Project level에서의 철도 PC Beam교량의 경년열화모델구성 및 유지관리비용 추정 (Time-Dependent Degradation Model and Maintenance Cost of Rail line PC Beam Bridge in Project Level)

  • Construction project have extremely high risk in the process of construction owing to unexpected event, like as design amendment. As a result, owner have to endure enormous extra-cost to control the risk and continue to the project having more higher uncertainty. Also, if the structure is completed, it is needed that the structure is protected and maintained continuously during life cycle time to satisfying original aim of structure itself. LCC analysis to calculate cost of structure alternatives divides into two stage, one is design_LCC and the other is maintenace_LCC. But two stages all is needed in the transition deterioration model to calculate more reasonable LCC analysis. This paper developed the model using analysis of FMS contents and survey from professional about Prestressed concrete beam girder bridge(PC Beam bridge)in railway. The model is focused in project level of PC beam because any condition state information for element level analysis can not get up. This paper is intended to use the developed model in LCC analysis of PC Beam bridge in railway and constitute the foundation to perform more deep study in the near future.

  • 어떤 한 프로젝트를 성공할 가능성을 높이기 위해서는 그 성과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요소들에 대해 정의할 필요가 있다. 인지도는 관련있는 요소들의 인과관계를 조사함으로써 분석하는데 널리 사용되고 있다. 퍼지인지도는 인관관계의 연결강도를 통해 피드백의 개념을 추가한 인지도의 확장 개념을 가지고 있다. 프로젝트 성과는 입력 자원, 수행가능성, 타인의 관심 정도 등에 의해 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트의 성과와 이런 요소들간의 인과관계의 정도를 조사 분석하기 위해 퍼지인지도를 활용하여 기업프로젝트의 성공을 위한 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

PMO의 관여도가 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of PMO Involvement on Project Performance)

  • Purpose This study is based on previous studies related to the function and operating system of the project management system for efficient project management. The purpose of the study is, first, to find out how the project performance is affected by the utilization of the project management system and the involvement of the PMO. Second, the mediating effect of implementing integrated management between the project management system and project performance is to be demonstrated. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies related to project management, this study designed a research model by integrating functional factors derived from project management system design studies, integrated management factors, and factors derived from PMO function studies. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, this study first confirmed that high utilization of the project management system and high involvement of the PMO are factors that affect project performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the establishment of the system and the introduction of PMO do not guarantee project performance. Second, it was confirmed that the execution of integrated management has a mediating effect between the system and the project performance, and that the high utilization of the system has a positive effect on the mediating effect.

  • The contractor management for the effective defense project is essential factor in the modern defense acquisition project. The occurrence of Improper Businessman causes the reason in which defense acquisition project is unable to be reasonably fulfilled and setback to the deployment of defense weapon system. In this paper, we develop a prediction model for the effective defense project by using the Discriminant Analysis, the Logistic Regression & Artificial Neural Network and analyse the core variables that determine the Improper Businessman in many variables. It is expected that our model can be used to improve the project management capability of defense acquisition and contribute to the establishment of efficient procurement procedure through entry of the reliable domestic manufacturer.

Using Real Options Pricing to Value Public R&D Investment in the Deep Seabed Manganese Nodule Project

  • This paper seeks to measure the monetary value of technical development in the deep seabed manganese nodule mining by applying the compound option model (COM). The COM is appropriate for the project in terms of its decision-making structure and embedded uncertainty. The estimation results show that the deep seabed mining project has more economic potential than shown by the previously obtained results from the discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis. In addition, it is reasonable to invest in the project taking the various uncertainty factors into consideration, because the ratio of the value to the cost of the project is far higher than one. This information can be utilized in national ocean policy decision-making.

국가철도연구개발프로젝트의 효과적인 수행을 위한 생명주기모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the Life Cycle Model to effectively conduct the National Railway R&D Project)

  • As a government agency or the Government-donated Research Institute or industrial research institute is intended to develop a product or to construct a system such as a railway safety systems by research and development process, a life cycle model leading a product development or a research and development is essential to them to systematically and effectively progress it. In this paper, the refined life cycle model to effectively conduct the national railway safety project consists of the life cycle phases and their detail descriptions with reference to other life cycle model in the international standard and the other national guidance and other industrial domain such as ship-building, weapon system, and aerospace areas, the proposed life cycle model in the paper considerably reflects the characteristics of the traditional research and development project in railway safety domain. A guidance of a life cycle model which based on lots of the life cycle model in other domains proposes additionally.

  • The safety inspection cost of the construction work was based on commercial facilities classified as a single building. Therefore, it is not possible to fully reflect the characteristics of the multi-building construction project such as apartment houses. Therefore, this study suggests a reasonable estimation model that can fully reflect the characteristics of the multi-building construction project. The safety inspection cost estimation model proposed two models such as construction cost ratio method and cost plus fixed fee method. And these models were simulated by the apartment construction work and compared with the current standard. As a result, the current construction cost ratio method has shown that the safety inspection cost tends to be overestimated as the construction size increases. Therefore, the proposed model has reflected characteristics of the multi-building construction project, so that it can reasonably estimate the safety inspection cost more than the current standard.

  • 일반적으로 시뮬레이션 프로젝트는 목적에 부합되는 수준에서 연구 대상 시스템과 유사하게 작동되는 모델을 개발해야 하기 때문에 시간과 비용이 많이 소요된다. 따라서 적절한 개념 모델 설계와 이를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션 모델을 자동 생성하여 모델 개발 과정의 시행착오를 최소화함으로써 모델링 시간을 단축하기 위한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실무에서 많이 사용되고 있는 Microsoft Excel과 Visio를 활용하여 개념 모델을 개발하고 이를 Arena 모델로 자동으로 변환하는 툴을 제안하였다. 예제를 이용하여 본 논문의 모델 자동 생성 툴의 효용성을 보였다.

  • Recently, the construction industry is getting more complex and sophisticated having the characteristics of a mega project. Mega project pursues a value that can't be gained with an approach of seeing a project as just a simple sum of different parts but a mutual combination. However, the current manuals can't fulfill the needs for supporting, therefore, need a tool to support the decision making and an IETM is expected to take this role. Despite the a lot of expected advantages of IETM, it is still difficult to apply because of the frequent changes of information of detailed process and its complexity. In this research, as part of developing an IETM, we aim to propose a system frame which is based on the analysis of processes of a project. It is basic part of IETM to give information to users and IETM consists of normal mode that offers general information about the urban regeneration project and user-specified mode that gives classified and reorganized information to user. For supporting these functions, IETM should be stored in a form that can classify the information about urban regeneration project and be tagged with meaningful tags. Moreover IETM developers have to consider the interoperability of IETM because it ultimately should be coordinated with overall Project Management System like an iPMIS. We used XML for solution of interoperability because it stores information as just text-file that doesn't need a special form.

e마켓플레이스 간 협업을 통한 전자무역 모델에 대한 연구 (A Study on Collaborative e-Marketplaces for Trade)

  • E-trade is important that SMEs can do international business with activity. However, SMEs are facing psychological and economic barriers to e-trade. Therefore, SMEs depend on intermediaries for e-trading. In this context, APEC carried out the APEC Global B2B Interoperability Project to promote e-trade and increase benefits for member countries from 2002 to 2004. Especially this project emphasizes a collaboration with e-marketplaces. It has significance in that it is a new model to help SMEs do international trade. This study analyzes the APEC project in terms of technology and business and evaluates the project as a collaborative business model.
