Small mobile devices have become commonplace in our everyday life, from cellular phones to PDAs. Discovering dense regions for the mobile devices is one of the problems of grate practical importance. It can be used in monitoring movement of vehicles, concentration of troops, etc. In this paper, we propose a novel algorithm on continuously clustering a large set of mobile objects. We assume that a mobile object reports its position only if it is too far away from the expected position and thus the location data received may be imprecise. To compute the location of each individual object could be costly especially when the number of objects is large. To reduce the complexity of the computation, we want to first cluster objects that are in proximity into a group and treat the members in a group indistinguishable. Each individual object will be examined only when the inaccuracy causes ambiguity in the final results. We conduct extensive experiments on various data sets and analyze the sensitivity and scalability of our algorithms.

Previously, there have been many studies on the fraud of employees, internal customers of the company, but there have been a lot of studies on military affairs that are closely related to the improvement of army's combat power. Therefore, this study investigates how communication satisfaction is influenced by the characteristics of SNS. For empirical verification, 240 soldiers were surveyed in this study. The analysis method was to investigate the correlation between each variable using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study show that the SNS characteristics have a positive effect on the overall model related to organizational communication satisfaction. Organizational communication satisfaction has a positive impact on military fraud and organizational communication satisfaction has been shown to mediate between army and SNS traits. Through this research, we intend to promote the morale of soldiers by activating communication among group members using appropriate level of social networking.

The two schools which eventually came to form the "Northerners party" in the middle period of the Joseon dynasty, were Nam'myeong school and Hwadam school. Nam'myeong's philosophy, which emphasized the importance and merit of acting upon respect and righteousness(敬義), encouraged many people to organize righteous militias during the war with the Japanese in the 1590s, and when Jeong In-hong established himself as the leader of the Northerners party during the reign of King Gwang'hae-gun, the philosophy of the party and the school continued to thrive. Also, Hwadam's philosophy, which tried to understand Neo-Confucianism from a flexible point of view and demonstrated a level of openness toward it, had a considerable influence upon the Northerners school as well. It seems Nam'myeong Jo Shik and Hwadam Seo Gyeong-deok were the ones who ultimately enabled the Northerners party to be more active in their operations of the government and also to approach more freely toward the ideology of Neo-Confucianism. Prime examples of the party's stance and attitude, and also of the school's philosophy and perception of the world, were figures like Jeong In-hong and Heo Gyun from the 'Majority Northerners(大北) party,' and Kim Shin-guk and Nam I-gong from the 'Minority Northerners(小北) party.'Since the time of King Injo's ascension to the throne in 1623, the philosophical society of Joseon came to be occupied by schools who were deeply committed and dedicated to the teachings of Ju Hi and his Neo-Confucianism, such as the Twe'gye and Yulgok schools, and as a result the Northerners' philosophy was pushed away from its former formidable status. Their political philosophy was also partially responsible for their fall, as they believed only them were the ideal Confucian figures(君子黨), and never appreciated the stances of other political factions. In the middle of the 17th century, passing through a war with the Manchurian Qing dynasty as well, they further became a mere undercurrent. Yet their thinking and philosophy partially survived, as it managed to affect and influence the Southerner school scholars who were living in the vicinity of the capital in the mid and late 17th century, as well as the "Shilhak" scholars such as Yi Ik/李瀷 in the 18th century, on a certain level. The Northerners faction was a party and a school which led the political and philosophical societies of Joseon, alongside the Westerners and Southerners, in the middle period of the Joseon dynasty. Recently, studies of Jo Shik and Seo Gyeong-deok, figures who were the roots of the Northerners faction, and studies of how the Northerners' political philosophy was inherited to the following generations, have been published and announced. All these efforts will enrich future studies dealing with the political history and philosophical history of the middle and latter periods of the Joseon dynasty.

This study was performed with electrolysis treatment method for improving anaerobic digestion gas production efficiency in a sewage sludge, thereby confirmed in anaerobic digestion production and denitrification effect. As a result, solubilization was increased by increasing treatment time of electrolysis and current density, also showed to be 9.02% with 10 mA/cm2 of current density in 4 mm electrode distance. Based on the results of BMP test used the above experiment, methane production was 0.49 L CH4/g VS, and increased by 88.4% compared with control groups. As for the results of denitrification using the sewage sludge treated with the same conditions, denitrification rate appeared $19.2mg\;NO_3{^{-}}N/g\;MLVSS{\cdot}hr$, and through the sewage sludge treated with electrolysis, it can be applied to anaerobic digestion and denitrification process by increasing biodegradation.

The purpose of this study was to identify the correlations and influence factors of knowledge, attitude, and practice of soldiers on hand washing. This is expected to be basis for hand washing and health education in the army. Total of 420 soldiers were randomly selected and surveyed. The collected data were analyzed using beta regression model through R and SAS program. As a result, there was a statistically significant correlation among knowledge, attitude and practice of hand washing, and the degree of health education was analyzed as having no effect on knowledge, attitude and practice. However, the exposure degree of related health promotional materials had significant effect on them. Therefore, in order to promote the practice of hand washing in the army, continuous exposure of the publicity materials is more effective than the health education. It can be also positively influenced all on knowledge, attitude and practice hand washing.

A 55-year-old male presented with intermittent cough and blood-tinged sputum. 35 years earlier in the Army Armed Forces, he had undergone lung surgery of the right upper lobe because of tuberculosis. Chest CT showed a mass-like lesion with an internal air-meniscus sign in the right lung. The mass was $5{\times}7\;cm$ in the right upper lobe and it was a well marginated lesion. The resected mass contained a foreign body, that is, a retained surgical gauge. Herein we report on a rare case of retained gauze after surgery that mimicked aspergilloma.

On account of the minority in number of women soldier and police women in the group which consist of many men, there are lots of difficulties on duty. In order to keep up with the times for the expansion of opportunities for excellent womanpower, army and police should lead to stronger efforts for them. Besides, in comparison with the general work of womanpower, woman soldier and police woman have a special duty assignments in the groups wihich have a specific predisposition. In conclusion, it is necessary to have lots of politicasl support and cosideration.

The The ROK military announced a reform proposal for the National Defense Reform 2.0 in 2018 in order to substantially guarantee the constitutional rights and human rights of the soldiers and to meet the demands of the military judicial reform. In order to establish a fair and independent military judicial system through such reforms, the Supreme Military Court was abolished to eradicate the controversy in the army and to abolish the system of the judges' And professionalism is systematically ensured so that judges can be judged only by law and conscience. This military reform proposal is so dramatic that it has a vocal voice of opposition, but the military should no longer be an exception to democracy and should try not to get caught in the stigma of human rights blindness.

The military's morale is a serious threat in terms of defense posture and protection of national security and the nation's right to survival, as it has led to losses in talented manpower, weakened fighting spirit, damaged troop confidence, and reduced work efficiency and morale. Under these circumstances, a stronger defense posture and maximum morale among the troops should be followed by a thorough diagnosis and results on the factors affecting the military's morale. Professional soldiers often travel to work because of the special nature of their jobs. Among the problems associated with these characteristics is child education. Frequent shifts of military sites are intended to be made based on the analysis of the overall state of the military service education system, such as moving frequently with family members or separating with the family due to issues related to children's education.

This study collected and analyzed articles related to military sex crimes covered in the news from February 2019 to May 28, 2022 in order to identify problems arising from sexual crimes in the military. In order to understand the current status of military sexual violence reported in the media, articles were collected using BIGKinds, a news big data analysis system, and using the Textom program, the study was conducted using frequency analysis by period, word cloud, and semantic network analysis techniques for keywords. The study was conducted using the technique. As a result of data analysis, first, it was confirmed that the public's attention was focused on the victims in reports related to sex crimes within the military. Second, the problem of the lukewarm system of the relevant authorities in responding to sex crimes was revealed. Third, there was a lack of support for victims of sex crimes.
