광전자식 과전류 보호계전기의 구현에 관한 연구 (Implementation of Optoelectric Over Current Relay)

  • An optical magnetic filed sensor, YIG (Yittrium Iron Garnet), response rapidly, to the power-line currents to be measured. In response to Faraday effect, it shows wide-and-linear measurable range. This paper reports the development and implementation of an OOCR (Optoelectric OverCurrent Relay) using this sensor. This relay is free from environmental electro-magnetic noises and has excellent insulation characteristics inherently. By using this OOCR, we can reduce insulation cost of protective relaying systems and its maintenance cost, and can achieve high reliability of the system.

  • This paper has studied a remote AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) system using the power line and the telephone line as a communication media and the digital power meter. In the developed system, because we have used the power line and telephone, the facility is very easy and then its cost is not expensive. The system includes following elements: a digital power meter, an indoor communication system using a power line modem and a telephone line interface system for sending data to the utility company.

  • ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) is an advanced system which can effectively handle the current transportation and tragic problems. In order to beneficially apply ITS to the current transportation infrastructure we need a telecommunication technology which guarantees high speed data transmission between the road side units and the on-board units in the vehicles. DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) is considered as a promising technology since it has the capability of two-way communication and can serve to implement various ITS services. In this paper, we study an architecture of telecommunication network far ITS based on DSRC. We use the ISCNA(Information Systems and Communication Networks Architecture) framework for the method of approach. We first analyze the requirements for ITS services using DSRC in Korea, and then establish a logical architecture for the network. We also analyze the types of data and process between the network components. Based on these we propose an architecture for the telecommunication network for ITS. We also briefly discuss the simulation which we perform to validate the proposed network architecture.

  • 무선 매체로의 전송은 유선 매체로의 전송에 비해 낮은 신뢰성과 전송의 안정성이라는 단점을 갖는다. 이를 위한 하나의 대안으로 협업 통신의 다이버시티 효과와 채널 코딩 방법을 통한 오류 정정 효과를 사용하고자 한다. 본 문에서는 전송의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 RCPC codes와 Hybrid-ARQ type-2 전송 방식을 사용한 협업 통신 시스템을 제안하고 그에 대한 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 그 결과로 기존의 전송에 비해 제안한 시스템이 낮은 BER값을 가져옴을 보였다. 또한 릴레이 노드와 목적지 노드 사이의 채널 상태보다 소스 노드와 릴레이 노드 사이의 채널 상태가 시스템 성능에 더 중요하다는 사실을 확인하였다.

The Full-Duplex Device-to-Device Security Communication Under the Coverage of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

  • Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), acting as mobile base stations (BSs), can be deployed in the typical fifth-generation mobile communications (5G) scenarios for the purpose of substantially enhancing the radio coverage. Meanwhile, UAV aided underlay device-to-device (D2D) communication mode can be activated for further improving the capacity of the 5G networks. However, this UAV aided D2D communication system is more vulnerable to eavesdropping attacks, resulting in security risks. In this paper, the D2D receivers work in full-duplex (FD) mode, which improves the security of the network by enabling these legitimate users to receive their useful information and transmit jamming signal to the eavesdropper simultaneously (with the same frequency band). The security communication under the UAV coverage is evaluated, showing that the system's (security) capacity can be substantially improved by taking advantage of the flexible radio coverage of UAVs. Furthermore, the closed-form expressions for the coverage probabilities are derived, showing that the cellular users (CUs)' secure coverage probability in downlink transmission is mainly impacted by the following three factors: its communication area, the relative position with UAV, and its eavesdroppers. In addition, it is observed that the D2D users or DUs' secure coverage probability is relevant to state of the UAV. The system's secure capacity can be substantially improved by adaptively changing the UAV's position as well as coverage.

고속도로 환경에서 안정적인 ITS서비스를 위한 WAVE 통신 시스템 link budget 분석 (Link Budget of WAVE Communication System for a Reliable ITS Service under Highway Environments)

  • ICT기술이 차량 교통 시스템에 적용되면서 스마트한 도로 교통 시대(ITS)가 열리고 있다. 이러한 기술적 진보를 가져온 요소 중 하나는 고속으로 이동하는 차량과 인프라 간의 통신기술이다. IEEE802.11p기반의 WAVE 통신기술을 적용하여 도로교통의 다양한 안전서비스들과 운전자 편의 서비스들이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 ITS 서비스들의 품질을 보장하기 위해 필요한 link budget 분석을 수행하였다. 고속도로 환경에 적합한 경로손실 모델로 자유공간 모델과 two-ray모델을 통한 비교 분석을 통해 안정적인 통신 서비스가 가능한 셀 커버리지를 분석하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the family as an interaction system, concentrating on the mutual influences between communication and family development; (1) how Communication patterns affect family relationships, and (2) how relationships among family members affect communication. In order to do this Galvin, Brommel used the following frame work; family is a system in which communication regulates cohesion and adaptability by a flow of message patterns through a defined network of evolving interdependent relationships. A family system consists of members, the relationships among them, the family attributes, the members attributes and an environment in which family functions. Within the framework of common cultural communication patterns, each family has the capacity to develop its own communication code based on the experiences of individual members and the collective family experience. Most of us develop our communication skills within the family context learning both the general cultural language and the specific familial communication code. Communication may be viewed as a symbolic, transactional process as the process of creating and sharing meanings. To say that communication is a process implies a continuous interaction of an indefinite large numbers of variables with a concomitant,. continuous change in the values taken by these variables. Finally the process implies change, Family functions include the primary functions of cohesion and adaptability, and supporting functions of family images, themes, boundaries, and biosocial issues. The primary functions reveal concepts integrated family interaction and supporting function, along with those of cohesion and adaptability, give shape to family life. the characteristics of developed relationships of richness, uniqueness efficiency, substitutability, pacing , openness spontaneity, and evaluation are reflected in the verbal and nonverbal behaviors with which family members negotiated a set of common meanings and develop thier own unique message system. The message system is the major element of communication process and influences both the form and the content of thier relationship and in create and share meanings. Family systems need to provide order and predictability for thier members, specifically focusing on communication rules and the networks by which messages are transmitted. Most rules emerge as a result of multiful interactions. There are basic rules and rules about rules, or metarules. Perceiving the rules of family system is very difficult because often family members don't think about the basic rules, much less the metarules. Breaking the rule may result in the creation of a new set because the system may recalibrate itself to accept more variety of behavior. Families develop communication networks to deal with the general issue. Family adaptability may be seen through the degree of flexibility in forming and reforming networks and networks become a vital part of the decision- making process and relate to the power dynamics operating within the family. Networks also play an integral part in maintaining the roles and rules operating with the family system. Thus networks and rules have mutual influence. The family -of -origin issues influence all aspects of family communication and account for many of the communication patterns, rules and networks and the role of the family -of-origin influences as a primary force for communication on behavior of newly forming systems. Each family system develops its own communication meanings. There is not one right way to communicate within a family but may be indefinitly large change of family life and communication behavior. Study on functional family communication helps to gain a better understanding of dynamics of family communication and ability of a new insight into the family.

IEEE 802.11p 구현을 위한 RF 회로 설계 (RF Circuit Design for IEEE 802.11p Implementation)

  • 차세대 ITS 환경을 위한 차량용 무선 통신 규격인 WAVE 규격은 IEEE 802.11p와 IEEE P1609 규격을 통칭하며, IEEE 802.11p의 규격제정이 마무리됨에 따라 최근 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 고속 차량 환경과 실내 환경의 차이는 무선 통신 채널 모델이 훨씬 가혹하다는 것이다. 따라서, 무선 통신 시스템의 설계 시 온도, 잡음, 다중 경로 페이딩과 같은 시스템의 성능을 저하시킬 수 있는 사항들을 충분히 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11p PHY/MAC을 기반으로 하는 WAVE 무선 통신 시스템을 위한 RF 회로를 설계하고 실제로 구현하면서 나타나는 문제들을 보이고 이를 해결하는 과정을 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 자동요금 징수 시스템(ETCS : Electronic Toll Collection System)의 RSE와 OBU 간의 RF link설계와 도로의 폭과 진행 방향 길이에서 적절한 통신 영역을 얻기 위해 요구되는 안테나의 빔 패턴 특성을 분석하였다. 이 과정은 능동형 DSRC를 기반으로 하는 ITS 서비스의 시스템 요구 규격을 결정하기 앞서 수행되어져야 하며, ETCS 기지국 설계 및 구축에서 가장 기본적이고 중요한 기술적 분석을 위하여 고찰하였다.

  • 국내와 국제적으로 지능형 차량 및 텔레매틱스(ITS)의 연구와 개발을 통해서 차량에 IT 기술을 통합하기 위한 노력을 가속화하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우에 텔레매틱스(ITS) 서비스를 추진하고 있다. ITS에서의 실시간 데이터 통신은 중요한 것이다. ITS는 실시간으로 차량으로부터 데이터를 수집하여, ITS 센터에서 수집된 정보를 가공하여 제공한다. 이러한 통신과정에서, 효과적이고 보안적인 통신 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 특히, 본 논문에서 제안하고 있는 SIP기반의 MVPN은 시그널링 비용을 줄이고, 보안적인 측면에서 많은 이점이 있다. 또한, 차량간의 통신에서는 NEMO를 적용하여 이동성관리를 하였다. 즉, ITS에서의 차량간의 통신과 차량과 서버간의 통신을 위한 SIP기반의 모바일 VPN과 V2V NEMO에 대해서 제안한다. 성능분석을 수행하여, SIP 기반의 MVPN의 ITS는 핸드오프 시그널링 비용이 상당히 절감된다는 것을 보여준다.
