Resource procurement and material handling are considered as a significant part of construction project especially in large or tall building construction site. There are multiple variables that must be considered in a construction site during finishing work such as movement of materials, equipments, and workers. Therefore, it is difficult for construction workers to find the material handling path solely by intuition. The aim of this study is to propose a real-time path finding model suitable for complicated logistics flow in the field. The model explores the optimal transport path of finishing material with its basis on optimization algorithm, and it determines the direction of the Smart Sign. The proposed model is expected to be utilized for planning of efficient finishing material handling.

The supply chain in plant construction project can be defined as a network combined between elements which is engineering, procurement, construction, start-up. For successfully leading construction project, close relation and mutual cooperation should be preceded and Supply Chain Management(SCM) system is needed to improve the relation. In particular, because safety is a top priority for the companies work in the construction of Nuclear Power Plant(NPP), it is necessary to control all parties realated with NPP construction systematically. In this situation, it is important to purchase high-quality equipment in timely manner by developing Integrated cooperative systems. Therefore, this study aimed to propose developing solutions of SCM such as JIT and Envelop Design system, which can reduces difficulties of decision making between the parties involved in the project and will increase the efficiency of the engineering process in NPP.

The information technology of computers and computer tools have become so powerful that virtual enterprises are not just concepts any longer The virtual enterprises comprise distributed facilities and it is necessary to have a collaborative system among them. This paper proposes the modeling process of web-based collaborative system in the distributed manufacturing environment. It also presents the information infrastructure in order to communicate and to share the information more efficiently among the collaboration subsystem. The web-based collaborative system consists of four processes: 1) product design, 2) procurement of DB information, 3) query process, and 4) negotiation. The proposed web-based collaborative system will be implemented with network technologies.

Along with the logistics development, heavy-loaded warehouses and sales facilities tend to be bigger and designed as a PC structures. PC erection work of heavy-loaded structures is influenced by various factors, including the required construction duration, site and surrounding situations, safety, PC member procurement, equipment rental cost, which ultimately impact the construction cost. It requires creative efforts and a lot of time when preparing an erection plan in consideration of these factors, and the plan prepared has a great influence on safety as well as the construction duration and cost. However, many engineers do not have enough experiences on PC erection work of heavy-loaded, long span structures, making it difficult for them to set erection plans and establish simulations. The study's results will provide a knowledge to obtain a solution for engineers to establish PC erection plans of heavy-loaded, long span structures.

The results analyzed of the actual state of the stow net fisheries based on the cost expended in 1975 areas follows; The total cost of this fisheries will be 1, 672, 238 won; the production cost, 1, 588, 060 won (95%) ; the material cost in proportion to total cost (100%)408, 480won (24.4%);the labour cost, 1, 006, 480 won (60.2%) ; the expenses, 173, 100won(10.4%)and the commission and the interest payment, 84, 178won(5%). As above the commission and the interest payment doesn't need to be paid much, but only production cost should be paid in case of small scale inshore fisheries. The cost per unit of caches (per Kg) becomes 12 won, the ratio cost of sales (83.4%), the ratio of profit, 16.%. According to the adove, in case of the powered vessel; it shows a tendency of spending too much expenses owing to excessive payment of oil. And in case of nonpowered vessels, it shows a tendency of spending less expenses but still get much gains, due to the fact that the commission and the interest payment are less, and none is paid for fuel procurement.

Among the driving methods of CALS, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), the pivot of procurement and logistics, is becoming the standard of data interchange. In this article, we examine the standard, growth, and status of EDI, and present a scheme to make it available via Internet that grow to be a standardized network, in comparison with a method to use a Value Added Network(VAN). So we studied an implementation of EDI system to exchange and process the business intra-works in order to integrate it into Intranet environment. As well, we present a client/server model running under Intranet environment, and a system with a format server to share the load of server and client. To do this, we list the functions and requirements of EDI system, connect a database to the Intranet, and develop applications using $Java^{TM}$.

In the information system service sectors, it is crucial to measure the quality of service. Especially factors determining the quality of service should be identified. For that purpose, in this study, the factors of two research models-SERVQUAL and TAM-are compared, analyzed and tested with data of public procurement system service. The result shows that the factors identified include reliability and assurance of SERVQUAL and perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use of TAM. Also, it is observed that the two models sufficiently explain the variance of satisfaction. This study may help improve the quality of information system service.

In the domestic construction field, BIM and 3D scanning technology are combined to perform reverse engineering. It is necessary to develop guidelines or processes for domestic situations through 3D scenario investigation and reverse engineering projects using BIM. Using the case of actual construction service that performed reverse engineering, we analyze the areas that need to be reinforced compared to the existing advanced cases when creating guidelines. It is recommended to encourage the convergence between 3D scanning and BIM, and to define the requirements and levels of the BIM model in the procedure.

In this study, the core competencies of 7-Eleven, Japan's representative convenience store, were derived through a qualitative analysis method using VRIO (value, rarity, Imitability, and organization) framework, a management strategy model based on Resource-Based View (RBV). As a result of VRIO analysis, the value can be based on the scale that 7-Eleven ranks first in the Japanese convenience store industry in terms of the number of stores and market share that it has developed based on capital. The rarity is based on the fact that raw material procurement, the main activity of a company, is establishing the nation's largest distribution channel in the entire process, from producers to logisticians and franchisees. The difficulty for Imitability is based on a dominant strategy and has secured a competitive advantage by opening stores in a specific area, improving awareness, and raising barriers to entry. As the largest company in the convenience store industry, it is confirmed that 7-Eleven is the result of organizational power that has built stores not only in Korea but also in 16 countries around the world.

This study aims to develop the living SOC function index and classified classes using the GIS-based spatial analysis method by applying the "Central Place Theory" as basic data for classifying living areas necessary for establishing rural spatial strategies in Boryeong. Boryeong-si is classified as a southern living area in the northern living area, centering on Daecheon-dong, the first class, and it is analyzed that living services such as used car service procurement and education are needed, and the southern living area needs a mid- and high-vehicle service delivery system in Ungcheon-eup. It is believed that this study can provide important clues to the classification of central functional facilities suitable for rural centers, reinforcement of vulnerable functional facilities by living area, and provision of living services.
