The stages of occurrence of the motive for the employee are classified. The interrelation of motives and incentives in the mechanism of labor motivation as determinants of economic security of the enterprise in competitive conditions is proved. It is proved that the mechanism of labor motivation as a determinant of economic security of the enterprise in competitive conditions should be aimed at: assistance in forming and achieving goals and objectives of the enterprise and achieving balance and equilibrium of economic goals and social responsibility of the enterprise; ensuring close cooperation between management and employees of the enterprise; focus on building a flexible mechanism; transition to a democratic style of governance and involvement of employees in decision-making.

  • Despite the large and ongoing investments in information systems and technologies, many organizations still suffer from the lack of integration and interoperability of multiple information systems, In order to deal with these enduring problems, a number of government organizations and corporate firms in the United States have developed and maintained IT architectures through enterprise architecture planning. An IT architecture is a decision-making framework for IT planners and developers, establishing guidelines for the individual IT resource owners and users. It provides guidance to those involved in building and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure. Enterprise architecture planning represents a new paradigm of information systems planning in that it addresses the long-term view of the enterprise organization from top-level principles to detailed technology architectures. This paper explores a couple of cases in the successful implementation of IT architectures in both public and private sectors, and proposes a step-by-step methodology for building an effective IT architecture.

  • In this paper. we present a definition of the term virtual enterprise (VE) and discuss some related terms and concepts. The definition was given based on Porter's Value Chain Theory. Then we discuss some positioning strategies for entering or joining a virtual enterprise from an executive's viewpoint. which show a framework for making decisions on for what. when and how a (real) enterprise need to participate or form a virtual enterprise and whom the partners should be. The major pert of the paper is on underlying information technologies and architectures for building virtual enterprises. Requirements for modeling virtual enterprises and core technologies needed for implementation are discussed. A virtual enterprise reference architecture based on NIIIP's model is presented. Finally we discuss some points that should. addressed from a macroeconomic and public policies viewpoints. These are the issues of IT standardization and investments in IT infrastructure.

  • Industry competition environment is not being meaning of internal and external distinction. This may be phenomenon of globalization progress. In this time, we wish to examine present level in our enterprise and also analyze cause relation between 7 category of China Excellence Performance model which is modified Malcolm Baldridge Model and compare with China enterprise by using the same questionnaire with China. It is right opportunity to obtain information by comparing China enterprise with the Korea. This questionnaire composition and contents used as it is questionnaire contents that enforce in 2007 in China CAQ. The survey on Korea enterprises' is 509 by KSA in 2008, China is surveyed 1679 by CAQ in 2007. In Korea 'leadership', 'strategy planning', 'customer and market', 'measurement, analysis and improvement' 'resources management' and 'process management' stronger than China, but in China 'performance results' is stronger than Korea.

  • We could confirm through this study that in the company which has secured its agility in an information technology dimension, a process dimension and an organization behavior dimension as a real time enterprise, various agility competences of that company are used more effectively for productivity Improvement, development on new products and customer satisfaction. Therefore, based on these determinant factors, it has been proved that an individually differentiated investment of technical and organizational resources for development and innovation of new products has contributed affirmatively to get a more efficient enterprise performance : and, in this point, it is verified again that the agility secured through a conversion toward the real time enterprise (RTE) is a more effective plan to increase the enterprise performance.

  • Purpose - This study aims to suggest appropriate policies and performance indicators for financial aid recipients. It analyzes the existing regular government policy funds support project, especially its propriety and reasonability. Research design, data, and methodology - When financial aid is effective, it should be able to predict small enterprise business results. Additionally, there should be an evaluation, checking before and after performance rates so that the rate of achievement and outcome can be measured. This study's contribution for small enterprises is in researching the best way to improve this support system. Results - The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS), currently designated as a support organization for implementing the government financial aid project, has assessment indicators. However, these focus mainly on quantitative indicators and survey results. Conclusions - In the future, there is some need to draw up measures, setting the right direction for developing policies for the small enterprise fund loans and improving the management of the plans. Eventually, this effort will dispel concerns about the present support policy, which is considered to be weakening small enterprises.

  • Most enterprise information systems today are silo systems in that they are not properly aligned nor integrated with one another. Such silo systems result because enterprises lack an architectural perspective in the planning and development of the systems. This paper proposes an Enterprise Architecture Orientation Model as a framework for the analysis, planning and design of the architectural quality of enterprise information systems. The model decomposes enterprise architecture into two dimensions-alignment and integration, and specifies for each dimension the general development and evolution stages enterprises may traverse. The alignment dimension represents the vertical strategic alignment of the systems with the vision, mission, strategy and goals of the enterprise, and is analyzed in terms of the performance, capability, and strategy of the enterprise. The integration dimension, on the other hand, represents the horizontal and functional integration among the systems that span organizational functions and boundaries, and is analyzed in terms of such technological components as IT infrastructure, data, application, and business processes. The model combines the alignment and integration dimensions to form a two-dimensional conceptual space for mapping the architectural quality of the enterprise. It is proposed that an enterprise use the model to identify and understand its position now and in the future in the architectural quality of the enterprise information systems. It is also proposed that the model provides a tool for the planning and design of the transition from one stage to the next in the alignment and integration of the systems to reach an architectural maturity. At the end, the paper discusses how the model can be applied differently according to the strategic orientation of the enterprise. An example of the usage of the model is presented.
