This study examines the limitations of existing crime mapping that relies mainly on reported crime data, suggests a crime mapping method based on experts' and users' assessments of a neighborhood environment as an alternative approach, and conducts a case study on a real-world site by applying the suggested approach. According to the results of the case analysis, while the areas adjoining arterial roads with heavy pedestrian traffic were shown as high crime risk areas in the crime map based on actual reported crime data, the areas adjoining local roads with low pedestrian traffic were high-risk areas in the crime risk area map based on experts' and residents' evaluations. This study makes a contribution to the field in that it demonstrates the detailed application process of crime risk area mapping according experts' and residents' evaluations, compares the results with those of an existing crime map, and finally shows that the former can function as a complement to the latter.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이라는 화두가 새로운 국가성장동력으로 부상하면서 이에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 범죄 예방분야의 참여와 대응이 시급한 실정이다. 유비쿼터스란 IT 네트워크가 일상화되는 개념으로 6A(Anytime, Anywhere, Anybody, Anynetwork, Anydevice, Anyservice)의 실현을 기반으로 한다. 이에 IT 기술과 범죄예방분야를 접목하여 ITS를 발전시키고 있듯이, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 범죄예방분야 기술의 접목을 통한 u-범죄예방 개념을 논의해야 할 시점이다.

본 연구는 범죄예방을 강조하는 환경범죄학의 입장에서 특정 지역의 범죄발생의 원인에 대한 접근보다는 해당 지역의 공간적 범위의 범죄발생을 분석하였다. 그리고 범죄분포가 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 관찰함으로써 현실적으로 범죄문제에 대응할 수 있는 범죄예방전략을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에서 2004년도에 발생한 도시범죄를 대상으로 도시를 6개 구역으로 세분화하여, 범죄발생 현황별, 범죄유형별, 범죄발생 위치별, 건물용도별, 침입자 유형별, 침입형태별로 구분하여 범죄빈도에 대한 기본자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 지역범죄예방을 위한 지역사회 경찰활동의 활성화방안의 필요성을 제시하였다.

The media is an effective means of preventing crime. It can be known to members of the media presiding over the most widely and rapidly. Because of this, the mass media is a good way to prevent such crime. Related to general crime, marine crime will have unique characteristics and about Crimes reported by the media, it is also true. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, it is required that the more accurate present article must be published and reported. Secondly, for more accurate presentation of measure, there is a need to enhance professional training for reporters. Thirdly, the marine weather report is the most important political purpose of considering marine crime prevention. Forthly, marine crime is likely to be a lack of evidence. Therefore, in order to supplement the lack of evidence maritime security agency should be utilized for a news source.qualification Fifthly, the need for regular inspection of the articles is requested. Sixthly, for judicial control maintenance of the media related laws should be strengthened. Finally, the arbitration institution for media rights should be established under the Korea Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport. This is practical action for marine crime prevention.

Recently, converging Big Data and IoT(Internet of Things)has become mainstream, and public sector is no exception. In particular, this combinationis applicable to crime prevention in Korea. Crime prevention has evolved from CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design) to ubiquitous crime prevention;however, such a physical engineering method has the limitation, for instance, unexpected exposureby CCTV installed on the street, and doesn't have the function that automatically alarms passengers who pass through a criminal zone.To overcome that, this paper offers a crime prevention method using Big Data from public organizations along with IoT. We expect this work will help construct an intelligent crime-prevention system to protect the weak in our society.

사이버 포렌식은 사이버 공간에서 일어나는 범죄 수사로 디지털 포렌식의 처리 절차와 기술적 방법을 그대로 사용한다. 사이버 범죄에는 사이버 테러와 사이버 공간을 이용한 일반사이버 범죄로 나눌 수 있는데 대부분 서로 연관되어 있다. 그리고 사이버 테러 수사에는 높은 수준의 조사 기법과 시스템 환경, 분야별 전문가가 필요하며, 일반 사이버 범죄는 사이버 공간에서의 디지털 증거에 의해 일반 범죄와 연결되어 있다. 그래서 관련 범죄 유형 판단이나 증거 수집, 법적 증거 능력 확보에 많은 어려움이 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이버 범죄 분류, 사이버 공간에서의 증거 수집, 사이버 범죄 관련 법 적용 등에 초점을 두었고, 효율적인 사이버 범죄 수사를 위한 사이버 범죄에 대한 개념 통합이 필요하여 사이버 범죄 분류, 관련 법률, 증거, 피의자, 사건 정보 등의 개념과 속성과 관련도를 이용한 개념망으로 사이버 포렌식 범주 온톨리지를 구축하였다. 이 온톨로지는 사이버 사건 수사 절차와 범죄 유형, 사건, 증거, 용의자 등의 분류, 클러스터링, 연관 검색, 탐지 등의 데이터 마이닝에 활용할 수 있다.

4차산업혁명 이후, 빅 데이터 분석, 로봇공학, 사물인터넷, 인공지능 등의 핵심 기술들이 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 일반적으로 빅 데이터 기술은 방대한 데이터를 모으고, 분석하고 처리하며, 공급하는 단계를 갖는 것으로 이해되고 있다. 유용한 방대한 데이터 중에 하나인 범죄 기록은 현재까지는 범죄가 일어난 후 수사 정보를 획득하는데 이용이 되고 있다. 방대한 범죄 기록을 빅 데이터 처리하여 범죄를 예측하는 데 사용할 경우 범죄의 발생 빈도를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문에서는 범죄 기록을 빅 데이터 처리하여 범죄 발생 확률을 스마트 기기 사용자에게 제공하는 스마트 시스템을 제안한다. 구체적으로 기기상의 전자지도에 범죄 발생 확률을 나타내어 안전한 이동 경로를 안내하는 시스템을 의미한다. 소규모 지역을 다루는 스마트 앱으로 실험한 결과 범죄 예방에 있어서 활용성이 비교적 좋은 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, I try to help the business operation so that they could continue the desirable operation despite the unfavorable conditions. It is important to reinforce for corporate growth various support measures to generate profits. However, if they are involved in criminal activities such as slush fund creation, they will have to deal with them separately. As a result, To raise awareness helps to keep the company running. Recently, the companies are in a poor condition due to overseas migration. If a company does not create profits by doing business, it is a burden to continue operating and it will eventually be hard to support and destroy. The corporate crime and white-collar crime are mostly similar types, mainly because they occur in the industry. The corporate crime proceeds throughout the company and ultimately translates into corporate profits. The white-collar crime, on the other hand, is a profitable part of the individual. In the process of generating profits, the purpose and management method of slush funds is an important issue in judging whether illegal immorality of business is intended or not. In addition, in the case of the corporate crime, it seems necessary to identify the types of slush fund raising activities in addition to the investigations of the accomplices and clinical investigations, and to apply efficient investigation methods on a case-by-case basis. At present, many companies frequently migrate overseas due to the influence of domestic regulations. In this process, if it is involved in crime such as a borrowing accounts or the purpose of slush fund creation should be treated separately.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between general fear of crime and specific fear of crime. Also, it is to suggest the way of analyzing fear of crime by summing up the two concepts. This study finds a reason why fear of crime varies from person to person within the same sex and similar age group. In particular, this study intends to analyze the models that affect fear of crime to figure out which is relevant to those in the high-risk group. And with the results, we can devise measurements to effectively reduce fear of crime in a local community. The following facts have been found in this study: positive correlation between general fear of crime and specific fear of crime, method of subdividing group with fear of crime, models that affect fear of crime and sub-items that greatly relate to high-risk groups.

Recently crime against children is emerged as a serious social problem. Children should be protected in social. However, they have become major targets of the crime, as sexual abuse, abduction, abuse, domestic violence, school violence and so on. To solve these problems, it is important to educate crime prevention for children all above. Entertainment is one of the edutainment's elements. It attracts voluntary participation, immersion, and continuous learning from children. Edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children are far less fully studied than that of school subject as Mathematics, English, and so on. There is no serious study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children, as well as base study and approach way. Now more than ever, safety needs are strongly demanded in society. Accordingly, study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children have been demanded more than ever. In this paper we shall see basic approach principles and planning process of web-based edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children. This study lays the foundation for future work on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children.
