In recent years, studies on virtual reality and web 3D have been progressed and got a eye-opening progress in the field. In this paper, to improve a process of In-Service Inspection work for a nuclear power plant, we developed a virtual ISI DB management system by using virtual reality technology. This management system provides a high degree of efficiency for In-Service Inspection process and makes inspectors comfortable in web environment. This paper will be hope to activate a introduction of VR technology to the domestic industry.

본 논문에서는 지능형 교통망 시스템 서비스에 사용되는 5.8GHz 대역에서 OFDM을 이용한 단거리 전용 통신 시스템을 제안하고 제안 시스템의 성능을 평가하고 이를 분석하였다. 무선 다중경로 채널에서 데이터를 고속으로 전송할 경우, 신호는 페이딩, ISI(inter-symbol interference) 등의 영향으로 높은 에러율을 가지게 된다. OFDM 방식은 보호구간을 사용해 채널의 ISI를 제거하므로 일반적으로 등화가가 필요 없으나, OFDM 각 심볼 주기마다 보호구간의 사용은 채널 사용 면에서 매우 비효율적이 된다. 따라서 채널의 지연화산이 커질 경우, 보호구간만으로는 ISI를 완전히 제거할 수 없으며, 성능 개선을 위하여 등화기가 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 시스템에서는 ITS 권고 주파수 대역인 5.8GHz에서 국제 표준화 규격인 IEEE 802.11a 근거하여 OFDM 시스템을 모델링 하였으며, 단일 탭 등화기를 적용하여 제안 시스템을 시뮬레이터 기법에 의하여 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

ISI의 영향계수는 그 범용성에도 불구하고 많은 한계와 가외성을 지니고 있다. 본 연구는 학술지 영향계수의 함의와 가외성을 살펴보고, 국내 대학에서 교수의 연구업적을 평가할 때 학술지에 부여한 점수기준(배점)과 가중치 반영실태를 조사.분석하여 어떤 문제점과 한계가 있는 지를 적시하고, 국내 학술지에 대한 적절한 평가기준을 제안함으로써 ISI 영향계수에 대한 연구업적 평가의 편향성을 극복하는 계기로 삼고자 한다.

In the environment of protectionism and bilateral trade agreements, Korea has promoted the conclusion of FTAs for its export-oriented trading policy, and 16 FTAs have entered into force at present. The main goal of this paper is to introduce the ISI system and its benefits and to extend the preferential rule of origin regime by using the Integrated Sourcing Initiative in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations. The ISI illustrates with impressive clarity the fact that it considered as a tool of expanding the geographic limit of states and maximizing the global sourcing strategy of multinational corporations, allowing the developing countries to gain access to the market of developed ones that avoid the complexity and costs of many rules of origin regimes. This paper utilizes the literature research and analyzes a case study of FTAs which have adopted the ISI system. In conclusion, it presents several implications of additional measures to satisfy rules of origin in Korea's existing FTAs relating to the global supply chain strategy.

This paper has been studied the design of 16-QAM demodulator used in broadband wireless local loop subscriber station. In B-WLL systems, transmission signal experience the inter symbol interference(ISI) due to multipath, frequency offset of RF/IF local oscillator and phase offset. In this paper, we discuss the effective data recovery algorithm for 16-QAM demodulator to compensate the distorted signal from ISI, frequency offset and phase offset.

본 논문에서는 STTD(space Time Transmit diversify)를 적용한 적응변조 시스템의 성능을 분석하였다. 무선채널 환경에서는 지연파에 의한 ISI(Intersymbol interference)간섭으로 인해 전송 오율을 증가시키게 된다. 따라서, ISI간섭의 영향을 줄이기 위해 STTD를 적용함으로써 적응변조시스템의 성능개선 정도를 분석하였다. 결과에 의하면, STTD를 적용함에 따라 더 낮은 SNR에서도 변조 다치수가 높은 변조 모드를 선택함으로써 고속ㆍ고품질의 데이터 전송이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

Recently Korean statistician have more chance to work with other researcher in other countries at international level. Especially the 53rd Scientist meeting of he International Statistical Institute(ISI) will be held in Seoul, Rep. of Korea at Aug 22-29, 2001. The fields of Statistics in Korea have been affected a lot from American Statistical Society. In this research communication, I would like to introduce a short history of he Italian statistical society and their major research topic and outputs. The contents will help us to understand the Italian statistician, and it can be a conner-stone to the future relationship between Korean statistician and Italian statistician.

본 논문은 맥파검출기의 채널에서 발생하는 상호신호간섭이나 잡음을 제거하기 위하여 비적적응필터(MADF)알고리듬을 제안한다. 이 알고리듬은 맥파가 저주파이고 매우 천천히 변하는 환경하에서 기존의 Sign알고리듬보다 유리한 성능을 가지며, 이를 이용하여 분할등화기를 구현하였다.

본 논문에서는 통신 채널에서 발생되는 찌그러짐과 잡음의 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 사용되는 적응 등화 알고리즘인 CMA 와 MMA 의 성능을 비교하였다. 다른 방식에비해 비교적 간단한 연산으로 고속 등화가 가능한 알고리즘인 CMA (Constant Modulus Algorithm)와 이의 오차 함수를 변형한 MMA (Multi-Modulus Algorithm)의 성능을 분석하여 점대점 또는 점대다점의 디지털 전송에서 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. CMA 알고리즘은 수신 신호의 진폭만을 보상하며 위상은 보상하지 못하므로 별도의 PLL을 사용하여야 하지만, MMA 알고리즘은 진폭과 위상을 동시에 보상할 수 있음을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였으며 이의 성능 비교를 위해서 적응 등화기에 필수적인 수렴 특성과 잔류 isi양을 사용하였고, 그 결과 수렴 특성에서는 MMA 방식이, 진폭 보상을 나타내는 잔류 isi 양에서는 CMA 방식이 우월함을 알 수 있었다.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the value and efficacy of BDI, STAI, STAXI, ISI, and SCL-90-R in correlation with depression, anxiety, and insomnia patients. Methods : A total of 39 patients, who were diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and insomnia were evaluated using BDI, STAI, STAXI, ISI, and SCL-90-R. They were then statistically analyzed. Results : 1. BDI scores of depression patients were significantly different from other patients. 2. BDI scores of depression patients had strong positive correlation with STAI-S, and STAI-T scores. 3. STAI-S scores of anxiety patients had positive correlation with BDI, and ISI scores. 4. SCL-90-R depression subscale scores of depression patients had strong positive correlation with somatization, obsessive compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism, global severity index, and positive symptom total subscale scores. 5. SCL-90-R anxiety subscale scores of anxiety patients had strong positive correlation with somatization, obsessive compulsive, depression, phobic anxiety, and global severity index subscale scores. Phobic anxiety subscale scores had strong positive correlation with anxiety, global severity index, and positive symptom total subscale scores. Conclusions : The result findings are expected to serve as a useful resource in future stress-related depression, anxiety, and insomnia case reports and clinical research in oriental neuropsychiatry.
