Recently, the cityward tendency of the population has caused the construction of a high rise apartment increased, because it is possible for many people to dwell on a small ground area in an apartment. In the future the number of the constructed high-rise apartment units will also increase, because many people require a better environment and more improved space of their life. However, apartment buildings with many dwellers in spite of small area are exposed to great dangers, particularly fire. So the adaptable control methods of smoke which is the most dangerous to people in a fire were proposed by an analysis on some standards for the fire in this study.

This study analyzes what contents the general programming channels have been programming since they opened in December, 2011. The findings reveal that their programming tends to center on specific genres such as news, current affairs, variety shows etc., although the general programming channels have programmed diverse contents. This study also shows that the concentrated programming of these genres has been intensified in all the general programming channels as time goes by. The ratio of re-run is shown to be comparatively high, reaching the level of 50%. Thus, it is necessary that they program more diverse genres in order to satisfy the original purpose of the introduction of the general programming channels and to provide the audience with more chances to select programs.

Cloud computing is internet-based computing technology. This is a form for exchanging service focused on the Internet. Because Cost is saved and use is easy there's a tendency that many companies are using. Cloud is in the form of a public cloud and private cloud and hybrid cloud. The service model is SaaS, PaaS, IaaS. Cloud computing use is simple but it has a security vulnerability. In particular, there is a vulnerability in virtualization and centralized information. In order to overcome this new security technology is to be developed. In particular, network security technology and authentication technology should be developed. Another way to overcome security responsibilities must be clearly and policies should be unified.

In this paper presents the method of the Optimal Mobile Router Designation (OMRD) using QM(Quality of service Manager) in the nested mobile network. QM is positioned on TLMR (Top Level Mobile Router) in the nested mobile network and manages the information of all MRs in the mobile network. When MN (Mobile Node) moves to a new MR, OMRD (Optimal Mobile Router Designation) selects the candidate MRs group and decides an optimal MR considering the mobile characteristics. OMRD reduces maximally the production of handover and removes the transmission delay of a new call and a handover call resulted from the wireless insufficient resource. Also, it prevents the concentration in a specific MR and maintains equally the load of the whole network.

For the structure of VMS by converting on digital the position reporting of departure fishery ship in the fishery communication that be required the management & operation of information in organizational. In particular, Must be made the regional & concentrational of the position reporting information. The division of region is considered to the circumstance of radio wave, fishing area, quantity of fishery ship and communication traffic etc.. It is capable to the DB of VMS by concentrate in head quarters, which is acquisition the position reporting information of respective region. In this study have designed for building of fishery information network and automatic transmission of the position reporting information from a fishery ship.

Today, because human settlements are concentrated into urban area, urban planning and management technique considering the complexity, diversity, and advanced situations of urban living space is being requested. Especially, to effectively respond to large and diverse climate change driven disaster, it is necessary to develop urban planning technique including land use, infrastructure planning based on disaster vulnerability analysis. However, because current urban climate change disaster vulnerability analysis system(UC-VAS) is using census output area as spatial analysis unit, it is difficult to utilize the analysis results for specific urban planning. Instead, this study applies the grid manner to two study areas. The analysis results show that it can generate more detailed results and it can be used for detailed zoning decision by comparing with areal photos. Furthermore, by describing the limitation of the grid manner and providing professional way to secure additional scientific character and objectivity of the future urban climate change disaster vulnerability analysis system, it is expected that this study contributes to the effectiveness of system management.

This study analyzes the changes of lifestyle and urban spaces with the advent of U-City and tries to propose a direction of urban policies reflecting them. For this, it investigates lifestyle changes to predict the phase of urban spaces in the future. In a survey on urban functionalities with downtown as the main space of activities, it was expected that traffic for the use of these functionalities would be reduced. Traffic reduction was predicted to restrain downtown from growing and weaken the concentration of downtown activity. For the reorganization of existing spaces, in particular, public spaces would be changed to multi-purpose spaces in which various urban activities can be carried out using ubiquitous technologies. With the advent of U-City and the various changes of conditions, it is expected that the demand for land use and urban planning facilities would be altered by downtown and peripheries. A planning tool with a more concrete demand estimation of the future demand in individual areas of usage should be developed and it should be reflected in urban planning. Also, with the integration of functionalities so that more efficient land use will be possible, flexible designation of usage areas is necessary. Along with this, to prevent the decline of old downtown areas and provincial cities, the balanced installation of IT-related infrastructures will precede.

It is demanding to receive information of data in real time anywhere and analyze it with meaningful data. Research on the platform for such analysis is actively underway. In this paper, we try to find out what are important factors in solving the problems of collecting and analyzing IoT data in real time. How much better than existing data collection methods and analytical methods can be the basis for judging the value of the data. It is important to accurately collect and store data more quickly and quickly from many sensors in real time in real time, and analytical methods that can derive values from the stored data. Therefore, an important requirement of the analysis platform in the IoT environment is to process large amount of data in real time and to centralize and manage it.

To the development of IT technologies, online shopping is implemented in various forms ranging from desktop environment to smartphone, and also variety of items are being sold. In addition, various type of online sales from that can not seen in offline like sales a one products per one day. In this type of sales, competition is extremely intensified and among those in the differentiated features are hold competitiveness. In this paper, we design and develop the site that adopts the online marketing technique - sale only one kind of product a day for increasing the sales revenue. To do this, in traditional commercial sites, we develop the marketing strategy, and information placement is emphasized site based on analysis of the daily product site planning and so that costumers are concentrated the products that did not interested. Though which customers to target specific items one day for some items and increasing publicity would help the sales increase is expected.

The growth of mobile devices and the increase of using them have required the support of realtime multimedia application in wireless environments. Especially, wireless ad-hoc networks without central management system and with dynamically changing network topology need much researches of QoS routing for multimedia applications. However it is impossible to support the hard realtime QoS for these dynamic networks. In this paper, we propose a QoS routing scheme by using QoS DAG that is maintained by each mobile node and contains the QoS information for neighbor nodes. In order to maintain the QoS DAG, each node transmits its QoS information to neighbor nodes by local broadcasting, and the neighbor nodes update their QoS DAGs by the received message. In our proposed scheme, it is possible to search the QoS path efficiently by the QoS DAG without searching it in the whole network.
