Purpose ESG(Environment Social Governance) activities of IT companies are very important for organizational development in that they can motivate employees to engage in job crafting by giving them a sense of purpose and meaning. There have been many studies on the positive impact of company ESG(Environment Social Governance) activities on financial performance, but unlike the existing financial performance approach, this study suggested that IT companies ESG activities can affect job crafting and job satisfaction of employee, using non-financial organizational variables. Design/methodology/approach This study, based on the related theoretical background, showed the relationship between ESG, job crafting, and job satisfaction, and it was proposed as a research model. A measurement model was constructed, and it was estimated and evaluated with LISREL 9.30, using data from IT companies employees, and it showed satisfactory data-fit of proposed model. The empirical results indicated that ESG(Environment Social Governance) take effect on job crafting, and job crafting take effect on job satisfaction. Findings This study provided several important implications in relation to the ESG(Environment Social Governance) that contribute to job crafting and job satisfaction for IT companies employees. It was confirmed that job crafting variable is a effective mediator linking ESG(Environment Social Governance) and job satisfaction.

본 논문에서는 ITA 기능이 IT거버넌스에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서, 조직에서 ITA 역할에 대한 몇 가지 기능요인들을 도출하였다. 또한 조직에서 IT거버넌스에 미치는 요인과 그 영향력에 대하여 논의하고 실증적으로 검증 분석하였다. 총 223개의 조직에 대한 설문조사를 통계적으로 분석한 결과, ITA기능의 IT인프라기반, IT기술, IT성과체제가 IT거버넌스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 주요 연구 결과에 의하면 조직에서 ITA의 도입을 통해서 기술체계지원, 성과체계수준을 제고함으로써 IT거버넌스 체계의 구축에 영향을 미치고 있다는 점과, 특히 IT 인프라의 체계화에 집중한다면 IT거버넌스의 영역중 IT서비스관리 수준의 제고가 기대된다. ITA 를 통해 정보 관리의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 요인들에 대해 제언하고자 하였다.

Recently, government agencies are actively adopting the platform model as a means of public policy. However, existing studies on the public platform are minimal and have focused on user experiences or the possibility of public usage of the platform model. Now the research concerning building governance structure and utilizing network effects of the platform after adopting the platform model in the public sector is keenly required. This study intended to ignite academic dialogue on the governance of public platforms in the context of digital transformation. This study focused on a case of the 'Special delivery,' a public delivery app established by Gyeonggi-do. In order to analyze the characteristics of the public platform and its governance structure, data were collected from press releases, policy reports, and news articles. Data was analyzed using the frame of Hagui's platform design factors and Ansell & Gash's collaborative governance model. The results of the public platform analyses showed 1) incompleteness in the value trade-off accounting, which was designed for platform business based on general cost-benefit analysis, and 2) a closed governance structure that limits direct participation of diverse user groups(i.e., service provider, customer) in order to enhance providers' utility by preventing customers' excessive online activities. The results of this study provided theoretical and policy implications regarding designing the strategy for accounting for value trade-offs and functioning governance structure for public platforms.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between human resource competency, economic potential, and productivity of village-based enterprises, as well as understand the role of governance in mediating this relationship. This study was conducted in several village-based enterprises in Bali, Indonesia and the data were collected using questionnaires. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed quantitatively using partial least analysis to confirm the relationship between variables. The findings indicate that human resource competency has an impact on governance, but it failed to explain the productivity of village-based enterprises. In addition, economic potential can have an impact on the governance and productivity of village-based enterprises in Bali, Indonesia. This study also showed a robust link between governance and productivity. Lastly, based on the statistical analysis, it was found that governance can mediate the relationship between human resource competency, economic potential, and productivity of village-based enterprises.

기존의 IT 거버넌스 연구에 따르면 비록 비슷한 환경, 규모, 산업에 속하는 기업이라도 IT 거버넌스 구조가 다양한 형태로 존재하고 있다고 밝히고 있으며, 이는 단일요인에 의한 영향이라기 보다는 다중상황요인들의 영향에 의한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 기업들의 IT 활동에 대한 의사결정의 권한과 책임이 누구에게 있는지를 파악하기 위해 IT 의사결정 구조에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아내고, 다중상황이론을 적용하여 IT 거버넌스 연구모형 개발하고, 이를 통해 국내 중소기업의 IT 거버넌스 구조를 파악하였다. 자료분석을 통해 국내 기업의 IT 거버넌스는 주로 분권형과 하이브리드 구조이고, IT 거버넌스 구조가 본 연구에서 제시된 상황요인들로부터 동시적이고 다중적인 영향을 받는다는 사실을 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 IT 전략그리드의 4개 전략 모드에 대해서 IT 거버넌스 의사결정 구조를 살펴보고, 높은 성과를 내는 기업과 낮은 성과를 내는 기업 간의 IT 거버넌스 의사결정 구조의 차이를 비교 및 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 설문방법을 이용하였고, 분석을 위한 데이터는 KOSDAQ 300, KOSPI 200의 상장 기업을 대상으로 수집한 총 209개의 데이터를 적용하였다. 그 결과, 각 모드는 서로 상이한 IT 거버넌스 의사결정 구조를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 높은 성과를 내는 기업과 낮은 성과를 내는 기업 간의 IT 거버넌스 의사결정 구조도 각 모드별로 상이한 결과를 보였다. 본 논문의 결과는 IT 거버넌스를 실행하는 기업들의 바람직한 행위를 촉진하기 위한 의사결정구조의 틀을 각 전략 모드별로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

e-Governance is a medium to offer various services to citizens through a web portal, that exists in many countries nowadays. The existing e-Governance technology is a vast, centrally managed database and a set of applications that connect to it via web interfaces. Despite the modernisation of services, it remains with the lack of transparency. Thus, the existing infrastructure of e-Governance paves the way for corrupt practises by the bureaucrats. e-Governance needs a powerful underlying technology which doesn't provide any way to allow tampering of the record and which in turn eliminates corruption. In this paper, we took land registration as a use-case for building e-Governance by keeping Blockchain as an underlying technology, to put off the corrupt practices and to bring transparency. Once transactions in land registration added to the Blockchain, it is immutable as it is cryptographically secured. Besides, the blockchain technology is secured as the ledger is distributed over the network. If a hacker wants to modify the ledger, he needs to hack every node in the blockchain network. Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned Blockchain adopted for implementation and Hyperledger Caliper for performance analysis with these evaluation metrics such as throughput, latency and execution time.

This study investigate the concept and type of Korea's trade governance by theories related to network governance. Korea's domestic trade policy-building system a 'network trade governance' utilizing Minister for Trade as a network administrative organization. This governance has four major rade stakeholders: G(Government), I(Industry), A(Academia), and C(Civil groups). Korea has five types of committees for internal consultation between domestic stakeholders, all G·I·A·C groups. Korea's trade governance can be if it fixes its administrative redundancy, communication formality, stakeholder exclusiveness. This topic calls for further research such as social network analysis as well as international comparison analysis.

최근 기업의 사업영역이 확대됨에 따라 다양한 이해관계자들과의 거래 및 협력관계가 이루어지고 있다. 이해관계자와의 효율적인 업무 프로세스 관리와 기업의 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위해 정보기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있지만, 보안 등 정보기술의 위험성 또한 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시장 환경에 따라 IT 거버넌스 산업이 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, IT 거버넌스 솔루션을 제공하는 업체간의 경쟁 또한 심화되고 있다. 특히 IT를 기반으로 한 벤처기업의 시장진입이 이루어지고 있지만, 브랜드 관리를 포함한 마케팅 능력의 부재로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 스핀오프 벤처기업의 브랜드 명과 포지셔닝을 IT 거버넌스 솔루션을 개발한 기업의 사례를 중심으로 고찰해 보았다. 연구결과를 하면 첫째, IT 벤처기업은 브랜드이미지를 구축하는데 기업의 역량을 집중시킬 필요성이 있다는 것이다. 소비자에게 호감가고 독특하며 강한 브랜드 이미지를 구축해 놓으면 경쟁 제품의 공격으로 인한 범용품화의 위험을 극복할 수 있다. 둘째, 브랜드를 통해 소비자에게 제품의 기능적인 가치 이상을 창출하고 이를 전달해 나갈 수 있어야 한다. 즉 하이테크 기업도 소비자의 기능적 욕구에만 머물지 말고 고객의 감성적, 상징적인 욕구를 충족시켜 주는 것에도 관심을 가질 필요가 있다.

1990년대 이후 새로운 국정운영에 대한 대안으로 도입된 거버넌스 개념은 정보통신기술의 발달과 더불어 e-거버넌스(electronic governance)라는 개념으로 새롭게 등장하게 되었다. 일반적으로 e-거버넌스란 정부 주도의 일방적인 문제해결 및 정책결정 행태에서 벗어나 정보통신기술을 활용하여 정부-시장-시민사회 등 다양한 행위자들이 공동의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 상호 협력적 네트워크를 통해 협력 조정하는 국정운영 방식을 의미한다. 이 연구는 최근 15년간 우리나라의 행정 및 정책분야에서 진행된 e-거버넌스 연구의 내용 및 방법 등을 체계적으로 분석하여 e-거버넌스의 전반적인 연구경향을 체계적으로 살펴볼 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구의 접근관점 및 연구영역 측면에서 볼 때, 전자정부 및 정보화 정책 등의 행정영역과 ICT 정책 및 사업 등의 정보통신 영역의 연구가 대부분을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 목적의 경우, 국내의 e-거버넌스 연구는 문제에 대한 정책대안을 제시하려는 문제지향성을 띠고 있으나, 이론검증을 통한 문제해결방안 제시 연구나 현상 내지 사건의 인과관계 모형 검증을 통한 설명적 연구 등이 상대적으로 매우 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구경향 분석결과를 통해 향후 e-거버넌스의 이론적 체계 확립을 위한 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
