Sometimes it is beneficial for the evaluation of the water contents of the soft tissue and estimating the degree of inflammation and character of the regenerated tissue indirectly using artifacts such as acoustic shadowing and the enhanced transmission. It can also be useful to evaluate the possibility of aspiration of the calcifies masses by knowing of the contents of the water among them. Unlike the MRI it is useful to get real time informations with low cost in diagnosis and treatment of the soft tissue disease usinf artifacts in sonography.

  • We investigate empirically the impact of IT exploration & exploitation capability and operational capability upon organizational agility, especially small and medium sized firms in the logistics industry in South Korea. Based on literature on the bilateral relationship between organizational agility and IT capability, we follow the established research model and propose hypotheses. This work takes an empirical methodology to test the hypotheses: design survey questionnaires, collect data, test reliability and validity of data, and finally test the hypotheses. Our results based on the data collected in 2018 present that IT exploration & exploitation capability significantly increases operational capability, and operational capability increases organizational agility. We find our contribution in updating previous research findings with recent data and in expanding the domain of research more specifically into small and medium sized firms in logistics industry in South Korea. Practically our work suggests that managers and policy makers should consider both fostering newly emerging IT exploration and existing IT resource exploitation capability in order to enhance organizational agility of those small and medium sized firms in logistics industry.

  • This paper investigates the effects of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the creativity of members in R&D organizations. We also analyze the leadership mechanism and the influence of effective environment by using team climate as a mediator and using adhocracy and hierarchy organizational culture as moderator. Data were collected through surveys of Korean Public Research Institutes conducting mainly basic science and applied sciences. 327 valid samples were tested using a structural equation model (SEM). Empirical results confirm that transactional leadership exhibits stronger direct effect on the creativity than transformational leadership. However, in indirect effects mediated by creative team climate, transformational leadership is found to be stronger than transactional leadership. It may reflect the characteristics of R&D organization. Also, through the verification of the moderating effect of the organizational culture, the adhocracy organizational culture appears to improve the creativity and the hierarchical organizational culture appears to inhibit the creativity. It is confirmed that the influence of organizational culture is statistically significant in R&D organizations with strong autonomy and independence. It is suggested that the leadership on the creativity of the members in the R&D organization may be indirect in the context of the team and the organization as well as the direct effects according to the type.

Data were collected from 533 employees who were working in social welfare organizations by questionnaires. The result indicated that there were significantly positive relationships between person-job fit and job satisfaction or organizational commitment(affective commitment and continuance commitment). Also, there were significantly positive relationships between job satisfaction and affective commitment or continuance commitment. In addition, job satisfaction and affective commitment were negatively related to organizational deviance, and job satisfaction is more strongly related to organizational deviance than affective commitment. It was found that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between person-job fit and organizational commitment(affective commitment and continuance commitment) and affective commitment partially mediated the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational deviance. It was found that the person-job fit indirectly impacts organizational deviance though job satisfaction and affective commitment. Based on these results, the implication of this study and future research tasks were discussed.
