The objective of this study will investigate the approach to increase the intention to use Internet primary bank for those who do not use it at present. This study establishes a theoretical model that includes five independent variables - performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, channel trust and trust toward bank - and one dependent variable - use intention -. The empirical results obtained in a sample of 145 university students are followings; The use intention is positively influenced by the performance expectancy, social influence and channel trust. The performance expectancy is the strongest predictor of the use intention. Effort expectancy and trust toward bank has no effect on intention to use Internet primary bank.

This study was intended to analyze the present condition and problems of education by examining the curriculum of departments relating to IT design in community colleges in the environment of IT that more rapidly grew than any other sector due to the development of information and communication and smart device, focusing on the actual condition. And it was intended to present a scheme for the improvement of IT design curriculum in community colleges in preparation for the surveyed industry demand in IT sector. First of all, this study attempted to check how IT designers' work changed according to the change of technology in industrial scene through a survey of job in IT industry and an analysis of IT industry trends. As a result, it was shown that the work of IT designers who had carried out web design work extended to mobile design, and school education also required mobile education according to the change of the times. Here, through task analysis, it was possible to find that web design and mobile design was not fundamentally entirely different, but was within the range where it was perfectly possible to carry out mobile design work if mobile environment and condition was understood and an education was given together with the existing curriculum.

Recently, due to climate change, the slope is increasing, and the risk of steep slope disasters such as the occurrence of slope collapse in the east coast and Busan region in 2019 and the Gokseong landslide in 2020 is increasing. Particularly, most national parks are made up of mountainous areas, and the risk of disasters on steep slopes is increasing. As the ground of the national park is aging and the weathering and jointing of the bedrock are accelerating due to climate change, the slope collapse and rockfall are increasing, and the annual number of visitors is increasing, it is necessary to manage steep slopes adjacent to multi-use facilities with many users. In this study, dangerous steep slopes that affect multi-use facilities in national parks were analyzed using GIS and verified through field surveys. As a process for extracting steep slopes adjacent to multi-use facilities in national parks, the slope was made in DEM and slopes of 34 degrees or higher were extracted. The difference between the maximum and minimum heights of the extracted slopes was used to confirm that the slopes met the standard for steep slopes, and the analysis of the slope direction was used to confirm whether it had an effect on the multi-use facilities. After that, precision aerial images and field photos were analyzed to finally identify risks at 4 sites, and field surveys were conducted. As a result of the field survey, all 4 sites were found to be steep slopes, 3 were graded D and 1 was graded C, so it was confirmed that management was required as a risk of collapse. All steep slopes extracted through GIS were found to be dangerous, so it is judged that the extraction of steep slopes through GIS would be appropriate.

The Electronic Times, starting in 1982 as a weekly newspaper, has become an influential daily newspaper specializing in Information Technology(IT) since the mid 1990s in Korea. Particularly, it has shown significant and impressive financial achievements in the past thirty years since it was established. Also, it has contributed to the development in the field of IT journalism as well as the popularization of Information Technology. The primary purpose of this study is to provide useful lessons and implications to those who are interested in the evolution of The Electronic Times by investigating the financial performance of The Electronic Times and its contributions to the popularization of IT in our society.

According to the KEC 2005 accreditation criteria, enough major courses in addition to mathematics, basic science, computer science, cultural studies are required to fulfill the program's goal. So it is hoped that students have to take mandatory major courses as well cultural studies. In this paper we considered the necessity of General Education Curriculum for Engineering Education by analyzing the several university's accreditation programs and suggested the desirable modeling of the General Education Curriculum.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the external educational environments that small business persons had faced as well as the internal competences of Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), and provide with the directions establishing the small business college. To do so, the study employed PEST analysis and 7S model. As the results of this study, it was quite suggestive that standardization of curriculum and educational facility, qualifications of professional teacher, and rating system and specialization of the college should be considered in order to establish the effective small business college.

본 연구에서는 u-City인력수급 전망을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 기능 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. 그러나 u-City 전문인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획 개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문인력양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문인력양성, u-City 관련 분야의 융 복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문인력교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다.

This study analyzed the efficiency by using the DEA model to evaluate the competitiveness of specialty construction firms. The target of the analysis is 300 firms with continuous data from 2010 to 2017 as listed and externally listed firms. Significant analysis results are as follows. First, the efficiency of specialty construction firms is lower than that of general construction industry. Second, efficiency by type was highest in facilities construction and dismantling work. This shows that the relevant industries such as reinforced concrete works and scaffolding and demolition work are relatively efficient in specialty construction industry. Third, the efficiency of specialty construction industry is affected by economic fluctuations. When the construction industry is in the expansion phase, the efficiency value is high and the efficiency value is low in the down phase. Finally, in the scale profitability analysis, specialty construction industry was most analyzed by DRS. This means that it is effective to scale down for the efficiency of the firm.

In this paper, project based learning model using on-line thinking tool was designed and implemented, and the model is reflected in the instructional design on the IT ethics part included in 'General Computer' subject. This instructional design was applied to the class of the technical high school students. In-depth interview on the consciousness of IT ethics reveals that the positive changes occur in the consciousness of IT ethics, especially netiquette, Internet communications languages, copyright, and so on. Also, the result of the quantitative researches represents that a proposed model have a positive effect on academic self-efficacy of the technical high school students. These results show that the proposed model is able to apply to IT ethics education in the technical high school.

The Ministry of National Defense reintroduced the non-commissioned officer corps (RNTC) system for colleges from 2015 and has been testing it for five years. The reason for this is that the acquisition of non-commissioned officers in the military is low and the level of manpower management is low. Through the implementation of the NCO(RNTC) system, the military expected that the colleges would stably acquire non-commissioned officers with excellent resources in various major fields, and the colleges expected positive results in entrance exams and employment. However, when analyzing the results of the pilot operation, it can be evaluated that the expected results have not been achieved. It was found that the system needs to be supplemented and improved to achieve the purpose of the system implementation in the promotion of recruitment of district candidates, selection evaluation, operation and the cooperative system between the military and colleges. Therefore, in this study, a development plan was presented to supplement the system and operation system so that the non-commissioned officer corps system can be smoothly established at universities and obtain the expected results from the military and colleges.
