The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the government's R&D support and the use of stock options by venture companies on the innovation of venture companies, that is, innovation capabilities and innovation performance. An empirical analysis was conducted using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method using the data from the detailed survey of venture companies conducted on domestic venture confirmation companies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the benefit of government R&D support had a positive (+) effect on strengthening the innovation capabilities of venture companies, and R&D support also had a positive (+) effect on the innovation performance of venture companies. Next, it was found that the use of stock options by venture companies had a positive (+) effect on the reinforcement of the innovation capabilities of companies and a positive (+) effect on the innovation performance of venture companies. In addition, it was found that the innovation capabilities of venture companies significantly mediate between the government's R&D support and the use of stock options by venture companies and the innovation performance of companies. These analysis results show that the government's R&D support and the use of stock option systems can play a meaningful role in the innovation of venture companies, and also show that the innovation capabilities of venture companies have an important meaning in the process of innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to continue the stance of R&D support for ventures and at the same time to introduce multi-faceted policy measures to support corporate capacity building, and legal and institutional maintenance and policy support to revitalize the stock option system need to be continuously provided.

The regional strategic industry support has been increasingly developed due to the change of environmental and political conditions for the last 10 years. As the paradigm changed from the central government-sponsored system to regional government-sponsored system, the policy has been diversified into various support systems such as regional strategic industry, specialized industry, supporting technology, supporting business, etc. It is crucial to establish the overall development plans and project strategies for the regional industry in terms of effectiveness and efficiency which will generate an integrated strategic frame to adjust overlapped supporting policies and offer a consumer-oriented service. Not only does the study focus on performance-based outcome regarding to a regional business (supporting policy) portfolio, but it also analyzes and proves an empirical decision-making model to draw out the priority and relative importance according to the regional strategic industry and support cases by analyzing the case of Chungnam area's strategic industry support in 2009. Following a priority list of 20 support cases selected from this research model by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the result shows that the diverse support plans are needed according to the different strategic industries or the size of enterprise due to the fact that priority of project type varies upon the characteristics of strategic industry. Thus, the support project needs to generate various strategic industries and develop differentiated support policy to consolidate competitiveness of regional enterprises and revitalize the regional economy.

In this paper, the effect of government corporate support projects on corporate growth was analyzed, and the effect on corporate financial performance or non-financial performance was empirically analyzed by using the growth stage as a modulating variable in government support activities. As a result, it was analyzed that government corporate support had a significant effect on financial performance, non-financial performance, and use of government support, and that the moderating effect of the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Taken together, the research results showed that government corporate support had a positive effect on corporate performance, the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance, and the impact on financial performance was even greater. Accordingly, government support projects must be supported according to each company's growth stage, and during the decline, companies need to provide customized support according to the state of the company through industry and corporate analysis, and it is expected to be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the government's business support project.

마리타임 클라우드는 이네비게이션 실증 사례로써 통신 프레임워크를 지원하는 오픈소스 프로젝트이다. 마리타임 클라우드는 해양이해관계자들 사이의 안전한 정보교환을 제공하며 해양 서비스에 대한 관리를 지원한다. 그러나 마리타임 클라우드를 처음 접하는 개발자들에게 시스템을 이해하고 사용하기까지 많은 시간과 선행 작업이 요구된다. 이러한 점을 고려해 본 논문에서는 마리타임 클라우드에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 초기비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 개발 지원 클래스를 설계하고 구현한다. 개발 지원 클래스는 마리타임 클라우드 접속과정과 메시지 전달기능인 MMS 관련 함수를 제공한다. 개발 지원 클래스를 이용하여 메시지 교환 프로그램을 구현하고 메시지 전달이 성공적으로 이루어졌는지 테스트한다.

정부와 공공기관은 전자정부 및 정보화사업 등을 통해 구축한 시스템을 통해 각종 정보와 인터넷 지원서비스를 기업에 제공하고 있다. 공공부분의 정보시스템 구축과 웹을 통한 서비스는 일반화 되어 있으며, 이제 정보시스템의 효율성과 고객 활용도 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 다양한 IT 기술의 적용을 고민하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 지원시스템에서 CRM(Customer Relationship Management)을 활용한 기업중심의 On-Off Line 통합 기업지원 모델을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the start-up education, start-up support system, and start-up mentoring directly and indirectly conducted in universities affects entrepreneurial Intention, and to present programs and directions that can increase the possibility of start-up for college students. This study analyzed the effects of college students' satisfaction with university entrepreneurship education, awareness of the entrepreneurship support system, and entrepreneurship mentoring on entrepreneurial will, and then analyzed how entrepreneurship efficacy affects entrepreneurial will as a moderating effect. The recognition of the start-up support system was divided into the government start-up support policy and the university start-up support project, and start-up mentoring was divided into mentoring function (problem-solving function, networking function, communication function, motivation function) and mentor trust (cognitive trust, emotional trust). Regression analysis was performed on satisfaction with college entrepreneurship education, perception of entrepreneurship support system, entrepreneurship mentoring as independent variables, and willingness to entrepreneurship as dependent variables. In addition, entrepreneurship efficacy was designated as a moderating variable and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that satisfaction with start-up education had a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Second, among the start-up support systems, university start-up support projects were found to have a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Third, as a result of verifying whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between college start-up support projects and college students' willingness to start a business while recognizing the start-up support system, it was found to have a moderating effect. The following implications can be derived based on the analysis results of this study. First, efforts to improve start-up education will be needed to increase the satisfaction of start-up education. Second, Through the operation of the start-up counseling center in the university, it will be possible to recognize the education system supported by the university, the university start-up support project that can carry out the indirect experience of start-up, and the government start-up support policy that supports funds. Third, It will be necessary to open a program that can provide start-up mentoring through connection with mentors in the start-up field, such as professors, employees, and senior start-ups in universities. Fourth, It is necessary to develop thorough education on the preparation process of start-ups, start-up special lectures where senior start-ups can indirectly experience the failure of start-ups, and programs for customized start-up education according to college students' major and individual tendencies.

이 연구에서는 "민간기업의 정보화에 소요되는 자원을 제공하여 수혜기업의 경영성과와 이를 통한 연관산업의 경쟁력 증대를 도모하는 정보화 분야의 정책적인 기업지원서비스"를 "기업지원 정보 서비스"로 정의하고, 기존 공급자 중심의 사업목표 달성여부의 평가를 위한 평가지표 개발연구에서 벗어나, 중장기적 관점에서 기업지원 정보서비스 활용요인과 성과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 활용요인을 기업지원서비스 품질(정보, 서비스, 시스템)과 조직특성(정보기술자원의 성숙도, 조직문화)차원으로, 기업성과 차원을 정보 지향성(Information Orientation)개념과 경영성과 요인으로 구성하여 기업지원 정보서비스의 활용과 기업 성과의 영향관계 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증연구는 산업정보지원센터의 서비스를 활용하고 있는 186개의 기업체 표본을 수집하여, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과 설정한 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질과 조직문화가 활용수준에 큰 효과를 보이고 있으며, 정보지향성이 경영성과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 정보화 분야의 기업지원 서비스 정책 수립 방향과 개별기업의 전략적 정보 기술 활용을 위한 주요한 시사점을 주고 있다.

Stateless computing supports a mobility of computing environment easily. It is becoming a major technology for securing personal user's information on shared computing environment. With the advance of virtualization technology and cloud computing, stateless computing is an essential part of personal computing environment connectivity (user's setting and data is stored in remote server or some storage, and it can be restored at any computing environment) In this paper, we propose uPC player that supports stateless computing execution environment on Windows. uPC player provides Windows operating system to user by using an uPC OS virtualization module. In this paper, we leverage how uPC player is designed and implemented for supporting a stateless computing execution environment. uPC player provides a desktop switch between host-system execution environment and uPC virtual execution environment. And it needs just one second for loading uPC virtual execution environment by using OS virtualization-based technique.

Korea has operated the export support system of agricultural products for export expansion of agricultural products. Export logistics expenses support program in the export support system is accounted for the largest share. Export logistics expenses support program is, including the export industry promotion of agricultural sector, also in domestic agricultural price stabilization is evaluated to have contributed. However, recently, in a changing Korean International Agricultural Environment, depending on whether the classification of developing countries, so it is displayed differently. If you are classified as developing countries, continued support of export subsidies, which has been promoted to the export sector of agricultural products can be up to a certain period of time. However, if it is not included in the developing countries, support of export logistics costs of agricultural products is abolished. In this study, export logistics cost support in the export sector of agricultural products by analyzing the effect on exports, WTO/DDA agriculture negotiations result, presenting a proposal that is in preparation for the reduction and elimination of export logistics costs to be expected.
