  • 이 연구는 20대 후반에서 30대 초반 여성들의 명품 가방 소비를 통해 이들 세대가 경험하는 한국 사회를 비판적으로 독해하고자 하였다. 그간 명품 소비에 관한 기존의 연구에서 주목해 왔던 요소들은 기호와 상징으로서 명품의 가치와 소비자의 특성, 계급적 정체성, 혹은 이상적인 자기 이미지 구성 차원의 표현적 행위 등에 관한 분석에 국한된 측면이 존재한다. 이 연구는 이러한 요소들을 다루면서, 동시에 일상을 영위하고 구성해 나가는 삶의 양식과 실천, 기회와 한계란 측면에서 이들의 소비를 고찰함으로써 현상적으로 드러나는 개인적 소비 이면의 사회구조적 맥락에 대한 이해를 확장하고자 하였다. 특히 연구 대상자들의 삶에서 명품 가방이 미디어로 재현되는 방식에 주목해, 그것이 다시 소비로 순환되는 과정을 통해 자본주의적 일상과 주체, 그리고 사회에 관해 성찰적으로 논의하고자 하였다.

치위생(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰 (A Systematic Review on the stress of Clinical Dental Practice for Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구는 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 대한 선행연구의 결과를 체계적으로 수집, 분석하여 임상실습 스트레스의 측정도구와 관련요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis)의 체계적 문헌고찰 가이드라인에 의거하여 수행되었으며 최종분석에 사용된 문헌은 24편이었다. 임상실습 스트레스를 측정하기 위하여 사용된 측정도구는 4개였다. 문헌 분석결과 만족도가 낮을수록 임상실습 스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 대인관계, 역할 및 활동, 이상과 가치의 요인이 스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 임상실습 스트레스와 다양한 변수들 간의 상관관계 및 영향요인에 국한되어 분석하였기에 향후 본 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 관하여 다면적인 연구들이 활발하게 진행되길 기대한다.

Optimum amount of CFRP for strengthening shear deficient reinforced concrete beams

  • The behavior of shear deficient under-balanced reinforced concrete beams with rectangular cross-sections, which were externally strengthened with CFRP composite along shear spans, was experimentally investigated under vertical load. One of the specimens represents a reference beam without CFRP strengthening and the other specimens have different width/strip spacing ratios (wf/sf). The optimum strip in terms of wf/sf, which will bring the beam behavior to the ideal level in terms of strength and ductility, was determined according to the regulations. When the wf/sf ratio exceeds 0.55, the behavior of the beam shifted from shear failure to bending failure. However, it has been observed that the wf/sf ratio should be increased up to 0.82 in order for the beam to reach sufficient shear reserve value according to the codes. It is also observed that the direction and weight of the CFRP composite are one of the most critical factors and 240 gr/m2 CFRP strips experienced sudden ruptures in the shear span after the cracking of the concrete. It is considered as a deficiency that the empirical shear capacity formulas given for the beams reinforced with CFRP in the regulations do not take into account both direction and weight of CFRP composites.

고문헌의 디지털화 성과 연구 (A Study of Digitalization Performance of Sinological Resource in Korea)

  • 한국의 주요 고문헌 기관과 이들 기관이 소장한 고문헌이 디지털화 된 진도와 그 내용을 분석하였다. 이 고문헌을 이용하기 위한 연합조직을 검토하였다. 국가의 고문헌 디지털화를 위한 정책과 향후계획을 파악하였다. 고문헌의 디지털화를 위한 절차와 필요조건을 제안하였다. (1) 1980년대에 추진하기 시작한 국가도서관 대학도서관 문도서관 등의 도서관 관리 검색 이용 시스템의 디지털화는 이미 상당한 수준에 도달하였다. 고문헌의 소장량은 상당히 많고 내용적 가치도 높다. 일부 디지털화 된 자료는 이미 Internet을 통하여 제공되고 있다. 그러나 전반적으로 고문헌의 디지털화 된 수준은 아직도 궤도에 오르지 못한 상태로 분발이 요구된다. (2) 이미 제공되고 있는 디지털 고문헌의 Data Base는 목록정보 DB 목차와 해제정보 DB 전문정보 DB로 구분할 수 있으며, 국내외 자료를 포함하고 있다. 그 수량은 본문의 서술과 같다. (3) 디지털 고문헌의 유형은 고서 고문서 Micro 책판 등을 포함하고 있다 (4) 디지털 고문헌 DB의 입력 방법은 Text Image PDF 형태 등이다. (5) 고문헌의 연합조직을 구축하여 중복 투자를 피하고 봉사 효율을 높이고 있다. 고문헌의 이상적인 디지털화를 위하여 갖추어야 할 점을 제안하면 다음과 같다. (1) 우선 고문헌 디지털화 업무의 통정기구를 조직하여, 일정한 수준의 권한을 부여하고 종합적 계획을 수립한 후 추진하여야 한다. (2) 장단기 계획을 세워서 여러 디지털화 업무의 성격을 분석하고, 점진적으로 추진하여야 한다 (3) 고문헌 자료의 전문가를 양성하여 DB를 구축하고 관리하여야 한다.

DEA를 이용한 커피 프랜차이즈의 효율성 및 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis of the Efficiency and Determinants of Coffee Franchises that Use DEA)

  • 본 연구에서는 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)를 사용하여 국내 커피 프랜차이즈의 효율성을 분석하고 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 파악하여 국내 커피 프랜차이즈의 효율성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CCR모형 기준 효율적인 커피 프랜차이즈는 총 9개이며, BCC모형 기준 효율적인 커피 프랜차이즈는 12개로 나타났다. 비효율적인 DMU 중 총 3곳은 BCC의 값이 1로 기술은 효율적이나 규모 측면에서는 비효율적인 것으로 나타났으며, 나머지 25곳은 기술 및 규모 측면에서 모두 비효율적인 곳으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 총 28개의 프랜차이즈 중 규모수익체감으로 분석된 11곳은 향후 적정 수준의 투입증가를 통하여 기업의 성과를 개선할 수 있을 것이다. 규모수익불변으로 분석된 9곳의 프랜차이즈는 향후 산출요소의 산출량을 현재 수준으로 유지하는 것이 이상적이라고 할 수 있으며, 규모수익체증 상태에 있는 8곳의 프랜차이즈는 규모생산규모를 증가시킬수록 전문화, 분업화 등에 따라 작업 효율성이 확대되어 산출량을 상대적으로 많이 개선할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, Tobit 회귀 분석을 통해 프랜차이즈의 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 가맹점 수와 운영기간이 효율성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 커피 프랜차이즈에 대한 효율성을 분석하여 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 전략을 수립하여야 할 것이다.

부산시내 일부 대학생들의 노인 부양의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the College Student's Awareness of Supporting the Elderly in Pusan)

  • In our society the value system has changed to individualized one, so that the awareness of supporting the elderly is changing now. This study aims to provide basic materials for the welfare policy for the elderly and to foresee the probability of maintenance and development that the most ideal system of supporting the elderly by analyzing the male and female students' attitude toward the elderly and the degree of their awareness of supporting the elderly according to several factors. A questionnaire was developed with this purpose, the study subjects of this study were 365 college students who were recruited from 6 colleges(179 male students and 186 female students) living in Pusan, and the study period was from November 9. to November 23. 1992. The results were as follows: 1. In the factors related to attitude toward the elderly, male students had more positive attitude than female students toward the desire of living with their parents in the future(P=0.000). 2. In the expectant awareness of being supported by their offsprings and the desire of living together with their offsprings male students were more highly than female students(P=0.000). 3. The subjects who want to live together with their parents in the future desired more to live with their offsprings in the period of old age(P=0.000). 4. As results of hypotheses verification about the awareness of supporting the elderly, there were significant differences according to the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in law(P=0.001), the receptive attitude toward the elderly(P=0.000) and the desire of living with their parents in the future(P=0.000) 5. In the correlations between all variables and the awareness of supporting the elderly, the economical and emotional awareness of supporting the elderly had positive correlations with the relationship between mother in-law and daughter-in-law and their parents' filial piety to grandparents(P<0.01), and service awareness of supporting the elderly had positive correlations with age, sex, the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law and their parents' filial piety to grandparents(P<0.01). In the correlations between each of the awareness of supporting the elderly, the correlations between each one had high positive correlations(P<0.001).

  • 핀테크는 금융 문맹 퇴치 및 투자, 소매 금융, 그리고 비트코인 (bitcoin)과 같은 암호 화폐 등 혁신적인 정보기술을 활용한 새로운 금융 서비스 분야이다. 특히 온라인/모바일 시스템이 오프라인 금융 시스템을 대체하면서 제 3 자 온라인 지불 서비스가 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 한편, 시스템 품질 및 사용자 태도는 제 3 자 지불 서비스 사용을 유도하는 핵심 요인이지만 이러한 요인의 중요성에 대한 인식은 국가마다 상이할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 기술의 수용과 사용에 대한 통합 이론 (UTAUT2)을 바탕으로 중국과 한국의 제3자 온라인/모바일 지불 서비스 채택 요인이 어떻게 다른 지를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 계층분석과정(analytic hierarchy process: AHP), 퍼지 집합 및 TOPSIS를 활용하여 제 3 자 온라인/모바일 지불 시스템 채택 요인들을 파악하고 상대적인 중요도를 평가하고자 한다. 분석 결과 중국인의 경우 가격이 채택 의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 반면, 한국인의 경우 지각된 신뢰가 채택 의도에 가장 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 하위 기준에서도 역시 중국과 한국에 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

방사선(학)과 학생 임상실습에 따른 스트레스 특성 (Characteristic of Stress According to Student Clinical Training in Department of Radiology)

  • 방사선(학)과는 학생들의 실무적응과 진료기술의 수용을 도모하고자 병원 임상실습교육을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 임상실습현장에서 낯선 환경과 진료업무를 체험함으로써 많은 학생들이 복합적이고 다양한 스트레스를 경험하고 있다. 때로는 실습의 부담감과 전공에 대한 회의로 이어져 실습교육에 부정적인 결과를 초래할 수도 있다. 이에 방사선(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 시 경험할 수 있는 스트레스에 대해 그 요인들을 파악하고자 전국 3년제 4년제 대학 중 6개 대학의 방사선(학)과 재학생을 대상으로 2011년 9월 15일에서 10월 25일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 방사선(학)과 학생들이 임상실습에서 경험하는 스트레스 정도는 비용적인 측면(3.06)과 임상지도자(3.02)에 관련한 영역에서 높게 나타났으며, 이어서 가치와 이상(2.94), 역할과 실습활동(2.93), 실습환경(2.74), 실습생 간 관계(2.64)의 순으로 나타났다. 임상실습 스트레스 요인에 대해 비용적인 측면을 제외한 모든 요인에서 여성이 남성보다 스트레스 수준이 높게 나타났으며(P<.05), BEPSI-K 구분에 따른 스트레스군 간에는 실습환경, 실습생 간 관계, 역할과 실습활동 영역에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(P<.01, P<.001, P<.05). 따라서 임상실습에 임하는 학생들의 스트레스가 임상실습의 만족도와 상호 밀접한 상관관계를 가짐을 확인하였다.

PL 리더십 성향과 프로젝트 특성요인이 프로젝트 참여 만족 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of PL Leadership and Characteristics of Project on Project Participants' Satisfaction and Performance)

  • The study was originated from recognition that project participants' satisfaction should be Improved to raise project performance and to make progress of a successful project since the above dissatisfaction was operated as a danger factor of the project. The study selected one large-scale sample project and attempted measuring characteristics of the project, participants' satisfaction and project performance with the whole project participants. The study analyzed correlations between individual level (team members) and group level (development team), and examined what effect a sub project manager under complicated hierarchical organization of the large-scale project, namely PL (project leader)'s leadership style had on each individual project participant's satisfaction and what effect project uncertainty in organization/technology environment had on project participants' satisfaction and project performance. The study verified that development team (group) had an effect on team member (individual)-level project participants' satisfaction by disclosing that there was a significant dispersion among groups within project participants' satisfaction by each individual. It is analyzed that it is necessary to make improvement through approach by each pertinent team to raise individual-level project participants' satisfaction. The study also verified PL's ideal leadership under strict methodology and hierarchical control of the large-scale project. Based on the verification of the hypotheses, the results of the analysis were produced as follows. First, the development team affects the satisfaction level that an individual has when he/she participates in a project. This suggests that the satisfaction with project participation should be improved at the team level. In addition, the project management style and leadership orientation of the manager of a sub project who is mostly affected by the team proved to have a direct influence on the satisfaction with project participation and project performances. Second, both the performance-oriented leadership and the relationship-oriented leadership of the PL of the development team were verified to have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the team members associated with project participation. In other words, when the team members recognize that the PL of the development team shows both the performance-oriented leadership and the relationship-oriented leadership, their satisfaction with project participation increases accordingly. Third, it was verified that the uncertainty of the organizational environment significantly affects the satisfaction level when the PL of the development team exerts a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership. The higher the uncertainty of the organizational environment is, the more the satisfaction with project participation decreases whereas the relationship-oriented leadership has a more positive effect on the satisfaction than the performance-oriented leadership style. Fourth, when the PL of the development team exerts the relationship-related and performance-related leadership, the uncertainty of the technological environment has a significant influence on the satisfaction level. The higher the uncertainty of the technological environment is, the more the satisfaction with project participation decreases whereas the performance-oriented leadership has a more positive effect on the satisfaction than the relationship-oriented leadership style. The result of the research on the uncertainty of the project environment suggests that when the development team leader exerts a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership style, the uncertainty of the organizational environment has a significant effect on the satisfaction with project participation; the higher the uncertainty of the organizational environment, the more the satisfaction level decreases, and the relationship-oriented leadership style affects the satisfaction level more positively than the performance-oriented leadership style. In addition, when the development team leader displays a relationship-oriented and performance-oriented leadership style, the uncertainty of the technological environment has a significant effect on the satisfaction with project participation; the higher the uncertainty of the technological environment. the more the satisfaction level decreases. The performance-oriented leadership style as well affects the satisfaction level more positively than the relationship-oriented leadership style. Based on the above results, the research provides the following implications when handling multiple concurrent projects. First, the satisfaction with the participation in the multiple concurrent projects needs to be enhanced at the team (group) level. Second. the manager of the project team, particularly the middle managers should have both a performance-oriented and relationship (task and human)-oriented attitude and exert a consolidated leadership in order to improve the satisfaction of team members with project participation and their performances. Third, as the uncertainty factor of the technological and organizational environment among the characteristics factors of the project has room for methodological improvement depending on one's effort even though there are some complications, we need to continuously prevent and control the risks resulting from the uncertainties of the technological and organizational environment of the project in order to enhance the satisfaction of project participation and project performances. Fourth, the performance (task)-oriented leadership is required when there is uncertainty in a technological environment while the relationship (human)-oriented leadership is required when there is uncertainty in an organizational environment. This research has the following limitations. First, this research intended to select one large-sized sample project and measure the project characteristics, the satisfaction of all the participants associated with project participation, and their performances. Therefore, it is inappropriate to generalize and apply the result of this result onto other numerous projects. Second, as this case study entailed a survey to measure the characteristics factors and performance of the project, since the result value was based on the perception of project team members, the data may have insufficient objectivity. Third, though this research targeted on all the project participants, some development teams did not provide sufficient data and questionnaires were collected from some specific development teams among the 23 development teams, causing a significant deviation in the response rate among the development teams. Therefore, we need to continuously conduct the follow-up researches making comparisons among the multiple projects, and centering on the characteristics factors of the project and its satisfaction level.

전인간호의 임상학적 분석과 실행에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS AND PERFORMANCE IN COMPREHENSIVE NURSING CARE)

  • A considerable change of the Korean nursing system has been made during the last decade not only in its philosophy but also in its function and structure to meet political and scientific need of the modern society. The main purpose of this study is to develope the new concept of comprehensive nursing care, both its Philosophy and ethics, as the basic of modern clinical nursing theory and practice. Comprehensive nursing care is the concept of human centered nursing care, and it helps a man to meet the basic physical, psychological, environmental, socioeconomic and teaching needs. It also helps him to help himself to meet these needs. This concept starts from the individualized nursing care and its ultimate goal is to improve a man to have a better position in his own community so that he may able to have a meaningful life. To accomplish this goal, an individualized nursing care plan as a nursing diagnosis and problem solving method should be set up for different patients with similar diagnosis to meet their needs, because each patient has a different social background. from this viewpoint, nursing is a science as well as abstruse humanity. The performance of comprehensive nursing care is a goal and issue of modern clinical nursing care. If nursing is a science and a profession for man, it should have ethics which recognize the dignity of man and offers infinite service voluntarily, and should be able to show leadership in carrying out the nursing responsibility. This leadership finds a person's potential and encourages him to utilize it. Such concepts should develop into a nursing ideology and this ideology should become a priority in comprehensive nursing care. The following statements are the conclusion of this study. 1) Modern nursing has been developed from disease centered nursing care to comprehensive nursing care based on humanity. The primary principle of nursing was to assist in the treatment of disease, but it has been changed to the professional nursing system independently. 2) The concept of nursing is one of continuous or endless scope of dispersion. It proves that nursing is grasping the professional responsibility to be able to coordinate scientific principles Patient health problems are according to scientific principles rather than adhering to nursing technical discipline as a daily work. 3) In chapter I and Ⅱ, the philosophy and ideology of nursing have been discussed and the flow of concept of clinical nursing and the rate of progress which emerges from naturalizing performance of the concept of comprehensive nursing in clinical nursing studied. The discussion developed the theory that a nurse should be to embody nursing ideas and objectives by establishing definite conviction of professions and study. 4) In chapter lil, nursing planning based on nursing diagnosis as a method to attain ideal nursing care for humanity with a definite idea of establishing philosophy of nursing was presented. 5) From the result of survey on patient needs about treatment and nursing, it was observed that all patient had emotional stress from unknown factors. Therefore it was concluded that nurses should not only educate the patient but also give them the opportunity to communicate freely their needs and anxieties. Furthermore complaints and doubts of the patient should be carefully noted and must be considered to meet these needs. 6) Patient teaching is the most important part of comprehensive nursing care. In chapter, Ⅲ, the important of patient teaching was emphasized by demonstrating the effect of patient teaching for diabetic patient. 7) In Chapter Ⅳ, from the result of the study on nurses attitudes to comprehensive nursing care, it was pointed that the evolution of nursing education and the establishment of a complete concept and value of comprehensive nursing was necessary.
