현재 노동시장 고용과제 중 큰 과제는 경기침체 등으로 비롯되는 청년실업의 문제다. 본 연구는 특히 지식 정보화시대에 IT 부문의 전문지식과 기술을 갖고 대학을 졸업하는 신규 전문인력의 취업률이 타 부문에 비해서 높을 것으로 생각되고 있으나 취업률이 비교적 저조하게 나타나는 경기 외의 요인을 분석하였다. IT 인력은 전체적으로 양적으로는 초과공급이지만 질적으로는 초과수요를 보이고 있는 점을 분석하였고 동일한 직업 내에도 학력별로 초과수요와 초과공급이 존재하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 미취업의 구조적 원인을 세부직업 부문별로 학력별로 인력이동의 저해가 발생하는 가를 실증적으로 추정 분석하였다. 그 결과 IT 노동시장의 26개 세부직업 부문 중 부문 간 저해는 15%, 부문 내 저해요인은 85%로 요인을 분석하였다. 그리고 IT 노동시장의 직업군별로 세부직업별/학력별 인력이동 저해요인을 분석하였다. 추정결과 이동 저해를 저해하는 학력별 요인이 세부직업별 요인보다 1.3배에서 11배 이상 인력이동을 더 제한하고 있었다. 학력별 요인이 큰 것은 직업 내 학력별로 IT 전문직업 능력의 차이 즉 기술 불일치를 반영하고 있었다. 오차의 크기도 직업군에 따라 다르게 나타나 IT 직업별 노동시장마다 다른 제도적 요인과 시장적 요인이 있음을 보여주었다. 정책제언은 신규 인력이 꼭 필요한 IT 전문직업 능력의 제고와 철저한 노동시장 수요를 기초로 초과공급으로 평가받은 IT 학과는 공급이 부족한 IT 학과로 전환시키거나 정원을 축소 조정할 것을 제안하였다.

The increasing importance of IT rose to the top of list of marketing managers' key concerns and IT has been used widely in performing various marketing activities and decisions. However, little was known about how to employ IT in various marketing activities and how to use IT as a strategic marketing means. Also, comprehensive empirical studies have rarely been conducted. This study examines the effectiveness of integrative use of marketing and IT. More specifically, this study attempts to identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of marketing information systems. The manufacturing firms listed in the Korean Stock Market were surveyed. the major findings of this study are as follows. First, the variables of organizational characteristics such as formalization of decision making cooperation between marketing function and IS function, and degree of decentralization were significantly related to the success of marketing information systems. The variables of user highly associated with the success of marketing information systems. Second, it was also found that the support capability of marketing information systems is the major factor of the effectiveness of marketing information systems. Third, the variables marketing function and IS function, and ratio of export sales to total sales were three variables such as marketing knowledge of marketing managers, cooperation were the main factors to affect the users' satisfaction with the information system. These results imply that, in order to increase the effectiveness of marketing information systems, a firm should enhance a cooperation between marketing function and IS function, diversify the support capability of IS, and strengthen the computer mind and computer knowledge of end-uses.

It was indicated that natural fiber crops Ln Korea have been major crops, such as cotton, flax, ramie and Kenaf. The major varieties andagronomic characterics are summarized as follows. Cotton variety, Mokpo 6 is long fiber length and, is high lint yield, flax variety, Wiera is hiTh amount of dry stem and grains weiTht. On the other hand, kenaf variety, Suweon 2 is high dry fiber weight and fiher ratio.

In oriental medicine, it is well known that Angelica gigantis tonifies and harmonizes the blood, regulates the menses, and moistens the intestines. This herb has been used for deficient blood pattern, menstural problem, abdominal pain, and traumatic injuries in oriental medicine. A major component of Angelica gigantic consist of a various coumarines, decursin, schooltime, umbelliferone, safrole, 3-butylphalide sistesterol. In this study, we aimed to measure the contents of decursin, one of major coumarine derivative, to determine the standardization of Angelica gigantis.

There was no a difference of genetic analysis among methods(means, joint scaling test, 3 Parameter model) . The magnitude of additive effects generally paralleled the magnitude of difference between parental means and appeared to be more independent from non-allelic interaction than did dominance effects, whereas the magnitude of dominance effects were inflated by non-allelic interaction. Additive effects were significant for all characteristics observed and it was a major effects in inheritance of number of leaves. Dominance effects were higher than additive effects for plant height, days to flower, flesh leaf weight per plant, curing rate, total alkaloid and total nitrogen.

It is well known that Dioscoreae Rhizoma tonifies and benefits the Spleen and Stomach, benefits the Lung and nourishes the Kidney. A major component isolated from this herb consist of dioscin, diosgenin, allantoin, starch, alanin, mucilage, choline, amylase, and glycoprotein. In this study, we aimed to measure the content of allantoin, one of major component, to determine the quality of Dioscoreae Rhizoma.

An urban railway vehicle has a characteristics such as that a lot of passenger use it and the major of passenger is standee. The ride comfort of standee is greatly influenced by the lateral dynamic characteristics of vehicle. So the lateral vibration is important factor for the improvement of ride comfort. In this study, vibration test of railway vehicle is carried out under the same condition of field driving to find out the major factor of vibration. By considering the test results under the various driving condition, the vibrational characteristics of vehicle is verified.

It is widely accepted that free-radical induced oxidative damages are involved in pathogenic processes of major diseases including cancer, atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes. A number of epidemiological studies have indicated that frequent consumptions of plant foods rich in antioxidants reduce the risk of developing cancer and cardiovascular diseases, while many intervention trials have failed to prove the protective role of major dietary antioxidants.(omitted)

ECG analysis is main techniques for diagnosing heart disease. In recent, some studies have been performed about detection of QT interval. But, it's difficult to detect QT interval because T wave is evasive. In this paper, we have detected peak point and end point of T wave and calculated QT interval. And the result has been compared with the other algorithm after detection of QT interval.

It is well known that Crataegus Fructus strengthens the Stomach and Spleen, helps digestion, tonify stomachache, and decreases bleeding. A major component isolated from this herb consist of carotene, riboflavin, quercetin, chlorogenic acid, amygdalin, ursolic acid etc. In this study, we aimed to analyze the changes of liquid chromatogram pattern, one of major standardization method, to determine the quality of Crataegus Fructus.
