정보기술 교육과정의 설계는 매우 어려운 작업이다. 비교적 짧은 개설 역사, 정보기술 자체의 급속한 발전, 정보 활용과 정보소양에 대한 사람들의 인식 차이 등으로 인하여 교육내용의 선정이 매우 어렵기 때문이다. 이에 다른 나라의 경우를 비교하여 교육과정 설계의 효과성을 제고할 필요가 있다. 이 논문은 이러한 취지에서 최근 눈부신 경제 발전을 이룩하면서 정보화 교육에 깊은 중시를 보이고 있는 중국의 정보기술교육과정의 변천과정과 현실상황 및 특징을 분석하였다. 또한 중국의 정보기술 교육과정 중에서 한국의 새로운 컴퓨터 교육과정 설계에 채택 가능한 장점들을 제시하였다. 중국의 초중등학교 정보기술교육과정의 특징은 (1) 안정된 수준의 정보기술 기초지식과 기본기능 교육, (2) 문제해결을 위한 정보기술 활용교육, (3) 정보기술의 심화된 탐구와 프로젝트 학습을 통한 개별화 교육, (4) 체계적으로 배정하고, 통합적으로 진행하는 정보기술교육과정으로 요약할 수 있다.

본 논문은 기존의 국방 정보기술(IT) 조사의 개선을 위한 실태를 분석하고 기술수준조사 결과를 바탕으로 2012 국방 정보기술(IT)을 제시한다. 기존의 국방IT조사는 2008년과 2009년에 실시되어 책자형태로 배포되어 시스템으로 관리되고 있다. 기존의 국방IT조사는 86개 기술을 대상으로 조사하였으나, 선정 방법 등 제공되는 내용이 단순하였다. 따라서 기존의 국방IT조사 개선을 위해 관련 유관자들에게 인터뷰 및 설문을 실시하였고, 활용 측면에서 시스템 분석과 배포된 문서를 파악하여 개선사항을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 조사대상 기술을 다양한 측면에서 검토하여 선정하였고, 약 130명의 전문가들에게 자료에 대한 검토 및 기술수준을 위한 설문을 의뢰하였다. 기술수준은 최고기술 보유국가, 기술격차, 파급효과, 기술 달성시기, 연구개발방법 등을 요소로 하였다. 이를 통해 2012 국방IT조사의 40개의 기술을 선정하였고, 각 기술별 수준조사결과를 제시하였다.

Information Technology (IT) makes a great contribution towards improvement of productivity in construction industry. Because most of researches of construction industry's IT are focused on the whole field of the industry or development of information system, however, these have no regard for conditions in fields. Thus, this study proposes the requirements in order to improve the productivity and efficiency of field execution of construction industry. To achieve this aim, the surveys are conducted of the problems and conditions of IT application on site workers and managers. As a result, the followings are suggested: (1) user training should be exercised continuously, (2) infrastructure of IT constructed, (3) total management system of field execution developed, and (4) the development of IT system focused on fields. Therefore, this study provides meaningful proposal that can be set up basic direction toward IT investment and IT system development.

Public R&D investment information has diverse implications for researching R&D trends. Also, as it is important for the establishment of R&D policy to grasp the current situation and trends of R&D to improve science and technology level, science and technology information service system, such as NTIS (National Science & Technology Information Service), is operated at a national level in most countries. However, since the data forms provided by current NTIS are raw data, it is necessary to develop the R&D performance indicator or to use additional scientometric methods by analyzing scientific papers or scientific R&D project information for grasping R&D trends or analyzing R&D task results. Thus, this study applied public R&D investment information to investigate and monitor R&D trends in the field of information & communication technology (ICT) of meteorology and climatology by using NTIS data of Korea and NSF (National Science Foundation) data of USA.

This study were conducted to reveal the awareness and competitiveness of Korean packaging industry in information technology(IT) and e-commerce. For the survey, 114 sample companies were selected representing all packaging materials, equipment and systems, institutes, consulting and trading companies. The trained interviewers spoke to the respondents who were at the position of packaging research and development and were considered knowledgeable about the level of IT in the company. The collected data were analyze in three major categories: IT fundamentals, usages, and company policy. From the results, packaging suppliers were at the very low level of IT fundamentals and uses compared to those of packaging users. The gap between packaging suppliers and users that access the Internet was seriously wide, and this trend was generally due to different size of company. Packaging suppliers were still at the basic level of information-oriented working environment.

Ethics refers to the principles of right and wrong that can be used by individuals acting as free moral agents to make choices to guide their behavior. Information technology has presented our human mankind not only prosperity but also harms. This is why moral aspects should be addressed in the application of information system. First, a transforming tendency of international economy will be observed. Second, many issues regarding ethics and behavioral courses will be discussed. And a trend of information technology and five moral models will be examined. Third, traditional morals of Koreans and attitudes of Westerners about information technology will be analyzed. Fourth, it will be also discussed how private firms understand ethics and culture in the context of information handling. It is suggested that individuals who use information technology cultivate efficient and effective ethical principles contributing to public good in the society. For this purpose, the government should establish relevant legal devices.

The research investigated CEO´s perception about information technology(IT) and corporate strategy by analyzing CEO's letters appeared in annual reports. Particularly, this paper examined whether there are differences in CEO's perceptions about IT among industries, and time frame. The target industries are manufacturing, distribution/services, banking, and telecommunication； the target time frames are 1996 through 1999. Also, this research examined whether CEO's perceptions about If have positive effects on organizational performance. Major findings are： First, there are distinctive differences among industries in the number of times IT was mentioned, the types of applications discussed, and the content of the discussion. Second, the number of times IT was mentioned increased over time. Third, there is a slightly positive relationship between the number of times IT was mentioned and organizational performance； but, the finding is hard to generalize.

본 연구에서는 최신 IT 트랜드인 스마트 IT의 국내외 환경 분석을 통해 정책적 기술적인 환경 변화와 정부 출연연의 사업추진 현황에 관한 조사 분석 결과를 토대로, 향후 새로운 IT기술 환경 변화에 대응한 스마트 IT의 효과적 도입 구축 전략 및 방향성 정립을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 Linear Frequency Modulation(LFM)을 이용하여 실해역에서 실험을 진행하였다. LFM 이란 시간에 따라 주파수가 변화하는 Chirp 신호를 전송하는 통신 기법이며 성능 분석을 위해 대한민국의 한강, 서해, 남해에서 각각 실험을 진행하였다. LFM 신호의 중심 주파수는 34kHz 대역폭은 1kHz로 설정하여 실험을 진행하였으며 채널 환경 분석을 위한 5초 길이의 Tone 신호를 함께 송·수신 하였다. 실험 결과 세 곳의 실험 포인트 모두에서 송·수신 신호 간의 뚜렷한 상호상관 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.
