As the interest in internet business increases, effective web site evaluation is in order. While web site evaluation is supposed to be based on feasible applicability and trust-worthy criteria. many researches on web site evaluation fails to rover the various business models and consider corporate-activity-related features. Besides, dealing with the limited aspects such as design and cognitive science is something to be desired on the previous researches. Therefore, This paper presents internet web site evaluation framework not only based on existing researches and analysis but also reflecting corporate strategies. The framework includes web sites contents, design, operation and management-related factors, and it is applied to companies to validate its applicability.

1990년대 정보기술의 발달과 더불어 기업들의 e-비즈니스화 추세가 가속화 되고 있고, 이로부터 e-비즈니스와 깊은 연관성을 지닌 IT산업의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 IT 산업이 제공하는 IT 서비스를 평가하고자 하는 움직임이 활발해지고 있다. 하지만 기존의 IT 서비스 평가 모형은 개발자 혹은 사용자 중 한쪽으로만 치우친 관점으로 이와 같은 평가 모형은 IT 서비스를 총체적으로 평가하지 못하여 평가 후 공급업체와 고객에게 주는 피드백 가치가 낮아지는 결과를 낳는다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IT 서비스에 특화된 프로세스를 기반으로 한 고객만족도 성숙체계를 제시하였다. 또한 IT 서비스 고객만족도 성숙체계를 기반으로 한 IT 서비스 평가 체계를 도출하였다. 또한. 본 논문에서는 IT 서비스 고객만족도 평가체계를 제안하면서 이를 실제 사례를 통해 모형 적용의 예를 제시하였다.

Climate change is one of the most discussed issues in international for a today. Evaluating the effect of climate change at a regional level and setting up an appropriate policy to address the issues associated with climate change require a proper evaluation process on the climate change and adaptation projects already implemented. Although various evaluation approaches to climate change adaptation programs have been proposed, it is rare to find a proper systematic approach to evaluating the reliability of those climate change adaptation programs. In the current situation regarding the system to evaluate climate change adaptation programs, the purpose of this study is to suggest a theoretical and standardized evaluation system on the reliability of climate change adaptation schemes. The new approach suggested in this paper will be appropriate when requiring a confidence level for adaptation programs that are specially localized and categorized. Using various quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods with the inherent reality mechanism, we provide a conceptual framework to measure the reliability of climate change adaptation programs with a flexible adjustment process. With the proposed framework, it is possible to provide the level of confidence on the results collected from the evaluation systems and construct a standardized, system-wide assessment procedure toward climate change adaptation policies. By applying this approach based on scientific evidence on the reliability of climate change adaptation policies, appropriate and efficient climate change adaptation programs will be properly designed for and implemented in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to select more productive projects among various proposed projects in a particular company. To achieve this research objective, the characteristics of project evaluation and selection are first reviewed with respect to when, where, and how the decision is made. Then the theoretical basis of the AHP is briefly reviewed along with its mathematical underpinnings to construct the framework of project evaluation and selection. To be more specific, the evaluation and selection criteria were reorganized in the AHP-based framework to make the process of project evaluation and selection more productive. Project evaluation and selection is one of the most important activities for the most companies to be more advantageous in the market. Despite the importance of decision making process of project selection, not many of how to choose the best project were suggested as the reliable project selection methods in the industries. It may be because it involves various activities related to conflict resolution among different evaluation criteria, high uncertainties of market, and the unclear tradeoff among various project objectives. Furthermore, the decision, once made at this point, tends to be irrevocable until the whole process turns out to be a complete success or failure. As the result, the AHP method showed better financial performance rather than the traditional method in a case study.

Due to the development of information technology, Convergence and Creative Economy became hot issues. For example, products become more intelligent and services are likely to be connected and integrated around core services or provided as bundle solution. Meanwhile products and services are integrated in the context of mutual supplementation, which leads to Servitization of Products and Productization of Services in many industries. Previous studies have addressed Convergence with different terms and definitions such as Convergent, Multicategory Multifunctional Product, Clouding Service, Bundle and so on from one perspective such as consumers, suppliers or technology according to a wide range of academic approaches. Thus, this study attempted to suggest the most typical convergence products released in the convergence environment and categorize those products. Furthermore, this study has pointed out the problems in the New Product Development Framework discussed in the studies on marketing by taking the situation of the public sector into account and then suggested "New Service Development Framework in the Public Sector" that are different from traditional e-Gov. approach basically and will enable the government to create public information service and provide them to enterprises or citizens. It also emphasized the importance of Business Conceptualization Stage in the framework; argued that there is a necessity of an integrative study from the perspective of technology on the basis of the approach from the perspective of marketing and Policy such as a study of consumer behaviors, design and marketing channel and Policy Integration for the development and dissipation; and furthermore suggested the cases-the development/Diffusion of Transportation Card Service in Seoul and CFC (Call for Collaboration) in Singapore-in order to verify the framework. There is a need to supplement New Service Development Framework so it is able to reflect the distinct characteristics of the public sector from the academic perspective and be used as practical guidelines for SI (System Integration) business to shift into IT Service business. Last but not the least, this study has suggested the limitations and the directions for the future studies.

환경조형물은 공공미술의 한 분야로서 단순히 건축물의 미관 장식해 주는 역할뿐만 아니라 도시민에게 심리적으로 안정감을 주고 도시 환경과의 친밀감과 상징적인 장소로서의 랜드마크적 기능을 지니고 있기에 독창적인 조형물로서 사회 문화적 가치를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 정책적으로 법적 구속력이 있는 건축물 미술장식제도의 환경조형물을 대상으로 도시환경의 질적 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 자치단체의 평가 및 심의방법 및 평가모형을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 환경조형물의 가치는 단편적인 유행관점과 의무사항의 통과절차로 인식되는 한 도시환경조성은 염원하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 공공성 차원의 전문가적 안목으로 평가시스템을 설정하고 제시하는 것이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경조형물 현행제도 및 심의기준을 고찰하여 이론적 연구모형을 수립하고 전문가 집단의 통계적 평가모형의 틀을 도출하고자 한다. 설문구성은 이론적 연구모형으로 설계된 설문을 타당성과 신뢰도를 검증하였으며 가설에 대한 예측이 검증 될 수 있는지에 대한 파일럿테스트 분석하였다. 2차 수집된 본 설문지는 SPSSWIN 11 프로그램을 사용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 등의 통계적 분석의 검증과정을 통해 추출된 평가모형을 제시하고자 한다.

This research was thereby made to study and analysis ecological, landscape, and stability qualities of roadside cut Slopes in expressways and national highways that went through revegetation works. Also, evaluation items and framework for integrated assessment of plant structure and restored state for the maintenance were suggested. Following is the summary of the result. firstly, for stabilization of introduced native plant species on roadside cut slops, assessment on the post-project environmental management through long-term monitoring and maintenance works must be made. It signifies a form of authentic recovery and restoration by the native plants. second, current evaluation framework on the test beds is well managed with clear evaluation standards and table while its method of assessing the post management with only test bed results lacks conformity with this study site. Newly developed evaluation framework on the post construction sites is estimated to be used as assessment standards on any roadside construction sites. Third, after site investigation distinction was observed among different revegetating construction types in the long-term perspective. Due to the different duration time of vegetation state between seed-spray measures(degraded in time) and layer-spray measure(maintained), the use of coarse straw-mat mulching work or Coir net was suggested in long term maintenance of cut slopes. forth, segmentation of post environmental assessment is organized into three large categories of "ecological", "stabile", and "landscape" qualities regarding post restoration quality and stability of slope through native plants with which categories marks 50, 30, 20 points of rates. fifth, components of the post environmental assessment were segmented in twelve categories driving results from former experimental construction and newly focused items on site. In the future, it is possible to propose a customized assessment method considering the location and location of construction work if the research on the application of post-environment assessment methods for road construction surface recording is conducted systematically.

In this study an evaluation method is proposed, with the strong relationship between the ante and post audit works evaluation. The ante evaluation does in general and systematic ways, with past audit results and proposals. The criteria-based evaluation is used for the audit activities and outputs. The critical success factors for the projects applies to the activities evaluation and product evaluation framework to the output. The ante and post evaluation have the cross evaluation items to be the whole and continuous one. Eighteen common evaluation items are derived, with their own evaluation elements in detail, which have only differences of the actually done and expectations between the ante and post. The proposed evaluation makes the ante and post one to be related with each other in a systematic and objective ways, to enhance the reliability of audit results and effectiveness of the audit.

이 연구의 목적은 학생들의 시스템 사고 수준을 측정하는 문항을 개발하기 위하여 첫째, 문헌 분석을 통해 시스템 사고 수준과 정의를 제시하고 둘째, 시스템 사고 정의와 수준에 근거하여 문항 개발을 위한 Framework을 개발하고 셋째, 시스템 사고 측정을 위한 열린 응답형 검사지를 채점할 수 있는 루브릭을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 문헌 분석 틀을 적용하여 국외 논문 60편에 대한 문헌 분석을 실시하였으며 분석된 내용을 근거로 시스템 사고 수준과 정의를 제시하였다. 그리고 시스템 사고 수준과 정의에 근거하여 각 수준별 핵심 아이디어와 평가 요소를 포함한 Framework을 개발하였다. 또한 순위선다형 문항 외에 열린 응답형 검사 문항의 채점을 위한 루브릭을 개발하였다. 루브릭은 Hung(2008)이 개발한 시스템 사고 측정을 위한 루브릭에 기반하여 연구팀에서 시스템 사고 수준과 정의에 적합하도록 문항과 위계를 수정하였다. 그리고 각 문항마다 1~5점 척도로 변환이 가능하도록 각 점수에 대한 정의를 제시하였다. 연구팀이 개발한 시스템 사고 수준과 정의, 문항 개발을 위한 Framework, 열린 응답형 검사지 채점을 위한 루브릭에 대하여 과학교육 전문가 7인에게 내용 타당도 검증을 의뢰하였으며 그 결과 CVI가 세 도구에서 모두 .95이상이 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 학생들의 시스템 사고 수준을 측정할 수 있는 문항을 개발하고 개발된 문항에 대한 구인 타당도 및 준거 타당도 검증을 실시하고자 한다. 나아가 2015 개정 교육과정에서 강조하는 핵심 역량과 관련된 시스템 사고수준의 체계적인 측정을 위한 타당화 연구도 진행하고자 한다.

Many firms are efficiently applying smart business technology and smart business model to their management activities in order to raise their business results in a smart business environment. Firm's smart business capability is very crucial for the efficient execution of its management activities and to improve the performance of business tasks in a global business environment. An evaluation framework is necessary for effectively evaluating a firm's smart business capability to manage and improve its smart business capability in a total smart business perspective. We generated the first 21-item based on previous literature. This research found an 11-item framework that can efficiently evaluate an enterprise smart business capability by verifying based on previous studies. This framework can be used for effectively evaluating a firm's smart business capability in a comprehensive perspective.
