의료용 화상정보 처리 시스템 개발 (Development of Hospital Image Management and Communication System)

  • 의용화상 정보처리 시스템은 화상정보가 필림형태로 표현되어 판독, 관리되는 것에 의해 생기는 시, 공간적인 단점을 해소하고 의료정보를 체계화 시키는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 기존방식의 단점을 해소하고 계통을 체계화하기 위해 화상데이타를 디지탈화하여 저장, 검색, 표시 및 전송하는 시스템에서, 본 연구는 의용화상 데이타 베이스 구성을 위한 데이타의 수집 부분에서 프레임 그래버를 채택, 효율적인 화상데이타 저장공간의 확보 및 LAN을 사용하여 화상데이타의 전송시간 단축을 할 수 있는 화상데이타 압축을 위해서는 JEPG의 DCT압축모델을 채택하였고 시스템의 손쉬운 운용방법을 위해 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스에 의한 컴퓨터의 사용자 인터페이스에 대하여 연구하였다. 압축 화상 데이타를 LAN을 통하여 전송함으로써 전송시간 단축과 기존의 선로를 사용함으로써 추가비용을 절감하고 화상 데이타베이스를 크라이언트 서어버 개념에 의한 관리로 인하여 기존의 진료정보 시스템 체계에 혼란을 주지않고 필요에 따라 화상정보를 획득할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있으나, 화상워크스테이션 상에서의 이미지 처리에 대한 부분 즉, 다화면 표시, 길이 계산, 면전 계산 및 3차원 영상 재구성등의 작업과 사용자의 인터페이스등은 계속 연구되어야 할 과제이다.

  • It should be needed to realize a general system which make it possible to enjoy cyber tourism based on knowledge information system to recover a local potential growth power, catch a jumping chance again, and hold a new competitive power. But to discuss a tourism information system, the matters of hard ware, software and information mediating system should be reviewed generally, this research is likely to provide a cyber tourism information system through internet as a way of cyber tours through multimedia technology and stereoscopic image technique using geographic information system centering on the networking system of tourism information. Constructing $\ulcorner$cyber touristy city$\lrcorner$ on internet, foster a new industry, to go balanced with a present tourism industry and experience a virtual reality, various theme tours create high profit to shrunken tourism industry.   • 본 연구에서는 개인용 컴퓨터에서 디지털 의료 영상을 관리하고 특정 영상을 외부의 다중 모니터에 출력할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 주화면은 크기는 1280$\times$1024로 256$\times$256$\times$8bits의 영상을 8개까지 디스플레이 할 수 있으며 이 중 영상 처리가 필요한 영상을 마우스로 선택할 경우 512$\times$512$\times$8bits 혹은 1024$\times$1024$\times$8bits로 디스플레이 할 수 있게 하였고, 정밀한 관찰을 원하는 영상을 마우스로 선택할 경우 외부 모니터로 출력할 수 있게 하였다. 저장된 모든 영상을 효율적인 검색과 저장을 위해 B+TREE 구조를 사용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 이상과 같은 모든 기능은 IBM-PC 386 이상 어느 기종에서도 작동하며, 사용자 편의 환경을 구현하기 위해서 모든 기능들은 마우스로 작동하게 하였다.

Real-time Image Scanning System for Detecting Tunnel Cracks Using Linescan Cameras

  • In this paper, real-time image scanning system using linescan cameras is designed. The system is specially designed to diagnose and analyse the conditions of tunnels such as crack widths through the captured images. The system consists of two major parts, the image acquisition system and the image merging system. To save scanned image data into storage media in real-time, the image acquisition system has been designed with two different control and management modules. The control modules are in charge of controlling the hardware device and the management modules handle system resources so that the scanned images are safely saved to the magnetic storage devices. The system can be mounted to various kinds of vehicles. After taking images, the image merging system generates extended images by combining saved images. Several tests are conducted in laboratory as well as in the field. In the laboratory simulation, both systems are tested several times and upgraded. In the field-testing, the image acquisition system is mounted to a specially designed vehicle and images of the interior surface of the tunnel are captured. The system is successfully tested in a real tunnel with a vehicle at the speed of 20 km/h. The captured images of the tunnel condition including cracks are vivid enough for an expert to diagnose the state of the tunnel using images instead of seeing through his/her eyes.

  • Streaming server is that an image produced in real time or a file form of image produced ahead consists of SNS service, and the relay module of streaming server includes output management module that set an output channel more than 2 and control transmission of video content. This thesis intends to suggest how to stream through plural output channel that contains output channel of external streaming server using relay module and do streaming provided to terminal receiving image, and streaming server, streaming system for this. Thus, by extending output channel sending out image to output channel of external streaming server, the scale of streaming server is not limited and the process allotting external streaming server into output channel sending the image becomes simple, so management of output channel becomes efficient even when sending several images.

다기능 영상분할기 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Multi-Function Image Splitter)

  • This paper describes the development of low cost, miniaturized multi-function image splitter for an unmanned guard system. The essential equipments of an image splitter system consist of a video system which displays in one screen images inputted by several cameras, a frame switcher which records each image sequentially in VTR, and TBC(Time Base Control) system which prevents image flickering during image switching. Currently, the price of similar system on the market is high, system management and repair are difficult, and bulky space is required. Futhermore, since currently available frame switcher can record only 30frame/sec, if eight cameras are installed, each camera image is recorded at the low speed of 3.75frame/sec, and consequently skip some images which may be vital for legal evidence. In this research, we have solved the problem of low speed recording by recording the video screen of splitted images at 30frame/sec and zooming each image when play back.

방사선 의료영상 검색 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Radiological Image Retrieval System)

  • 방사선사를 위한 교육 및 영상 정보에 대한 정확한 판단에 유용한 주석-기반 방사선 의료영상 검색 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고, 방사선 의료영상에 대한 단순 속성정보, 부가적인 정보인 텍스트 설명정보로부터 추출한 중요 키워드에 대한 효율적인 검색을 위해 $B^+$-트리와 역화일 기법을 이용한 색인기법을 제안하고자 한다. 윈도우즈 XP에서 Delphi를 이용하여 구현하였으며, 방사선사는 방사선 의료영상에 대한 속성 정보, 부가적인 설명정보, 이미지 정보를 저장하도록 하고, 구축된 영상 데이터베이스로부터 속성정보와 텍스트 키워드 정보를 이용하여 검색 가능하도록 하였다. 임상방사선사가 단순속성정보 및 텍스트 설명정보를 찾아냄으로써 임상현장에서의 체계적인 교육뿐 만 아니라 지식을 구조화함으로써 교육시간의 단축과 방사선 의료영상에 대해 정확한 판단을 내릴 수 있다. 구현되어진 방사선 의료영상검색 시스템은 차후에 일반촬영, 특수조영영상을 포함한 통합화상시스템으로의 확장이 요구되며, 아울러 웹을 통한 서비스를 구축함으로써 의사결정시스템으로 발전 할 수 있는 기반기술로 기대된다.

  • The image data of the web camera is used to identify the construction status of the site in a remote office and it can be used for safety management. This study develops a construction schedule simulation system based on the active nD object linked with real image data of web camera from the construction site. The progress control method by 4D object uses a method that the progress of each activity is represented with different colors by progress status. Since this method is still based on a virtual reality object, it is less realistic description for practical engineers. Therefore, in order to take advantage of BIM more realistic, the real image of actual construction status and 4D object of planned schedule in a data date should be compared in a screen simultaneously. Those methodologies and developed system are verified in a case project where a web camera is installed for the verification of the system.

수리시설물 통합관리시스템 실용화 연구 (A Practical Study of Unified Management System for Irrigation and Drainage Facilities)

  • About 50 percent of irrigation and drainage facilities in our country are deteriorated as they were constructed over 40 years ago. Worsening the problems in function might be caused by these facilities' constant exposure to the elements. With these reason, efficient maintenance and management of irrigation and drainage facili- ties are required. A computerized system is tailored on the basis of the each characteristics'data of irrigation and drainage facilities. The unified management system to be introduced in this study is a package program consisting of three subprograms. Facility Management(FM) system, the first component, is a relational database system for image processing and registering the characteristics of irrigation and drainage facilities. The objective of this program is to manage the ledger of each facilities and to scan the characteristics of facilities. Telemeter(TM) system, the second component, monitors and processes the data from the sensors statistically. This system is preprogramed for the complete design of TC/TM system. Hydrological Data Management(HDM) system, the third component, executes the hydrological analysis using meteorological data. The unified management system can provide the latest information, such as image data, lists and items of facilities, and items of reforming and rebuilding etc., of the facilities to the manager. At the same time, this system can manage hydrological and meteorological data in realtime.

비디오 영상 기반의 해운대 해빈 변동특성 (Variation Characteristics of Haeundae Beach using Video Image)

  • In this study, we analyzed the real time video image obtained from the video monitoring system to grasp the shoreline, beach width, and area change of Haeundae beach. The video monitoring techniques enabled continuous monitoring for a long period at a much lower cost than general survey methods. It was possible to grasp quantitative beach variation characteristics of Haeundae beach through image acquisition, rectification, and image processing of video images. According to the monitoring results, the erosion rate of Haeundae beach in spring and summer was -19.8% in 2014 and -6.7% in 2015. The erosion rate in 2016 was -6.4%, which showed that the erosion rate in spring and summer continued to decrease. In particular, the influence of the erosion at the time of typhoon CHABA was revealed to be smaller than in the past. It can be concluded that these variations were due to beach width expansion by beach nourishment and the installation of submerged breakwaters.
