Recently, construction projects have emerged in the form of program management, which is complicated by the large-scale of construction, and requires astronomical construction costs. In particular, projects that absolutely require management at the program level, such as large-scale construction projects, require overall control of the planned schedule and cost as a set of various projects, including infrastructure. But in Korea, there is no specific management standard for delays in construction. In order to avoid the risk of cost increase and project delay in the program-level construction project, it is necessary to apply more systematic management standards to prevent delay and to take a more preemptive response in the construction process. Therefore, in this study, a delay management index (DMI) was developed to successfully carry out large-scale construction projects at the program level and prevent delays in advance. In addition, case studies were conducted for large-scale construction projects, and a delay prevention system was established for program-level construction projects.

Since the interest in big data is growing exponentially, various types of research and development in the field of big data have been conducted in the construction industry. Among various application areas, cost estimating can be a topic where the use of big data provides positive benefits. In order for firms to make efficient use of big data for estimating tasks, they need to establish a strategy based on the multifaceted analysis of internal and external environments. The objective of the study is to develop and propose a strategy of the use of big data for construction management(CM) firms' cost estimating tasks based on the SWOT analysis. Through the combined efforts of literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews and the SWOT analysis, the study suggests that CM firms need to maintain the current level of the receptive culture for the use of big data and expand incrementally information resources. It also proposes that they need to reinforce the weak areas including big data experts and practice infrastructure for improving the big data-based cost estimating.

In the field of health and healthcare, there are many problems due to aging of the population, increase in chronic progress, lack of infrastructure, and lack of professional manpower. services in the field are adopted. Therefore, this study applies cognitive evaluation through a computing system to the mild cognitive impairment, designs and develops a cognitive judgment platform using augmented reality based on the cognitive judgment technology system design, and integrates AI and BigData-based intelligent cognitive rehabilitation in the future. It is used as basic data for service platform development.

Social media big data includes a lot of information that can identify not only consumer consumption patterns but also local images. This paper was collected annually data including 'Samcheok' from 2015 to 2019 from Blog and Cafe of Naver and Daum in domestic portal site, and analyzed the regional image change after refining keyword which forms the regional image by performing text mining and network analysis. According to the research results, the regional image of 2015 was expressed with image cognitive elements of the nearby place name or place etc. such as 'Jangho Port', 'Donghae', and 'Beach'. However the regional image both 2016 and 2019 were changed with image cognitive elements of 'SamcheokSolbich' which is a special place within region. Therefore as the keywords related to the local image include 'Jangho Port' and Resort, which are the representative attractions of Samcheok, it can be seen that the infrastructure factor plays a big role in forming the local image. The significance test for the network data used the bootstrap technique, and the p-values in 2015, 2016, and 2019 were 0.0002, 0.0006, and 0.0002, respectively, which were found to be statistically significant at the significance level of 5%.

This study aims to provide primary data for R&D on rollator-walking frame through researching the usability test of the rollator-walking frame and the effect of rollator-walking frames on the lives of senior citizens. This study surveyed 60 senior citizens living in Sungnam City in South Korea. As the result of the usability test, we can find users' dissatisfaction with the folding, weight, shape of backrest and material of chair. The survey shows that the frequency of outdoor activity is mostly increased by the convenience of product. However, the inconvenience while using facilities, such as elevators or public transportations, gave a significant impact on the decrease in going out experiences. Therefore, for better outside lifestyle of senior citizens, it is important to improve the function of the product, however, we need to make improvement of urban infrastructure.

Recently, the need to be wary of internal access such as internal access as well as external attackers' access to work has increased due to network expansion, cloud infrastructure expansion, and changes in working patterns due to COVID-19 situations. For this reason, a new network security model called Zero Trust is drawing attention. Zero Trust has a key principle that a trusted network does not exist, and in order to be allowed access, it must be authenticated first, and data resources can only be accessed by authenticated users and authenticated devices. In this paper, we will explain these zero trust and zero trust architectures and examine new security application strategies applicable to various companies using zero trust and the process of building a new security system based on the zero trust architecture model.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, many local governments are burdened with the influx of large-scale tourists. As a climate that values Work-Life-Balance has emerged, interest in individual life and satisfaction is rapidly increasing. In addition, due to the popularity of the metaverse field, many people are increasingly interested in related content. In particular, "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" sold more than 15 million copies in 2020, and is enjoying exchanges of interior design, fishing, and collecting insects here. In line with this trend, this study introduces the development of online fishing games based on Jeju infrastructure. This paper focuses on implementation and development, and in particular, it introduces differentiated games through character animation optimized for developing a topographic model that maximizes the beauty of Jeju Island's topography based on the Unity 3D engine.

Objectives This study is designed to identify the effectiveness of herbal medicine for osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis. Methods We will investigate 10 databases, 4 Korean databases (KoreaMed, KMBASE, Koreanstudies Information Service System [KISS], ScienceOn) and 6 of abroad (PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure [CNKI], WanFang, Citation Information by NII [CiNii]) without publication date, language limitation for clinical study of herbal medicine for osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis. Type, dose, duration, frequency of herb medicine will be analyzed. Results Randomized controlled trials about herbal medicine or herb extract for osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis should be included in the study. Cochrane's risk of bias tools will be used to assess quality of the study. Mean differences or standardized mean differences of 95% confidence intervals will calculated and data synthesis will be conducted using Review Manager (RevMan, ver.5.3; The Nordic Cochrane Centre, The Cochrane Collaboration, Copenhagen, Denmark). Conclusions It is expected to provide basic data for the active use of herb medicine by systematically synthesizing and analyzing the actual situation, effectiveness, and safety of herb medicine for osteoporosis in rheumatoid arthritis.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to confirm the clinical efficacy of Gyeongok-go. Methods: Public/Publisher MEDLINE (PubMed), Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Excerpta Medica dataBASE (EMBASE), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), ScienceON, Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP), and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) were searched for randomized controlled clinical trials administering Gyeongok-go as an intervention, published from inception to December 31, 2021. The risk-of-bias of the included trials was assessed with the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials version 2. From the experimental and control groups of the selected trials, the mean value (or rate) of each outcome was extracted and statistically compared. Results: Statistically significant mean differences were in VO₂max (MD 6.82), post-exercise heart rate (MD -8.76 at 5 min, -11.58 at 30 min, -14.6 at 60 min), senescence scale (MD -6.52), Th1 cells and Th2 cells in pulmonary tuberculosis (MD 2.79 and -1.64), yin-deficient and qi-deficient score (MD -9.64 and -9.76), and phlegm-dampness score (MD 5.56). Overall risk-of-bias was 20% low risk, 80% some concerns, and 0% high risk. There were no reports of adverse events. Conclusions: Gyeongok-go is likely to have the effect of improving cardiorespiratory endurance, increasing fatigue recovery ability, reducing senescence, and enhancing immune function in tuberculosis patients. Also, it is more suitable for those who are yin-deficient or qi-deficient, and those with phlegm-dampness probably need caution.

Purpose: This study assessed the status of the Development and Utilization of critical pathways (CP) in South Korea. Methods: We surveyed 195 hospitals obtained on the Korean Hospital Association website. Data were collected using structured questionnaires for staff members in charge of CP management personnel in these hospitals. The questionnaire included CP developed by the institutions, the coverage rates and completion rates of CP in the current year, and management indicators related to CP. The questionnaire also included CP support systems and content within the institutions and questions regarding the advantages of CP utilization and obstacles associated with the CP development process. Results: Analysis of the responses from 70 hospitals (35.9% response rate) showed that a total of 1,370 CP sets were developed. The number of CP related to surgery departments was 365 (26.6%), and CP related to surgery and procedure was 1,093 (79.8%), respectively. The CP coverage rate was the most frequently used indicator to monitor the effect of CP (97.1%), followed by the completion rate (90.0%) and the length of stay in hospital (61.4%). CP managers reported that CP were highly useful for communication (3.39±0.493) and accurate information provision (3.39±0.491). The perception that CP violated doctors' autonomy in treatment was relatively low (2.87±0.645). Conclusion: It is necessary to establish an infrastructure in hospitals for CP. CP can facilitate communication and provide accurate information.
