Due to the inflammatory of body exposure it did not become popular to the Korean nation but the body painting as a body art is definitely required for it be become a new pure artwork. In this body painting color is the core factor for visual part and expression and coloring obtained from the color is very important in creating effective image. In Korea beauty industry the researches are limited to the study on coloring expression of general beauty makeup. Therefore, this research analyzes color images in recent body painting artworks by defining characteristics of colors and coloring applied by theme. For the research subjects, dominant and secondary colors were extracted from the artworks presented in preliminary and final rounds of year 2012 and 2013 World Body Painting Festival. For the selection of final coloring stimulation the most frequent coloring by theme was first chosen. Among them, 2 individual coloring bands were selected by theme among the high frequency colors. For the analysis of coloring image shown in body painting works total 8 coloring bands were created and they were compared and analyzed by indicating each divided coloring band on the coloring image scale by theme. In this research coloring image analysis was done after examining colors and coloring of artworks presented in World Body Painting Festival by theme. This research has its meaning that it provides information and guideline for coloring design work of body painting by analyzing coloring image used in color and coloring of body painting by theme.

In the present industry, three-dimensional colored shape has required for realistic prototype in rapid manufacturing. Z-corporation developed 3D printer which can color three-dimensional prototype but this process can't be adopted to other rapid prototype products and spend much time and cost coloring 3D shape. In this study a new coloring process on three-dimensional surface is proposed for realistic prototype. Three-dimensional surface coloring apparatus is composed of HP ink jet head and X-Y plotter. Distance and angle between ink jet nozzle and 3D surface are set as process parameter. Based on the experiment of process parameters, it is shown that distance and angle affected on printed image on 3D surface. Circle and line shape are chosen as standard image shape because the shape has widely used as standard in 2D printing. Consequently, the distorted image on 3D surface is corrected by transformed input image data.

In the modern society, already a popular and public part of fashion, hair coloring has the effect of optical illusion on image. This study therefor aims to reveal the effects of varied and fashionable hair coloring on the body images. This is a combination of an actual examination and an experimental study. In order to know the effects of hair colors on body image, 230 female collegians residing in Busan were given a questionnaire on the reality of hair dyeing. Based on the actual research, one subject was selected and stimuli were manufactured. The analysis and examination of the effects of hair dyeing have produced the following conclusions. (1) As a result of dispersion analysis about the image effect according to hair colors, a meaningful difference is recognized in the item and indicates that hair color variation influences the image effect. (2) As a result, extracting the factors that hair colors can influence the image, 3 factors were extracted. The first factor is an intellectual image, the second factor is an active image, and the third factor is a comfortable image. (3) Image effect in hair colors are as same next. Red and Orange color clearly indicate the image of 'charismatic', 'lively', 'positive', 'active', 'light' and 'gorgeous'. Blue and Green color indicates the image of 'unfriendly', 'hard', 'cold' and 'uneasy'. White color indicates the image of 'unfriendly', 'charismatic', 'gorgeous' and 'impure' then Black color has images of 'friendly', 'intellectual', 'indignified' and 'pure'. In other words, the result indicates rather a different tendency comparison with the general color image.

본 논문은 세계적으로 한국문화를 좋아하는 사람들이 많아지고 있는 것을 의미하는 단어인 한류에서 알 수 있듯이 한국콘텐츠와 한국브랜드의 상품들이 세계적으로 파생되고 있는 현시점에서 디지털 한류의 지속적인 발전을 위해 선화 이미지들에 채색하는 기능성 컬러링 게임에 접목시키는 방향을 제안한다. 이용자들의 여가시간을 해결해 줄 수 있는 한국형 디지털 융복합 기능성 게임 산업 발전을 위해 상용화되어 서비스되고 있는 컬러링 게임들에서 제공되는 선화 이미지 컷들을 비교, 분석하고 기존 컬러링 게임들에서 제공되지 않는 한류콘텐츠 이미지 활용 발전방향을 찾고자 한다. 기능성 컬러링 게임 안에 사용되어지는 이미지 컷들 속에서 차별화된 한류콘텐츠 이미지 컷 활용에 대한 요소들을 찾아 컬러링 게임의 미적요소 발전방향을 연구하여 제시하고자 한다. 우리만의 미적요소를 살린 한류콘텐츠 연구들은 계속 되어야 할 것이며, 한국 게임 산업에서 디지털 모바일 디바이스 기기를 이용한 기능성 게임과 한국적 이미지를 활용한 게임 콘텐츠 요소들은 한국 대중문화 확산과 디지털 한류에 도움이 될 것이다.

Because the threshold technique using the histogram of intensity is the most attractive for segmentation in the sense of fast image processing, this paper defined the new function of inverse histogram of intensity and found out a threshold by means of it. The segmented errors are removed by regulating a scan size of blob coloring. Blob-coloring algorithm presented by [6] was reproved for good performance i.e., no change of feature in bolobs after blob coloring. The ratio of successful recognition was about 85 percents.

In this study, a new coloring process using ink-jet head is proposed for color printing on three-dimensional prototype surface. Process parameters such as the angle and the distance between ink-jet nozzle and the three-dimensional surface should be investigated from experiments. The correction matrix according to sloped angle to minimize the distortion of 2D image was proposed by analysis of printing error. Therefore, approximated method for angle and discrete length according to the radius of curvature for printing on the curved surface was proposed. By printing image on the doubly curved surface, the method was verified. As a practical example, helmet was chosen for printing images on the curved surface. The character images were applied with approximated method for angle and discrete length and was printed on the helmet surface.

In order to minimize the distortion of a 2D image, the correction matrix according to the sloped angle is proposed and obtained by analysis of printing errors. An image on the doubly curved surface is printed so as to verify the proposed method. As a practical example, a helmet is chosen for printing images on the curved surface. The practical applicability of the correction matrix is then demonstrated by printing the character images on the surface of the helmet.

This study examines the rotor characteristics of Guybang culture (women's living in Joseon) relics which the life images and mental world of women in Joseon if expressed to prepare rotor data to be utilized in modern design and information for color identity establishment of Korean women culture. The result of this study is as following: 1. From 176 pieces of relic photos, total of 1380 color chips were extracted. For color analysis, 1368 units (99.1%) of color data excluding achromatic 12 units (0.9%) among 1380 units of colors were used. With the standard of 10 color wheel of Munsell Color System, the result of studying distributions according to frequency, red was the highest by 25.9%, yellow was 21.4% in women's goods in Joseon period which the ratio of red and yellow was 473%. Other than that, GY 14.6%, YR 11.3% and RP 11.1% followed next which is studied that the warm colors that conveys enjoyable and glamorous feelings composed 84.3%; 2. As a result of tone analysis, high value low chroma ltg color showed highest distribution of 20% and d was 12.2%, b was 11.7% and sf was 8.8%. Generally, it showed high frequency in high value cocors such as ltg, sf and b of 40.5%t and in low chroma (ltg) and medium chroma (d, sf) of 41% and colors in bright and calm image was used the most. 3. As a result of analyzing relationship between hue & tone, the ltg tone of Y close to white in traditional color sensibility showed the highest frequency of 9.6% and ltg tone of GY(6.4%), b tone of RP(6.1%), and v(5.4%), b(5.4%), dp(5.3%) of R followed next. 4. As a result of analyzing the characteristics of coloring, it showed that in case of coloring contrasting hues, it is adjusted similar tones and in case of coloring less contrasting hue, the difference in tone is adjusted to be rather large to make harmonized coloring. Moreover, in case of coloring similar hues, the ratio of using same tone and similar tone was large which the coloring of calm image and dynamic image is all used.

The purpose of this study is to find out the color preference on rural rooftop color. Today, public profit value of a rural community has been heavily recognized in the areas of preservation of pro-environmental and traditional life styles and foundation of collective community. Comparatively with urban, rural town conserves the scenic of those days when the historic landscape existed. Therefore, elements of historic and tradition in rural town are interesting resources to people who want traditional experience. Color is one of the most influenced elements for the image of Landscape. On the other hand, radical modernization has brought conflicting color element that does not blend with existing environmental color. Among others, roof represents one of the important traits of rapidly developing rural community due to vast amount of space it covers. In order to come up with more appropriate coloring scheme, it is necessary determine color that forms a balance with present conditions of rural life and historic landscape. This study provides more objective rooftop coloring selection process by employing additional surveys regarding color image adjective. I justified necessity of the balance between environmental color and roof color through analyzing correlation between environmental color of the rural town and Color Image Scale of the preliminary selection of roofs.
