On increasing a computer network, internet usage, it has been created for Electronic Commerce to place a cyberspace. This cyberspace is limited to apply for contemporary usage and law because it have distinct characters now. Therefore, it is predicted that dispute will be happened in these cyberspaces. This article examines the disputes cases related the computer network intermediary's liability and studies a reasonable improvement ways for developing Electronic Commerce. It has been limited to apply the usage and law the network which can be happened a dispute and has not involved usage and law using computer network yet. Therefore, we should make a self-regulation each other who use network and improved the usage and law involved the network through these methods. We should also establish Alternative Dispute Resolution and try to settle dispute in the cyberspace

Most warranty studies assume that the usage intensity is the same for all buyers. However, in real life the usage intensity varies across the population of buyers. In the general case, one can divide the population into $\kappa$ categories. This has implications for manufacturers of products. Should a manufacturer produce one product and offer different warranties for the $\kappa$ groups or produce different products (one for each group) and offer the same warranty. A warranty cost analysis is needed to choose between these options. The analysis complicated by factors such as adverse selection , buyers attitude to risk and the price structure. In this paper we develop models to study the expected warranty cost for products with free replacement warranty with varying usage intensity. Numerical examples are presented.

In this paper, we propose an intelligent research fund management system that applies artificial intelligence technology to an integrated research fund management system. By defining research fund management rules as work rules, a detection model learned using deep learning is designed, through which the disapproval status is presented for each research fund usage history. The disapproval detection system of the RCMS implemented in this study predicts whether the newly registered usage details are recognized or disapproved using an artificial intelligence model designed based on the use of an 8.87 million research fund registered in the RCMS. In addition, the item-detail recommendation system described herein presents the usage details according to the usage history item newly registered by the artificial intelligence model through a correlation between the research cost usage details and the item itself. The accuracy of the recommendation was shown to be 97.21%.

As the introduction of new climate system, efforts to change carbon neutrality, efforts to convert carbon neutrality. In Korea, we are setting up carbon emissions through greenhouse gas and energy target management system for business and companies that emit carbon emissions. The construction industry quantitatively predict the carbon emissions, but it is struggling to set up the amount of carbon emissions before construction stage, but it is suffering from lack of data. Therefore, this study was conducted by collecting data on the energy usage amount of carbon emissions according to the energy usage of the construction phenomenon and low-capacity prediction of the construction phenomenon. Through collected data, the average energy usage amount by building users and evaluated the average carbon emissions. It also evaluated the contribution of carbon emissions by energy sources.

This paper presents one possible approach for liberalization of the radio spectrum based around spectrum usage rights (SURs) which are technology and usage neutral. This is challenging technically because of the complexity of defining rights which are flexible and technology-neutral while retaining sufficient safeguards against interference. The work presented here is part of an ongoing process of defining and testing SURs. Of com is currently considering SURs, though is not committed to implementing them at this stage, and will issue further discussion documents on this area in due course.

This paper is to present the problem of ＱC technique usage and improvement alternative in the ＱC circle. First, in the selection theme, it must have easy relations of tangible/intangible effects through simple theme's title. And contents development most be consistency in tangible/intangible effects. Second, in the usage of ＱC technique, it is necessary to strengthen QC circle activity through ＱC circle education. So in the aspects of long-term period. Internal instruction is strengthened and, in the aspects of short-term period, internal evaluation is established.

In ATM networks there are two methods in traffic control as schemes advancing the quality of service. One is reactive control after congestion and the other which is generally recommended, is preventive control before congestion, including connection admission control on call leel and usage parameter control, network parameter control, priority control and congestion control on cell level. In particular, usage parameter control is required for restricting the peak cell rate of bursy tracffic to the parameter negotiated at call set-up phase since the peak cell rate significantly influences the network quality of service. The scheme for progressing quality of service by usage parameter control is themethod using VSA(Virtual Scheduling Algorlithm) recommended ITU-T. The method using VSSA(Virtual Scheduling Suggested Algorlithm) in this paper is suggested by considering cell delay variation and token rate of leaky bucket, compared VSA and VSANT(Virtual Scheduling Algolithm with No Tolerance) with VSSA which polices violated cell probability of conformed peak cell rate and intentionally excessive peak cell rate. VSSA method using IPP(Interruped Poisson Process) model of input traffic source showed more quality of service than VSA and VSANT methods as usage parameter control because the suggested method reduced the violated cell probability of contformed peak cell rate and intentionally excessive peak cell rate.

This study investigates the factors influencing the usage of PSAU Mobile Application by the students at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU). This study used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a framework to predict the factors influencing 67 students' usage of PSAU M-Application. The results of this study were consistent with the TAM framework in predicting the actual usage of the PSAU mobile application for academic activities. The results indicated a significantly positive association of the perceived ease-to-use with perceived usefulness, significantly positive associations of the perceived ease-to-use and the perceived usefulness with the attitude toward the usage of the PSAU's mobile application, a significantly positive association of the perceived usefulness with the behavioral intention toward the usage of the PSAU's mobile application, a significantly positive association of the students' attitude toward the usage of the PSAU's mobile application with the behavioral intention of using the application, and a significantly positive association of the behavioral intention with the actual usage of the PSAU's mobile application. The results of this study should be useful to educational policymakers at PSAU University and elsewhere, as there is an opportunity to enhance the existing technology or adopt new technologies for academic activities.

최근 스마트폰 사용 형태의 도움을 받아 사용자 특성을 예측하는 것은 매우 흥미롭고 주의를 사로잡는 연주 주제이다. 현재 몇몇 연구들은 사용자의 특성을 예측하기 위해 전화 사용 기록, 문자 메시지 사용 기록, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용 기록 등을 이용하고 있다. 이 논문에서, 우리는 MBTI 사용자 특성과 스마트폰 사용로그 간의 관계를 평가한다. 이를 위해, 스마트폰 사용 기록에서 부터 몇몇 특징들을 추출하고 이를 Naive Bayes와 SVM등의 분류기에 적용하여 사용자의 특성을 구분하였다. 사용자 특성 분석 결과의 분석을 통해 facebook사용 기록이 외향적인 사람과 내향적인 사람을 가장 잘 구분하는 것을 알 수 있었고, SVM 분류기가 Naive Bayes보다 사용자의 특성을 잘 예측하는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of technical acceptance factors of Chinese MZ generation consumers' use of online fashion platforms on behavioral intentions and usage behavior, and to determine whether satisfaction plays an additional role in the relationship between behavioral intentions and usage behavior. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, among the technology acceptance factors that influence Generation MZ consumers when they use online fashion platforms, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and content quality significantly influence the behavioral intention to use online fashion platforms. Second, the facilitating conditions and the platform usage intention of Chinese Generation MZ consumers directly and significantly influence the usage behavior on online fashion platforms. In contrast, it was confirmed that habit does not significantly influence actual usage behavior. Third, this study confirmed the moderating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between behavioral intention and usage behavior on online fashion platforms. This research, which proposes a research model explaining the usage intention and behavior of online fashion platforms based on UTAUT2, integrating not only the organizational aspect but also the consumer aspect to empirically verify the usage intention and the final usage behavior from the general consumer's perspective, has academic significance.
