일본은 1990년 이후 사회복지제도를 개혁하는 과정에서 이용자본위의 서비스지원, 자기결정에 따른 서비스이용, 자립생활을 지원하는 서비스 등을 새로운 개혁이념으로 제시하면서, 이를 실천하는 제도적 장치의 하나로써 서비스에 대안 이용지원제도를 제시하였으며, 개호보험제도의 개호지원전문원이 당해 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 따라서 개호지원전문원의 도입은 사회복지서비스의 이용과정의 따른 패러다임의 변화를 가져왔다. 즉, 조치제도에 따른 서비스이용의 타율성과 서비스의 이용과정의 복잡성을 고려할 때, 개호지원전문원이라는 단일창구를 통한 서비스의 종합적 상담 지원 그리고 시장기능에 따라서 움직이는 개호지원전문원의 역할을 고려할 때, 요원조고령자의 서비스 선택폭은 크게 확대 강화되었다. 한편, 개호지원전문원제도는 구조적 취약점도 지니고 있다. 즉, 개호지원사업자(소)를 중심으로 한 개호지원기능 개호지원사업자와 서비스사업자간의 병행 운영, 개호지원전문원의 업무내용과 범위의 모호, 개호지원전문원의 겸무허용에 따른 업무과다, 처리역량을 벗어난 사례담당에 따른 어려움, 사회적 지원제도의 부족, 역할과 신분을 초과하는 의무와 처벌 등이 이에 해당된다. 한편, 일본의 개호보험제도와 비슷한 노인수발보장제도와 평가관리원의 도입을 추진하고 있는 한국의 입장에서 보면 이와 같은 개호지원전문원제도의 구조와 특징은 많은 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 본다.

The aim of this study was to identify perception discrepancies related to organizational effectiveness in childcare center. To achieve this, managers and teachers were treated as two different subjects. Statistical analysis showed that perception influences differed between managers and teachers. Managers were affected by organizational characteristics and director of the organization. On the other hand, teachers were affected by organizational characteristics and the manager of the child-care center. It was established that the different view points of managers and teachers led to a situation where a manager perceived organizational effectiveness in a more holistic and positive light compared to teachers. It is our assertion that in order to run a child-care center efficiently, it is very important to fortify the ability and authority of managers.

ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) has been more popular but ITS project managements remain complex because of diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary processes of ITS. The multidisciplinary process enforces specialized competencies on ITS project managers comparing to other system integration project managers. In this paper, we derived core competencies of ITS projects from previous researches, built the hierarchy of the competencies, and employed AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) surveying ITS project managers and auditors with the hierarchy. Finally, we analyzed the difference of evaluation model on ITS project manager between project managers and auditors using Mann-Whitney U test. Additionally we suggest a method of building MECE (Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive) structure for AHP using the HoQ (House of Quality). We expect our model to give some inspirations for raising capable ITS project managers and selecting a proper project manager for an ITS project.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) comes to be implemented into architectural design, construction, and maintenance in Japan in order to convert design information thoughout a construction project. However, various problems are taking place in data transaction. It is not also clear about the role and the responsibility of the architects and the enginners in charge.There is a movement to establish a BIM manager as a general coordinator concerning BIM in Singapore and other countries, though it is not yet popular in Japan. This paper deals a BIM manager as a new profession in a construction project. The function and skills necessary to a BIM manager is analyzed, and the strategy of Japanese general contractors is discussed. General contractors from Japan are operating BIM in Singapore compatible with open system of supply chain. This style is different from the one in Japan even they belong to the same company. In this paper it is analyzed based on the survey in detail.

정보기술관리자는 기술과 비즈니스를 연결하는 교량으로서 매우 중요한 역할을 수행하기 때문에, 이들의 직무에 있어서 어떤 스킬이 요구되는지를 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 기존의 많은 연구들이 정보기술관리자에게 필요한 스킬에 관해서 조사했을 지라도, 대부분의 연구들은 미국 내의 기업들로부터 얻어진 데이터를 기반으로 결과가 도출되었다. 그러나, IT 산업의 인력이동이 심해짐에 따라 다른 나라에서도 미국에서와 같은 스킬들이 요구되는지를 알아보는 것은 중요한 연구과제이다. 이에 본 연구는 IT관리자들의 직무수행에 요구되는 스킬에 있어서 한국과 미국 사이에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 한다.

최근 컴퓨터에 의해 처리되어야 할 정보의 양이 급증하면서, 이의 처리를 위해 여러 개의 단일 서버를 고속의 네트워크(network)으로 연결한 클러스터 컴퓨팅 시스템 (cluster computing system)이 등장하게 되었다. 그 결과, 클러스터 기반 DBMS에 관한 연구가 국내외적으로 활발히 진행 중이며, 이에 따라 클러스터 기반 DBMS를 모니터링 및 관리하는 클러스터 관리기의 개발이 요구된다. 그러나, 클러스터기반 DBMS를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 관리 도구에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클러스터 기반 DBMS를 위한 고가용성 클러스터 관리기를 설계 및 구현한다. 구현된 클러스터 관리기는 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(GUI)를 통해, 클러스터 시스템 내의 노드의 상태 및 각 노드에서의 DBMS 상태를 모니터(monitor)한다. 아울러, 각 서버의 상태를 모니터한 정보를 바탕으로, 서버의 오류를 감지하고 복구함으로써 클러스터 기반 DBMS의 고가용성을 지원한다.

본 연구는 경영자 능력의 대용치로 경영자가 자발적으로 공시하는 미래 기업의 성과에 대한 정보인 이익 예측 정확성을 사용하여, 미래 이익을 정확하게 예측하는 경영자의 우수한 능력이 높을수록 경영자 성과-보상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 이익 예측 정확성과 경영자 보상 사이의 유의한 양(+)의 관계가 나타났으며, 이는 미래에 대한 예측이 우수한 경영자의 능력을 경영자 보상 계약에 반영한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 기존 선행연구에서 경영자의 능력의 대용치로 회계성과 변수를 주로 사용하여 경영자 보상 계약을 확인한 것을 확장하여 미래 기업이 직면할 상황을 정확하게 예측하는 경영자의 능력이 경영자 보상에 영향을 미치는 주요한 결정 요인임을 검증하였다는 것에 차별성이 존재한다. 따라서 기업의 미래에 대한 예측 역시 중요한 경영자의 역량으로 경영자 보상 계약에 영향을 미치는 추가적인 결정요인을 파악했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

웹 서버에서 로그파일은 웹 서버에 대한 접속정보를 저장한다. 이 정보를 분석을 하면 웹 서비스를 하는데 있어서 서비스의 질을 높이는데 좋은 참고자료가 된다. 또한, 웹 서버에 이상이 생겼을 경우 발생한 오류를 조기에 발견하는 데에도 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 현재 이러한 로그파일을 이용한 많은 웹 서버 관리기들이 있지만 대다수가 유선기반으로 이동성에는 취약한점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 웹 서버 관리기로 이러한 단점을 해결하고자 하였다. 웹 서버 관리기를 모바일로 구현할 경우에는 언제 어디서든지 쉽게 웹 서버 로그정보를 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 실시간으로 로그파일에 접근하여 최근의 정보를 바로 확인이 가능하다.

This paper focuses on development of a performance manager for IEEE 802.4 token bus networks to serve large-scale integrated systems. In order to construct the management algorithm, the principles of fuzzy logic, genetic algorithm, and neural network have been combined to represent human knowledge and to imitate of human inference mechanism. Through the simulation experiments, it is shown that the proposed performance manager is capable of improving the network performance without a priori knowledge.

This paper describes a multimodal dialog system that uses Hidden Information State (HIS) method to manage the human-machine dialog. HIS dialog manager is a variation of classic partially observable Markov decision process (POMDP), which provides one of the stochastic dialog modeling frameworks. Because dialog modeling using conventional POMDP requires very large size of state space, it has been hard to apply POMDP to the real domain of dialog system. In HIS dialog manager, system groups the belief states to reduce the size of state space, so that HIS dialog manager can be used in real world domain of dialog system. We adapted this HIS method to Smart-home domain multimodal dialog system.
