Crime committed by civilians and criminals using legal and illegal firearms and conversion of legal firearms into illegal ones has become a common practice around the world. As a result, policies to control civilian gun ownership have been debated in several countries. The issue arose because the linkages between firearm-related mortality, weapon accessibility, and violent crime data can imply diverse options for addressing criminality. In this paper, we have projected a mathematical model in terms of the Caputo fractional derivative to address the issues viz. input of legal guns, crime committed by legal and illegal guns, and strict government policies to monitor the license of legal guns, strict action against violent crime. The boundedness, existence and uniqueness of solutions and the stability of points of equilibrium are examined. It is observed that violent crime increases with the increase of crime committed by illegal guns, crime committed by legal guns and, decreases with the increase of legal guns, the deterrent effect of civilian gun ownership, and action of law against crime. Further, legal guns increase with the increase of the limitation of trade of illegal guns and decrease with the increase of conversion of legal guns into illegal guns and increase of the growth rate of illegal guns. Again, as crime is committed by legal guns also, the policy of illegal gun control does not assure a crime-free society. Weak gun control can lead to a society with less crime. Theoretical aspects are numerically verified in the present work.

This study analyzes the characteristics of mobile live streaming service, the illegal and harmful information characteristics of mobile live streaming service for the purpose of eradicating illegal and harmful broadcasting, and shows illegal and harmful broadcast on the mobile live streaming service and eradication plan. First, we reviewed the mobile live streaming service, illegal and harmful broadcasts through literature review, and secondly surveyed illegal and harmful broadcasts of mobile live streaming services and their awareness and countermeasures. As a result, it is confirmed that the mobile live streaming service is illegal, harmful broadcasting exposure frequency is high, illegal, and harmful broadcasting exposure is caused by characteristics of real time broadcasting rather than user's. In order to eradicate the illegal and mobile information about the mobile live streaming service, it is necessary to fix the illegal service and harmful broadcasting reporting system, but the government has confirmed the requirements for regulatory measures. From a microscopic point of view, it will be necessary to investigate the illegal use of mobile live streaming services and the eradication of harmful information.

Most countries have been promoted the legislative policy for the legal employment, causing a social conflicts by illegal immigrants in any countries. Despite the efforts to alleviate the illegal aliens, there are not nearly enough successful cases, and encounter a social problem about illegal stay worker. China is no exception. At present, the issue of China's foreign illegal employment is expected to be a social problem in the present and the future. However, the legislative policy against immigration control law and illegal foreign employment in China is very neglectful. There is a lack of adjusting rule of law on illegal foreign workers in China, and the remedy is also insufficient. It is necessary to secure a legal right for the protection of the Rights of illegal foreign workers based on the international norms. For this purpose, the illegal foreign workers related law should be enacted, and based on this, administration should be strengthened. The trend of major countries of illegal aliens is centered around an employer hiring strictly regulated. There is a need to have a strengthen regulation on the employer rather than the foreign workers in China. To this end, employer who hire illegal foreign workers should be required to receive considerable disadvantages such as penalties and fines, prison sentences, as well as various kinds of burdens and repatriation costs. It is necessary to run the voluntary repatriation(Freiwillige $R\ddot{u}ckehr$) program of illegal immigrants, and there is a need to take action for illegal immigrants who voluntary return home within a certain period are exempt from penalty. In conclusion, China must push ahead with a direction of positive policy in related ministries rather than sit on its hands on the wrong choice or a confusion of an employer and foreign workers with a policy on illegal foreign residents in limbo.

The previous researches of gambling have been rather focused on the legal gambling industry and gambling addiction and ignored the issue of illegal gambling. But, illegal gambling in Korea has been continuously growing in its volume and the numbers of the relevant mental and social problems such as gambling addiction, crimes, suicides, and etc. have been increasing rapidly. The present study investigated the psychological characteristics of illegal gamblers with comparing gamblers who never experienced illegal gambling (NE), who experienced illegal gambling but participate mainly in legal gambling (EIG), and who participate mainly in illegal gambling (MIG). 1317 NEs, 177 EIGs, and 37 MIGs were recruited and completed an online survey that measured individual dispositions (risk-taking tendency, regulatory focus, locus of control), attitudes towards gambling regulations, misconception of illegal gambling, motives (monetary, excitement, socialization), and emotions. First, EIGs and MIGs, compared to NEs, preferred risk-taking, and EIGs were more promotion focused than NEs. Also, EIGs perceived illegal gambling as less illegal and tended to hold more misconceptions about illegal gambling, compared to NEs. Furthermore, EIGs and MIGs had stronger monetary and excitement motivation than NEs. Finally, MIGs were more likely to feel anxious than other groups. Focusing on the illegality of gambling, the characteristics of illegal gamblers are discussed and political implication on illegal gambling is suggested.

Illegal software use have been abroad through online (internet) and offline (CD, DVD, USB, etc.). It infringes intellectual property rights and weakens the will to software development. Also, it generates the software errors and virus intrusion in PC. It hinders national software industry and induces the personal and national trade friction. Many group (company, office, organization, institution, etc.) have been realized the prohibition of illegal software use. But, it is too hard to monitor and control illegal software use. In this paper, we propose a method of software management in a group. A software module of client agency is installed in all PC of the group. A main server of the software management controls the all of the PC through the communication. The server blocks the install of illegal software, permits the install / use of honest goods software, monitors the license (term, amount) in all the PC. The system prevents errors of illegal software use, all cuts the virus intrude through the illegal software, improves the performance of PC relatively.

Sharing copyrighted files without copyright holder's permission is illegal. But, a number of illegal file sharers using BitTorrent increase. However, it is difficult to find appropriate digital evidences and legal basis to punish them. And, there are no framework for digital investigation of illegal sharing using BitTorrent. Additionally, role of server in BitTorrent had been reduced than server in conventional P2P. So, It is difficult to apply investigation framework for illegal sharing using conventional P2P to investigation process of illegal sharing using BitTorrent. This paper proposes the methodology about punishing illegal sharer using BitTorrent by suggesting the digital investigation framework.

In order to reduce the spread of illegal digital contents, many studies have been focusing on how to stop it through laws and regulations. Only few of the studies tried to explain the illegal behaviors from individual's viewpoints. This paper aims to examine the intention of sharing illegal digital contents over the Internet and proposes a theoretical model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) along with the introduction of two outcome expectations. We also argue that the individuals' cognition of online copyright will influence individuals' illegal contents sharing on the Internet. We have collected data from online survey and offline interview. By empirical study, the results support the theoretical model except the subjective norm which has no effect on individuals' behavior. This is a different finding from the previous researches revealing that the subjective norm has no effect on individuals' unethical actions. Overall, the findings provide strong confirmation that attitude, self-efficacy and outcome expectations impact on individual's intention of sharing illegal contents. In addition, this study proposed an improved cognition of online copyright through education and standard of new media management will reduce illegal contents sharing on Internet.

This study was conducted to develop a Web-GIS based monitoring module of smart city that can effectively respond, manage and improve situation in all stages of illegal dumping management on a city scale. First, five technologies were set for the core technical elements of the module configuration. Five core technical elements are as follows; video screening technology based on motion vector analysis, human behavior detection based on intelligent video analytics technology, mobile app for receiving civil complaints about illegal dumping, illegal dumping risk model and street cleanliness map, Web-GIS based situation monitoring technology. The development contents and results for each set of core technical elements were evaluated. Finally, a Web-GIS based 'illegal dumping monitoring module' was proposed. It is possible to collect and analyze city data at the local government level through operating the proposed module. Based on this, it is able to effectively detect illegal dumpers at relatively low cost and identify the tendency of illegal dumping by systematically managing habitual occurrence areas. In the future, it is expected to be developed in the form of an add-on module of the smart city integration platform operated by local governments to ensure interoperability and scalability.

In proportion to the rapid development of information and communication technology, the damage to copyright infringement is also increasing. In particular, as the OTT platform market has grown significantly in recent years, the speed and distribution of pirated copies that infringe copyright are increasing rapidly compared to the past. Accordingly, the country is trying to prevent copyright infringement by detecting and blocking illegal streaming sites, but it is difficult to expect great results due to the fast production of illegal streaming sites. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the causes of rapid production of blocked illegal streaming sites, track and analyze 58 illegal streaming sites, and propose ways to effectively block illegal streaming sites based on the analysis results.
