리더십, 조직문화와 조직몰입과의 관계 (Interrelationship between leadership, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지조직의 리더십에 대한 인식정도, 사회복지조직의 조직문화가 종사자의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 사회복지시설에 종사하고 있는 사회복지사로서 총 456부가 분석에 사용되었다. 변혁적 리더십, 교환적 리더십 등 리더십 유형, 조직문화를 독립변인으로 종사자의 조직몰입과의 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 리더십 유형, 조직문화가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 위계적 회귀분석과 조직몰입에 미치는 직 간접 효과를 파악하기 위하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조직몰입에 대한 영향을 미치는 총 효과를 살펴보면, 변혁적 리더십이 가장 많은 영향을 미치며, 조직의 문화가 집단문화, 교환적 리더십, 발전문화 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시키기 위해서는 사회복지조직의 리더가 변혁적 리더십을 통한 종사자의 자발적 참여와 업무능률을 향상시켜야 하며, 이러한 리더십 유형은 조직의 문화가 집단문화를 형성할 수 있도록 하여 종사자의 조직몰입을 향상시켜야 한다는 결과를 보이고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 IT 관련 중소기업 종사자 221명을 대상으로 조직-공중관계성과 외부평판 및 직무만족의 관계를 검토하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS 21 프로그램과 AMOS 21프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 신뢰도 분석 및 구조모형분석을 통해 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 핵심결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, IT 관련 중소기업 종사자들의 조직-공중관계성과 외부평판의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조직-공중관계성은 외부평판에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, IT 관련 중소기업 종사자들의 조직-공중관계성과 직무만족의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조직-공중관계성은 직무만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IT 관련 중소기업 종사자들의 외부평판과 직무만족의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 외부평판은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 IT 관련 중소기업 종사자들의 직무만족을 높여 실질적인 조직효과성을 향상시키는데 필요한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • Yet objective of this paper to spell out in detail the relationship between factors design techniques of data analysis and the design of simulation model of the management organization. Yet an organization is more than a collection of individuals. It is something more than the sum of its Parts: it exists as an entity with its own definable objectives. The management process comprise those activities or functions that managers must perform to effectively carry out this asizned role. However, now that O.R. and system approach has been generalized and the assembly system of hard ware or soft ware through computerization is being improved, the systematization of scientific organization is urgently needed. This paper is to set forth :he problem and solution which are most fit for the management organization in relation to computer. Procedure developed are : 1.   • This paper considers the case study of the change management and business innovation of the rail construction agency fer overcoming the crisis it faced in early stage. It will provide the suitable innovation techniques of each change stage. Also, each phase it evaluated the change degree of organization culture especially by the six box model of Weisbord and the Quinn's model. For the Period of Change, organization culture will grow about 10% and harmonize with 4 competitive organization culture; community, innovation, hierarchy, product. Only, it discovered that the difference of the current culture and rho organizer' wish is considerable by the Quinn's model. It wilt be able to describe the innovation fatigue which the organizers feel in the change of organization culture. For the successful innovation, it wilt have to be managed properly and the new innovation technique will have to be developed for solving.

교육과정 변천에 따른 보건 교과 편제의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Research of Change of Organization in Curriculum for Subject in Health under The Influence of Change of Curriculum)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction for improvement of educational curriculum for health education in future while investigating change of organization in curriculum for health education in Korea. Method: It is to analytic thinking the trend of curriculum development and organization of the health curriculum in national level. Results: As a result of this analysis of change of organization in curriculum for health education in Korea, the educational curriculum in Korea is proved to have established diverse subjects about health education in whole educational curriculum. The analysis of organization of educational curriculum in each term shows that subjects on health education has diminished in amount or weakened in content in the education of elementary, middle and high school, as they disappeared from organization of educational curriculum in 4th and 5th terms for education. Seventeen hours per year portioned for health education in revised educational curriculum for 2007, which is currently operated, has been analyzed as being very short to its full requirement. The significant increase of hours for education is demanded for health education to be systematic and practically helpful in actual field of education in schools. Conclusion: It is also demanded that the more diversified and systematic method of education should be applied to and operated for organization and operation of educational curriculum rather than strictly unified educational curriculum.

재해방지정책의 개선방안에 관한 고찰 - 자연재해를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Natural Disaster Response Policy in Korea)

  • Recently, natural disasters happened to the Korea frequently. Disaster in the present society has been changed and increased it impacts and extent of danger as the society develops. So, Korean people feel uneasy about the unpredictable disaster. Therefore the capability of administration system, and cooperation and support between related organization become more necessary. This study aims to find out better ways of disaster management system which can protect people's lives and fortune from all sort of national disasters. To research policy reform, it is necessary to analyze disaster response organization(national disaster prevention countermeasures headquarters and so on), interorganizational relationship, law system etc. Especially, in this study, role appreciation of government was analyzed to get the rational policy reform measure. Suggestion : First, it is necessary Establishing a consolidated organization for disaster managing and united response organization is necessary such as Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA) which controls an over all aspects of disaster management. And it is necessary to develop Integrated Administrative Control System based on comprehensive plan. When the accidents happen, it needs to be many equipments and various specialized personnel. So, to manage a large scale of disaster, it is necessary to have interorganizational network system which many specialized organization including volunteer group are integrated. Also, as soon as the natural disaster happen, many professionals and volunteers are distributed to the spots of disaster in the right man in the right place. Finally, All the citizens have to keep safety rules, and also to take a safe action in ordinary daily life.

  • People have relatively continuous and stable characteristic and it can help understand personal attitude and behavior. As individual has individual personality and society has culture, in case of organization, there is organization culture that means unique cultural characteristic. And as if we need to know culture of that society to understand individual, we need to know organization culture of that organization to understand any organization. The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.

  • In last few decades Food and Beverage industry has being treated as an important sector in modern industrial society due to more disposable income and the changes of social, and cultural life style in Korea. Especially the kitchen takes part in an important role in F&B industry and it's study should be done in various aspects. therefore, this study is focussed on the efficient organization and operation of the kitchen. Organization means act of organizing or condition of being organized or organized system. In this study, organization is being examined on the background of the organization theory from the industrial revolutionary period untill present. And the Korean cooking history which takes part of kitchen organization has been analyzed and compared with that of the Western. The improved kitchen organization was presented through all the above in this study. And all the efforts toward the development in kitchen organization to be tried under the close relationship with the technological, ,kitchen functional, managerial and concerned subsidiary systematic situations. We can try to improve the creativeness and progress for organization through all these challenges.

해양경찰공무원의 조직내 신뢰와 조직몰입과의 관계 (The Relationship between Trust and Organization Commitment within Organization of Coast Guard Officers)

  • 해양경찰조직은 해양경찰공무원들의 조직 신뢰 및 대인간 신뢰가 바탕을 이뤘을때 조직의 효과성이 크게 고양될 것으로 기대된다. 해양경찰조직은 해상에서 함정을 근무수단으로 하여 각종 해상치안서비스를 담당하고 있다. 해양경찰공무원들의 경우 조직내 신뢰요인들별로 조직몰입에 미치는 양상을 조사함으로서 향후 해양경찰공무원들의 조직몰입도 제고노력이 요구되어진다. 이에 대한 실증적 연구를 행한 결과 핵심 내용은 다음과 같다. 해양경찰공무원의 경우 조직신뢰요인은 조직몰입에 가장 강한 영향력을 미치고 있다는 것을 알수 있었고 다음으로 대인간 신뢰요인중에서는 동료신뢰 요인이 상관신뢰 요인보다 상대적으로 더 많은 영향력을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로, 해양경찰공무원의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 신뢰요인 인식의 차이를 살펴보면, 비 간부에 비해 간부가 동료를 더욱 신뢰하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 상관신뢰보다 동료에 대한 신뢰가 높은 이유는 해양경찰의 경우 근무여건으로 인하여 그들간의 접촉 빈도가 많은 것으로 보여진다. 이 연구결과 해양경찰공무원의 조직몰입도 제고를 위해서는 조직신뢰와 동료신뢰를 제고시키는 다양한 인사 조직 관리전략이 필요로 되어짐을 발견할 수 있다.

기업의 조직문화와 기업의 규모에 따른 ERP 시스템 도입의 성공요인 분석 (Analysis of ERP System Success Factors Depending on Organizational Culture and Size)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.
