국 내외 기업들이 새로운 경영기법으로 도입하고 있는 아웃소싱은 비용절감, 핵심 업무에 대한 집중, 생산성 제고 등의 장점으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 인천국제공항 역시 공기업 경영혁신과 내부요인 등으로 인해에 개항과 함께 아웃소싱을 도입하였으며, 2014년 3월 현재에는 43개 분야에 아웃소싱을 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 이처럼 아웃소싱 도입이 확산 되면서 성공적인 아웃소싱 관리에 대해 모색하게 되었고, 인천국제공항 역시 효율적인 관리를 위해 주로 IT 분야에서 적용하고 있는 서비스수준협약(Sercive Level Agreement, SLA)을 전 분야에 걸쳐 도입하게 된다. 인천국제공항은 서비스수준협약을 통해 서비스 수준에 영향을 미치는 복합적인 요인을 효율적으로 관리하고 지속적인 서비스 품질수준을 유지하고자 도입한 것이다. 그러나 대부분의 서비스수준협약이 IT 분야에만 집중되어 있어 아직까지는 비(非) IT 분야의 서비스수준협약 시행은 초기 단계이며 서비스수준협약 측정지표 선정에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 인천공항에서 운영 중인 서비스수준협약을 유사용역 그룹별로 구분하여 구성요소와 역할에 대해 파악하고자 하였으며 서비스수준협약 측정지표가 공항운영 효율성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스수준협약 측정지표의 명확성, 적정성, 업무 통제 가능성은 과업운영의 효율성에 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 현재 인천공항에서 운영 중인 서비스수준협약 평가 결과에 대한 인식이 과업 운영의 효율성에도 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현행 서비스수준협약 평가 결과에 따라 과업의 문제점이 반영되는지 여부와 과업운영의 효율성 간의 상관관계 분석결과 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되고 있다.

Because intelligent and organized cyber attack, It is difficult to respond to cyber threats with only a small number of information security experts. Accordingly, information security department compared to 2013 it increased by 17%. But there was a problem that cannot train appropriate students for companies. This research examined the Workforce Framework and Knowledge Units for improving this situation. Based on this, educational department in cyber security major was selected to be learning at the university. And it proposed a plan for a managing course to operate. And the result will be utilized as fundamental research of human resources medium- and long-term demand and supply planning in cyber security department.

본 논문은 최근 다양한 사회 분야에 있어서 IT 기술이 적용되는 과정을 SD 모델링 방식을 사용하여 연구한 경험과 발견을 서술하고자 한다. 모델의 초기 단계에서 우리는 다양한 사회 분야마다 다른 SD 모델을 만들 것이냐 아니면 기본적으로 유사한 모델 구조를 취할 것이냐를 선택해야 했다. 사회 분야마다 다른 구조의 SD 모델을 만들면, 상호간의 구조와 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교하기 어렵다. 하지만 상호 모델 구조를 유사하게 구축하려고 하니, 서로 다른 모델링 팀들간의 의사소통에 노력과 시간 소비가 지나치게 커져 갔다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이내믹스 모델링에도 시스템 사고의 원형적 피드백 루프에서와 같은 원형적 SD 모델을 만들고, 이를 사회 각 분야에 적용하는 방식을 취하고자 하였다. 먼저 최근 IT 기술 발전을 이끌어 가는 핵심적인 요소로서 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 스마트 기기, 사물 인터넷을 선정하고 이들간의 상호 관계성을 표현하는 SD 모델을 만들었다. 이를 원형(archetype)으로 하여, 교육, 의료, 원격 근무 등 사회 각 분야의 IT 확산 과정에 적용하여 모델링을 하고 시뮬레이션을 하여 상호 비교하면서 정책 시사점을 논의할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이 중에서 원격 근무(smart work)에 관한 적용 사례를 제시함으로써, SD 모델링에 있어서 원형적 접근 방법의 가능성을 탐색한다.

최근 전 세계적으로 서비스 산업의 노동력 비중이 늘어나고 서비스업 뿐만 아니라 농업 및 제조업 분야에서도 서비스의 가치 비중이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 최근까지 서비스는 대부분 제공자의 직관과 경험에 의존하여 운영되었기 때문에 서비스의 성과와 고객 만족도는 미미한 수준에 그칠 수밖에 없었다. 이에 따라 서비스의 생산성을 향상시키고 서비스 수준을 혁신하는 방법을 찾는 것이 산업 사회의 주요 현안으로 떠올랐고 이러한 배경 하에 서비스업의 본질을 과학적으로 규명하여 서비스 분야의 혁신을 이루기 위해 경영학, 사회과학, 산업공학 등 여러 분야의 지식을 종합하여 서비스 과학(Services Science)이라는 새로운 학문 분야를 만들려는 움직임이 일기 시작했다. 서비스 과학의 목적은 공급자와 고객 사이에 가치를 창출하는 일련의 과정인 서비스를 보다 과학적인 방법을 통하여 측정하고 예측할 수 있는 것으로 변환시킴으로써 서비스의 미래 가치와 위험을 정량적으로 예측하고 나아가 서비스의 성과와 만족도를 높이는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 U-city 건설에 중추적 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 지리정보시스템(GIS)의 비즈니스 모델을 대상으로, GIS 정보 서비스의 특성을 규명하여 이러한 정보 서비스가 높은 생산성을 갖기 위한 방안으로서 다학제적 관점의 공유를 통해 다양한 학문 분야의 지식을 종합 적용하고 서비스의 특성을 고려하여 직관과 경험이 아닌 과학적인 도구와 방법론을 통해 GIS 정보 서비스를 관리할 것을 제안한다.

This paper is to understanding the recent research trend of leadership. To this end, it is intended to grasp the research trend of leadership by using foreign academic databases such as SCOPUS and SPRINGER. As a result of the analysis, it was found that a lot of research has been conducted in management, human resource management, organization, etc., which have traditionally been studied. However, in addition to this field, research in the fields of Nursing, Engineering, Computer Science, and Education has been steadily increasing. This shows that the study of leadership is becoming important not only in companies and specific organizations, but also in various disciplines. In particular, as leadership is becoming more important than ever, it is expected that research on leadership will continue to be carried out with interest in many fields.

This study conducted a patent analysis to explore the trend of technology development in the field of smart car security. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that along with the growth of the smart car market, the development of smart car security related technology is also increasing. In particular, as related technology development has been rapidly taking place in recent years, it has been confirmed that competition among leading smart car countries and major companies is also expanding due to the commercialization of smart car. This study is meaningful in that it examines trends related to smart car security through quantitative analysis using patent data and presents implications accordingly.

Digital twin technology, which copies information from real space into virtual space, is being used in a variety of fields.Interest in digital twins is increasing, especially in advanced manufacturing fields such as Industry 4.0-based smart manufacturing. Operating a digital twin system generates a large amount of data, and the data generated has different characteristics depending on the technology field, so it is necessary to efficiently manage resources and use an optimized digital twin platform technology. Research on digital twin pipelines has continued, mainly in the advanced manufacturing field, but research on high-speed pipelines suitable for data in the plant field is still lacking. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a pipeline design method that is specialized for digital twin data in the plant field that is rapidly poured through Apache Kafka. The proposed model applies plant information on a Revit basis. and collect plant-specific data through Apache Kafka. Equipped with a lightweight CFD engine, it is possible to create a digital twin model that is more suitable for the plant field than existing digital twin technology for the manufacturing field.

IS/IT 분야 신입사원에게 필요한 지식/능력과 소프트웨어 전문 기술에 대하여 인사채용 담당자와 IS/IT 관련 학과 전공교수간의 인식차를 조사하였다. 조사 결과 IS/IT 지식/기술 영역에서는 개인적인 능력에 속하는 ‘동기부여’, ‘창조직 사고’, ‘비판적 사고’ 등에 두 그룹 모두 높은 점수를 주고 있는 등 두 그룹간에 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 IS/IT 소프트웨어 기술 영역에서는 전공 교수는 객체지향 언어, 모델링 언어 등 현재 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 주제에 중요도를 높게 두는 반면, 인사채용 담당자는 대부분 중간값 근처로 응답하여 특별히 중요시 여기는 주제가 드러나지 않았다. 따라서 인사채용 담당자의 경우 변화의 필요는 느끼지만 아직 구체적으로 어떤 분야에 어떻게 대웅을 해야 하는지에 대해서는 명확히 하고 있지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

IT Convergence with agriculture is expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. However, there exist many difficulties to establish services and systems to actualize the IT convergence service in the agricultural field to cope with various objects such as time-varying weather changes, growth condition of farm products, and continual diseases. In this paper, we suggest standard technology service requirements for ubiquitous environments agriculture based on network.
