차량용 반도체의 품질 확보를 위한 사양 및 설계 개발 프로세스 수립 (Establishing of Requirement and Design Development Process for Assuring Quality of Automotive Semiconductor)

  • 차량 연비 및 안전에 대한 규제 강화와 고객의 첨단 기능 요구 증가에 따라 전자제어 시스템의 적용이 지속적으로 확대되고 있다. 전자제어 시스템의 핵심 요소인 마이크로 컨트롤러, 아날로그 IC 그리고 ASIC 등 반도체의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 국내의 차량용 반도체 개발 프로세스는 명확한 체계가 수립되지 못한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 품질 경영 체계 요구사항인 ISO/TS 16949, 이미 다양한 분야에서 검증된 프로세스 모델인 CMMI, 그리고 차량 분야의 기능 안전 표준으로 제정된 ISO 26262를 도입하여 반도체 사양 및 설계 개발 프로세스 수립 방안 및 예시를 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직 내 반도체 개발 프로세스 수립을 위한 가이드로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

  • This paper is to introduce guidelines for automotive and food quality management system. International standards such as ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 15161 are considered. This study is to discuss particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001 : 2000 for automotive production and relevant service part organization , and guidelines on the application of ISO 9001 : 2000 for the food and drink industry.

  • Today, due to the global recession car sales have been decreased rapidly and auto makers are competing continuously to expand their market share. Automakers are struggling in order to secure competitive cost and quality through continuous cost reduction and quality innovation activities to win in the competition. In this situation, auto parts makers are trying to reinforce price competitiveness by reducing COPQ (Cost Of Poor Quality) in the mass production stages by securing the quality of components in advance from the design stage through DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) activities which is 6 sigma approach in the R&D field. However, auto parts makers have been undergone various confusion, feeling difficulties to get interrelationship among various activities. Thus, this study is going to suggest approach method for much more effective R&D activities by securing interrelationship between ISO/TS 16949 system established in the auto parts industry and DFSS activities.

  • Nowadays worldwide leading companies try to establish more efficient and comprehensive management system for getting high quality, reliability and safety. In this paper, we investigate standards for quality management, dependability management and risk management. We also suggest an integrated and comprehensive system of quality(ISO/TS16949), dependability (IEC60300)and risk(JIS Q2001).

  • In this paper, the trend of quality management system that suppliers in the automotive industry are adopting, the classification system of suppliers and car manufacturers requirements for quality are described. Due to the complexity of the requirements for quality, the introduction of an active quality management system which can meet all conditions is a difficult task. Thus, to cope with this difficulty, this paper shows the optimal requirements that suppliers have to consider when they are introducing quality management system and the discriminated strategies to assure parts quality by supplier model.

  • Recently, automobile manufacturing companies, which are major customers of them, are requiring IATF 16949 (ISO/TS 16949) certification as a mandatory requirement to secure product quality. In particular, IATF 16949 : 2016, revised in October 2016, was reinforced product traceability requirements for production information management by lot in the production process. Therefore, small and medium-sized precision parts processing companies in the automobile industry are very difficult to survive due to quality and price competition for customers satisfaction. MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is required to solve this problem. However, small and medium sized precision parts processing enterprises are reluctant to introduce the MES which is not suitable for the manufacturing environment of them such as high cost and low utilization. Even if the system is introduced, it is difficult to operate and maintain the system because the lack of computer manpower. In this paper, we propose a method for building a lot tracking system for small and medium precision parts processing companies by reviewing relevant literature and analyzing cases. In addition, by managing the production history for each lot of the final product in the system, we will grasp the effect of reducing the quality failure cost obtained by minimizing the range of defect selection.

  • In this paper, we investigate the development process of the quality assurance system ISO9001 in the railway industry and ISO/TS 16949 the quality system in the automotive industry. We study the international standard IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard) & TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability) applied in railway industry. Throughout studying for the whole development process of the Rolling Stock Quality System, we are to review the necessity of the monitoring process and assesment process applied in IRIS & TSI guidelines. It will be the keystone enhancing our quality level to global level in railway industry.

  • Recently, the various information according to the company management is originated in the change of the rapid company environment. And the necessity of the administration,that is systematic and efficient toward the various document of a form, is gradually increased. At the same time, the efficient management ability of the various standard document obtained the specialized quality authentication system including the ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, quality 5 star, and etc., it maintains occupies the very important part as to the company management. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the standard document. In addition, by building and managing the standard management system will be able to expect the more efficient document management and the product reliability insurance.

차량 전장품의 R&D 프로세스 통합 연구: 신제품 개발 프로세스 (A Study of R&D Process Integration in Automotive E/E Systems: New Product Development Process)

  • 차량산업의 기술 패러다임이 소비자의 편의 및 안전기능의 증가와 기술융합(Convergence)과 더불어 소프트웨어가 핵심적 역할을 하는 시스템기반의 융합 아키텍처 형태로 진화하고 있다. 이처럼 소프트웨어가 핵심 혁신요소로 대두되는 환경에 따라 R&D 개발 프로세스를 기계, 품질, 소프트웨어 등 이질적 프로세스를 통합하려는 시도가 있어왔지만, 실제 산업현장에서는 각각의 개발 프로세스가 개별적으로 운영되고 있어 이러한 혼란을 방지하기 위한 실용적 통합 R&D 프로세스의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 통합관련 기존 연구를 토대로 주요한 프로세스 통합 요건들을 분석하고, 실제 차량 산업현장의 문제점 조사 및 분석을 통해 차량 전장품에 적합한 R&D 프로세스의 통합 모형 및 통합 프로세스를 제시하였다. 특히, 부품 단계에서부터 완성차 단계까지 연결된 통합 프로세스를 개발하기 위하여 실제 산업계의 완성차와 전장품 업체에서 적용하고 있는 개별 프로세스의 장단점을 비교 분석하였고, 전장품의 구성요소인 시스템, 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 등 분야별 프로세스의 상관관계 연구를 통해 수행하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제시한 통합 프로세스 모델은 현재 일부 전장품 업체에 적용되고 있으며, 모델 개선을 위한 모니터링을 진행하고 있다.
