The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting physical therapist's job satisfaction at public health center. The data were collected from May 10 to 12, 2002 and 117 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed. They were analyzed by the percent, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficiency. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The average marks by their job satisfaction factors indicated 3.56 for identity guarantee, 3.20 for administration, 2.78 for duty volume, 2.53 for relation with colleague. 2. There was statistically a difference of the education degree in relation with colleague. 3. There were statistically a difference of the age, total career, grade in rank, the number of colleague in identity guarantee. 4. No statistical significance were observed with the factors of incumbent satisfaction, duty volume, flexibility at work, administration.

Plasmids were isolated from 15 tetracycline (Tc) resistant S. aureus. Two small tetracycline resistance plasmids, pKH16 and pKH17, have been isolated from Staphylococcus aureus JY10 and Staphylococcus aureus JY22, respectively and the complete nucleotide sequences of those plasmids have been determined. pKH16 consisted of 4,442 bp and showed high identity to pKH6 (99% matching percentage) isolated in 1989 from S. aureus SA2. pKH17 consisted of 4,441 bp and showed less identity to pKH6 (95% matching percentage) than pKH16. PCR analysis showed that tetK and tetM did not exist in ten large plasmids isolated from ten Tc resistant S. aureus. Twelve Tc resistant S. aureus showed reistance both to Tc and Mn and we might analogize that twelve Tc resistant S. aureus had tetM in their chromosome.

Recently, Lu et al. proposed an efficient conditional privacy preservation protocol, named ECPP, based on group signature scheme for generating anonymous certificates from roadside units (RSUs). However, ECPP does not provide unlinkability and traceability when multiple RSUs are compromised. In this paper, we make up for the limitations and propose a robust and efficient anonymous authentication protocol without loss of efficiency as compared with ECPP. Furthermore, in the proposed protocol, RSUs can issue multiple anonymous certificates to an OBU to alleviate system overheads for mutual authentication between OBUs and RSUs. In order to achieve these goals, we consider a universal re-encryption scheme and identity-based key establishment scheme as our building blocks. Several simulations are conducted to verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed protocol by comparing with those of the existing ECPP.

The aviation industry is expected to grow faster and the role of it is expected to be bigger as time goes by. Airport operating company is a major part of the aviation industry. For an airport operating company to be successful, strong relationship with customers is essential. One of the methods to acquire the customer loyalty is establishing a brand. For KAC, 'Skycity' should be chosen as the main brand. And along with it, harmonious modeling of a of KAC and BI of Skycity should be devised. By doing this, KAC can gain customers' affection and loyalty.

Modules which satisfy the converse of Schur's lemma have been studied by many authors. In [6], R. Ware proved that a projective module P over a semiprime ring R is irreducible if and only if En $d_{R}$(P) is a division ring. Also, Y. Hirano and J.K. Park proved that a torsionless module M over a semiprime ring R is irreducible if and only if En $d_{R}$(M) is a division ring. In case R is a commutative ring, we obtain the following: An R-module M is irreducible if and only if En $d_{R}$(M) is a division ring and M is a multiplication R-module. Throughout this paper, R is commutative ring with identity and all modules are unital left R-modules. Let R be a commutative ring with identity and let M be an R-module. Then M is called a multiplication module if for each submodule N of M, there exists and ideal I of R such that N=IM. Cyclic R-modules are multiplication modules. In particular, irreducible R-modules are multiplication modules.dules.

Driving sound is an effective element to promote the product identity of a vehicle by providing customers with attractive sound which reflects the concept of a vehicle. Recently, major automakers are focusing on the target sound setting so that the sound can represent the brand image as well as the unique concept of a vehicle. In this study, a new method of target setting for the driving sound will be introduced based on using formant filter and musical harmonics characteristics. In addition, a target sound suggested from this method will be realized and verified by using active noise control in vehicle.

Purpose: To examine nursing students' experiences in visiting care practice in community. Method: According to phenomenological method and Collaizzi's data analysis, all data were collected from March to June 2002 through written daily reports by 56 students in the visiting care unit of four public health centers. Four researchers had sought the daily reports for significant data. Result: In the research, 118 significant statements were selected and 33 subject groups were organized from the statements. From the 33 groups were identified 10 categories finally. which were as follows: stress, reflecting the nursing identity, considering the meaning of life, importance of family, necessity of social interest, compassion, worth of visiting care, the limits of visiting nursing care, identified characteristics of clients, both sides of the role model. Conclusion: Through visiting care practice, nursing students experienced stress, nursing identity, both sides of role model, and the worth and limits of visiting care, students felt the necessity of systems for lower classes and considering general characteristics of the clients. Above all, they came to have a wider perspective of the society through the practice.

본 논문은 경주국립공원 내 사찰숲길 이용자의 장소애착이 환경요인에 대한 인식과는 어떠한 구조적 관계를 형성하고 있는 지를 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 탐색하며, 국립공원 관리에 있어서 경관선호 보다는 경관애착에 근거한 보전적 측면에서의 정책적 함의를 제공하는데 있다. 경주국립공원 내 대표적인 사찰인 불국사를 찾는 탐방객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 수집된 자료를 분석하여 구조방정식모형을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 장소의존성은 장소애착에 대하여 유의하게 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 장소정체성은 장소애착에 대하여 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타내지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 장소의존성이 보다 장소애착에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(경로계수=0.55). 장소애착은 환경요인의 중요성에 대한 인식에 있어서 경관이용과 시설이용 모두 유의하게 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장소애착은 사찰숲길 이용의 중요성에 있어서 시설요인 보다는 경관요인에 대하여 보다 강한 영향력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다(경로계수=1.01). 이러한 결과는 국립공원의 경관자원의 중요성을 다시 확인시키며, 이로부터 사찰숲길 경관의 보전에 중점을 둔 관리방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

케이블 방송사업자들은 디지털화를 추진하면서, 한편으로는 케이블 망을 이용하여 초고속인터넷, 인터넷전화 등의 통신사업에도 진출하였다. 한편, 통신사업자들은 IPTV 서비스를 제공함으로써 방송분야에 진출하면서 양 사업자들의 경쟁이 도입되었다. 향후 디지털케이블방송이 IPTV와 경쟁하기 위해서는 Cable-IPTV로의 진화와 양방향 콘텐츠 서비스의 도입이 필요하고, 이를 실현할 대표적인 서비스로 T-commerce가 주목받고 있다. 또한 T-commerce 서비스 도입을 위해서는 가입자의 정보를 안전하고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 IdM(Identity Management) 기술이 필요하고, 본 논문에서는 디지털케이블방송에서 IdM 기술을 적용하는 방안에 대해 기술한다.

현재의 IPTV 시비스는 VoD+PPV와 같이 단순한 형태로 서비스를 제공하고 있다. IPTV 서비스 사업자들은 IPTV의 새로운 수익모델인 양방항성 통신특성에 최적화된 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 양방향 통신의 대표적인 서비스로는 T-commerce가 있다. T-commerce 서비스 제공시 IPTV 가입자의 정보가 제3의 서비스 사업자로 전송되기 때문에 개방된 IP망에서 가입자의 정보가 전송되므로 개인정보보호의 중요성이 커지게 될 것이다. 양방향 서비스를 제공하면서 개인정보보호를 유지하는 방안으로 ID를 통합적으로 관리하는 기술인 IdM(Identity Management)을 IPTV에 적용하는 방안이 고려되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NGN(Next Generation Network)기반 IPTV의 IdM 적용방안에 대해 기술한다.
