering industry plays an important role for national competitive, since it has an high impact on other industries. With its importance, the engineering industry development largely depends on its technical manpower ather than capital factor. This study aims at estimating the additional requirement on technical manpower based on the forecasted market size which represents the structure change corresponding to economic growth in related industry. Research scope includes the twelve of fifteen field except three with insufficient historical data and technical manpower above bachelor degree. Specialty, we forecast market size with determinants resulted from historical data analysis on each field. The demand on technical manpower is derived from the forecasted market. We also estimate an additional requirement with the supply analysis. The research results show different patterns over time period. The relative ratio on chemical and construction to total market will steadily grow over short term, while applied, environment, electronic and information will rapidly grow This pattern will be stabilized over mid or long term. The additional requirement on technical manpower represents the similar pattern to market growth. The research result implies manpower policy for having high inflow of technical engineer from educational institute and the related industries through the image improvement.

이미지 분석기법을 이용한 SV30 자동감지방법 및 탁도 추정 모델 개발 (Development of SV30 Detection Algorithm and Turbidity Assumption Model using Image Analysis Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 하수처리장의 자동 계측 제어 시스템을 구축함에 있어 제한 요소로 작용되는 2차 침전조의 침전 상태를 자동으로 진단하기 위해 이미지 분석 기법을 적용한 On-line SVI(Sludge Volume Index) analyzer를 이용하였다. 침전 상태를 알아보기 위해 카메라로 촬영한 디지털 이미지로부터 RGB(Red-Green-Blue) 프로파일을 얻었으며, 이를 통해 상등수와 슬러지층의 경계를 자동으로 감지할 수 있는 SV30 감지 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 개발된 SV30 감지 알고리즘은 벌킹, 핀플럭과 같은 침전 문제 발생 시에도 신뢰성 있는 감지능을 보여주었다. 또한 본 논문에서는 상등수 부분의 RGB 값과 실제 운전자에 의해 측정된 탁도 값 사이의 상관관계를 통하여, 탁도 추정 모델을 제안하였다.

2D Image Construction from Low Resolution Response of a New Non-invasive Measurement for Medical Application

  • This paper presents an application of digital signal processing to data acquired by the radio imaging method (RIM) that was adopted to measure moisture distribution inside the human body. RIM was originally developed for the mining industry; we are applying the method to a biomedical measurement because of its simplicity, economy, and safety. When a two-dimensional image was constructed from the measured data, the method provided insufficient resolution because the wavelength of the measurement medium, a weak electromagnetic wave in a VHF band, was longer than human tissues. We built and measured a phantom, a model simulating the human body, consisting of two water tanks representing large internal organs. A digital equalizer was applied to the measured values as a weight function, and images were reconstructed that corresponded to the original shape of the two water tanks. As a result, a two-dimensional image containing two individual peaks corresponding to the original two small water tanks was constructed. The result suggests the method was applicable to biomedical measurement by the assistance of digital signal processing. This technique may be applicable to home-based medical care and other situations in which safety, simplicity, and economy are important.

현대 패션에 나타난 대화식 패턴 일러스트레이션의 표션분석 - 인체표현을 중심으로 - (An Expressive Characteristics of Conversational Pattern Illustration in Modern Fashion - Focused on Human Body -)

  • Fashion illustration as conversational pattern which is made up of human and daily story creates brand image and new cultural value in textile design. The purpose of this study is to analyze an expressive characteristics focused on human body in conversational pattern illustration. The method of this study was to analyze documentaries, fashion magazines and internet fashion web site. The results were as follows: The category of body expression was classified as the head, the bust, the whole body, and the others. Most of all, the head is higher frequency than any other part. The category of body type was classified as iconic reappearance and surreal fantasy. The former expressed gender images of woman and man in reality and showed high frequency of 90.41%. Above all, two types were to show the organic correlation between fashion illustration body and brand concept. The construction method of motif was classified as singleness of body, repetition of body, singleness of body and non-body mixed, and repetition of body and non-body mixed. The repetition of body showed low frequency and it was composed of regular repetition construction and irregular construction. The singleness of body and non-body mixed, showed the highest frequency and it was definitely to communicate fashion concept. In these days, conversational pattern illustration in modern fashion pattern strengthens brand identity and informs the fashion image as creative commercial art. And also, it satisfies cultural sensibility of consumer and categorizes public phenomenons in our times.
