벼 직파용 정밀 배종장치 개발 (Development of a Precision Seed Metering Device for Direct Seeding of Rice)

  • In order to save labor and cost, direct seeding has been considered as an important alternative to the machine transplanting in rice cultivation. As current seeders for direct seeding of rice seeds drill irregular amount of seeds under various operating conditions, conventional drilling should be turned to precision planting which enables accurate placement of proper amount of rice seeds at equal intervals within rows. In this study, design, construction and performance evaluation of a precision seed metering device for planting of rice seeds were carried out. As prototype, the conventional roller type seed metering device was modified for planting: increasing diameter of metering roller, setting 2 or 4 seed cells on metering roller, adding seed discharging lid and its driving cam mechanism. Through performance tests for prototype and the current seed metering device, number of seeds in a hill, planting space and its error ratio, coefficient of variation of planting space (planting accuracy), and seeding length of $90\%$ of seeds in a hill divided by planting space (planting precision) at setting planting spaces of 15, and 20cm, seeding heights of 10, and 20cm, and seeding speeds of 0.1, 0.2, and 0.5m/s were investigated. Prototype showed better seed planting performance than the current seed metering devices. When setting planting space of 15 cm and seeding height of 10cm, prototype with 2 seed cells showed that variations of planting space and seeding lengths of $90\%$ of seeds in a hill at up to seeding speed of 0.5m/s were within 0.9cm, and 3.6cm, respectively.

  • 오늘날 의료기기의 국산화 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 가운데 본 연구에서는 적추용 fusion device를 새롭게 개발하고자 시도하였다. 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 삽입형과 나사형을 기본 대상으로 하되 수술 시 뼈를 보다 적게 제거하여 삽입할 수 있게 하는 데 .) 주안점을 두고 형상 개발을 시도하였다. 아직 그 실효성을 논하기는 어려우나 고안된 척추용 fusion device의 형상을 중심으로 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 경첩형과 분리삽입형을 고안하게 되었다. 그러나 경첩형은 기존 형상의 절반 크기로 삽입되는 장점은 있으나 핀의 강도해석과 안정된 잠금 장치의 개발에 더 연구가 요구되어 일단 본 연구에서는 분리삽입형을 중심으로 시제품과 3차인 유한요소 모델을 제작하여 그 역학적 해석을 행하였다. 그 결과 척추에 작용하는 기본 하중에 대한 역학적 안전성은 인정되나 아직 실용화되기까지는 보조 수술장비의 개발이 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • In this study, the accuracy of the orthognathic surgical guides with single-stage split path was upgraded to realize orthognathic surgical guides with two-stage split path and simulated surgery was performed to verify its accuracy. As a result, the average error distance between the simulation model and the scan model was + 0.289 / - 0.468 mm (standard deviation 0.128), which was confirmed to be within ± 0.5 mm, which is a clinically acceptable level. Also, there was no significant difference compared with the average value of + 0.313 / - 0.456 mm (average standard deviation 0.106) of the conventional single-stage split path type device. It is judged that the use of this device can contribute to the reduction of surgical time and increase in accuracy since a separate finishing operation for bone preparation is unnecessary.

  • The small wind generator with existing mechanical control system has a frequent failure and malfunction, and its maintenance is difficult. In this paper, an electric control method using a boost converter for small wind generator was suggested. The suggested 2-level boost converter control device was manufactured and its experimental operation were conducted on a wind generator with 200 [W] capacity. As a result of experimental device, the control by a boost converter was executed at the point that the output voltage of a wind generator became 36 [V] so it could be identified that the output voltage of a wind generator diminished and then it became 0 [V] after 5 [sec]. Besides, in case of applying the method suggested in this paper to a small wind power generation facility for street lights, it is expected to reduce its maintenance by preventing a frequent failure of a generator and to improve its utilization rate.

  • Urban maglev should have such characteristics as not only environmentally friendliness and excellent driving capability but also curve negotiation performance because its routes have many sharp curves. Due to normal mechanism of urban maglev its relative displacements of secondary spring are bigger than conventional railway vehicle and the centering force of levitation magnet is smaller than wheel-on-rail system. These features of maglev affect the curving negotiation and so the additional steering device is to be required on Urban maglev to improve the running performance at sharp curve of less than about R50m. Some developed urban maglev had the passive steering device which consists of mechanical linkage or hydraulic cylinder and closed-route piping. But it has drawback as complexity of layout of understructure of vehicle and functional limitation of passive mechanism regarding transient curve. These demerits could be solved by using active steering system. But it has a weak point that an active device should have actuators and additional inverter or hydraulic power source. In this paper, the semi-active steering system for urban maglev is to be introduced.

  • This study of bimodal integration management system in conjunction with the tram and the tram cars bimodal integrated management system that occupies a part of the system to perform its role as a bimodal tram vehicle configuration, a device for the vehicle's infrastructure ryureul development and it is aimed to build on the vehicle. Bimodal tram vehicle infrastructure systems, internal and external information of the larger vehicles, and vehicles used to collect information for its own part and the integrated operations management center, or providing partial information from the station and collect/provide for the transfer of information to the communication part consists In this study, the core of these devices, the configuration of the vehicle infrastructure systems for the overall management and control of vehicles operating a computer's central processing device, vehicle infrastructure systems that make it manages and stores all jangchiryu Integrated Operations Management Center is reporting. In addition, seamless integration with operational management center for interactive communication in a vehicle mounted communications devices to maintain the best condition to manage. Current general traffic management system in a similar terminal device being used, but bimodal tram vehicles operating the computer of the vehicle operates the infrastructure to configure the devices around the one to configure the system in terms of step enhanced the active type, the operating terminal unit of inter active type. In this study, considering the future alignment of the accounting fee system, the expansion of the system reliability and stability around the activities that are underway.

  • 최근 ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)와 관련된 연구들이 활발하게 진행되면서 정보화 사회에 알맞은 차세대 교통정보 체계를 구축하는데 일조하고 있다. 도로상의 차량 속도 및 교통 정보를 실시간으로 감지할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여 운전자에게 정보를 제공함으로써 전체 교통 상황의 흐름에 좋은 영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 각기 다른 근원지로부터 제공되는 실시간 교통 정보를 가공하여 보다 신뢰적인 실시간 교통정보를 제공하는 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 적용하는 플랫폼 구축에 관한 연구이다.

  • By the need for high-speed data transmission in PCB, the studies on the optical PCB has been conducted with optical interconnection and its packaging technology. Particularly, the polymer-based optical interconnection has been extensively studied with the advantages such as cost-effective and ease of process. For high-efficiency and passive alignment, the studies were performed using the 45 degree mirrors, MT connector, and etc. In this work, integrated PLC device and fiber alignment array block was fabricated by using imprint technology to solve the alignment and array problem of optical device and the optical fiber. The fabricated integrated block for optical interconnection of PLC device has achieved higher precision of decreasing the dimensional error of the patterns by optimization of process and its insertion loss has an average value of 4.03dB, lower than criteria specified by international standard. In addition, a optical waveguide with built-in lens has been proposed for high-efficiency and passive alignment. By simulation, it was confirmed that the proposed structure has higher coupling efficiency than conventional no-lens structure and has the broad tolerance for the spatial offset of optical waveguide.

  • OLED device is one of the most attractive and alternative display components, which stems primarily from the self-emission, large intrinsic viewing angle, and fast switching speed. However, because of its relatively short history of development, much remains to be studied in terms of its basic device physics, manufacturing processes, and reliability etc. Especially among several issues, it should be noted that the device characteristics are very sensitive to the surface properties of transparent conducting oxide (TCO) electrode materials. In this study, we have investigated the performance of OLED devices as a function of sheet resistance and surface roughness of TCO thin films. For this purpose, ITO and IZO thin films were deposited by r. f. magnetron sputtering under various ambient gases (Ar, Ar+O2 and Ar+H2, respectively). The crystal structure and surface morphology were examined by using XRD and FESEM. Also, electrical and optical properties were Investigated.
