  • Vocational rehabilitation is defined as a process which helps people with disabilities to maintain life of non-disabled people and vocational assessment is a part of it. Traditionally, vocational assessment is performed through using of assessment tools, vocational counseling and so on. It is very efficient to apply vocational assessment to people with disabilities using the internet, but we should provide them with web accessibility. In this paper, we design and implement the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supporting web accessibility. We develop the aptitude test system using the Holland Test which is the assessment tool of career guidance and counseling. We also show that the aptitude test system for people with visual impairment supports web accessibility more than previous Holland Test which is served in the internet.

  • As social distancing strengthened after the COVID-19 incident, people looked for things they could do alone. Additionally, as people have more financial resources, they purchase products they had previously considered purchasing, and the phenomenon of giving gifts to oneself has also appeared. Accordingly, this study analyzed fashion product reviews of KakaoTalk Gift, the service to exchange gift via SNS mobile app, to discover the phenomenon of self-gifting and the differences from interpersonal-gifting. For post-hoc data, in collected 18,354 pieces after excluding unnecessary data using a Python-based web crawling technique. The self-gifting behavior of KakaoTalk Gift different from the previous study for self-gift. Regardless of the gift-giving contexts, it determines that most self-gift products are material items. There are differences in product types and price levels when choosing gifts for others and oneself. As a self-gift, people typically buy luxury jewelry and branded bags/wallets to wear and show off. As interpersonal, among fashion products, people usually buy beauty products that reflect less personal tastes. When gift-giving to others, people buy products to appropriate prices to reduce the burden on both. When gift-giving to oneself, people buy wanted products regardless of the price. This study is significant because it suggests a new direction in self-gift research by limited online places to give gifts.

  • Social networking services (SNSs) serve to strengthen people's social relationships by providing ways for people to utilize such relationships especially like workplace. With the development of the internet worldwide, the number of SNS users is rapidly growing and a wider range of service types have become available. In this study, we designed a research model with a focus on what makes people use SNSs at workplace and how it is associated with changes in relationship quality and their intention to continue using the services and analyzed data collected for the research model. Theoretically, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation was invoked and measured, in terms of hedonic and utilitarian values, and satisfaction and trust were adopted as variables of relationship quality. Data were collected from Facebook users using workplace, and a partial least squares (PLS) analysis was made on 188 data points. The analysis results showed that two forms of motivation-hedonic and utilitarian-are separated from each other in their influence and that utilitarian value is more important than hedonic value, especially when it comes to users' satisfaction. In addition, the analysis found a weak relationship between satisfaction and trust in SNS environments; this was a little different from the results of previous studies.

Maha ecotourism site, as a study site, is located in Pyeongchang-gun, one of the twelve ecotourism sites designated by the Ministry of Environment. This site has drawn attention since the local government of Pyeongchang-gun transferred its management right on Maha ecotourism sit to the organization of local residents in 2013. This study uses Q methodology which is the most popular research method in analyzing people's subjectivity, that is, viewpoint and attitude. This study have found that there are four features in the subjectivities of participants toward ecotourism site: first group is the people who want more autonomous management right of local residents on Maha ecotourism site. Second group is the people who only want to stand by the ecotourism management. Third group is the people who focus on the migration of talented persons into their neighborhood owing to the program. Lastly, fourth group is the people who focus on the quality of the ecotourism program. In case of the second group, though they have negative opinions of the program, they have much interest in successful cases in other countries managed similar programs with Maha ecotourism. It would be effective for the group to have opportunities to experience successful ecotourism cases in other countries. On top of it, having seminars regarding ecotourism or holding community councils frequently would be very helpful for encouraging the second group of people to join in the ecotourism program actively like other groups of people. Supplying more manpower and developing various programs are also necessary in order to support other three groups.

The questionnaires were classified into three categories: Factor I (stimulus response), Factor II (avoidance of the treatment) and Factor III (physiological response which occurs when a patient feels fear). As a result, it was confirmed that the questionnaire tool is highly feasible. In college students, the responses they felt during the dental treatment in the said three factors were as follows: 52.00% in Factor II, 14.14% in Factor II and 6.99% in Factor III (73.129% in total). In elderly people, on the contrary, they were 52.41% in Factor I, 10.57% in Factor II and 7.98% in Factor III (70.958% in total), lower than the college student group.
