The data were collected through a structured self-administered survey and 545 foreigners who lived in Korea for more than 3 months, with age over 20 participated as respondents. A research framework was formulated based on the resource constraint hypothesis and the study investigated the impact of information resource(human, media and internet information source) and consumer resource(monthly income, language ability and consumer proficiency) on the levels of consumer satisfaction and life satisfaction. The results from data analysis can be summarized as follows; First, analysis of consumer problems of resident foreigners in Korea indicated that resident foreigners recognize a burden for residence cost, food expense and education fee. Most of resident foreigners in Korea are found to use small local shops most often indicating they may experience adverse market environment due to resource constraint such as language or psychological barrier, and most of the respondents answered that the most often used payment method was cash. Furthermore, resident foreigners in Korea responded that lack of language service, lack of information provision, inability to use certain goods and services are the common cause of consumer dissatisfaction, as well as price and quality problems. Second, the level of consumer satisfaction (2.96 in 4.0) is higher than the level of life satisfaction (2.63 in 4.0). Third, the level of life satisfaction is significantly influenced by Korean language ability and the level of consumer satisfaction. The level of consumer satisfaction is by the media information source usage and consumer claim experience. Fourth, the level of consumer satisfaction is found to be the variable with the strongest causal relationship with the level of life satisfaction.

The findings reveal that there is a significant correlation between factors for internal marketing components and internal customer satisfaction. The average factor score for internal customer satisfaction is 3.230 out of 5, which is a little higher than normal levels. Counting down the five factors is as follows: internal communication, education and training, delegation of authority, welfare, compensation system, with compensation system shown as the lowest level and internal communication as the highest level. In addition, the result of multiple regression analysis conducted to inspect the effect of factors for internal marketing components on internal customer satisfaction indicates that among 5 factors, delegation of authority, education and training, and welfare have positive influences on internal customer satisfaction; whereas, compensation system has little effect on it.
The study attempts to explore factors which affect life satisfaction of the elderly, and thereby to identify the most efficient strategy to enhance their happiness and satisfaction with life by means of a family support system. Previous research suggests that the family is the main origin from which emotional and ecionomic satisfacton of the aged evolves, and satisfaction is facilitated by societal assistance for the family to financially support old persons. These theoretical antecedents are incorporated into a causal model for empirical verificatio. To this end, interviews were conducted in Seoul with 300 individuals who are 60 years old or over. The major findings of this study support the theoretical assertions of previous studies. They are summarized as follows : 1. Family solidarity is highly correlated with life satisfaction of the elderly. 2. Family solidarity is raised by the intensity of their social association, satisfaction with housing, and financial resources. 3. Eduation, income and marital status as exogenous variables do not directly affect life satisfaction and family solidarity, despite their strong overall correlation. Casual effects of each variable are linked to family solidarity and then to life satisfaction through a family support system for the elderly.
Nowadays the customer is classified with external customers and the inside customers. Which are not only end users who consume products but also all people who contribute to their earnings through the management activity of the enterprise. Furthermore, the fact that the external customer satisfaction index and inside customer satisfaction index are closely related is supported by many researches. It is interpreted if the inside customer satisfaction is not improved, achievement of the external customer satisfaction cannot be easy. In this paper, First, we will deduce the inefficient index through DEA model in each department after setting up the weight of items of inside customer satisfaction and measuring them. Second, as well as research entire models about improvement methods of inside customer satisfaction getting improvement methods for reaching a goal in the minimum amount of efforts.
Many firms try to enhance the customer satisfaction, because they believe that higher customer satisfaction leads to superior returns. According to expectancy disconfirmation model, consumers judge the satisfaction in comparison with their expectations about the product performance. If the performance is above the expectations, increase in satisfaction is expected. If the performance is below the expectations, decrease in satisfaction is expected. This explanation contradicts our beliefs that higher expectation leads to consumer's choices. To address the contradiction, this paper present a unified model which combines the expectancy disconfirmation model with the well-known diffusion model. The unified model shows that the expectation can increase the choices even if the expectation decreases the satisfaction.
