  • The purpose of this study is to examine the success factor of Quality Management (QM) in the manufacturing conditions aspect of medium and small-sized sanitary enterprise. The requisite for manufacturing factors are classified into manufacturing human factors (the number of production employee, training and teaching, discuss on quality, manufacture expertness, etc.), manufacturing facility factors (coating, hardening, and molding equipment), manufacturing core component factors (temperature and viscosity, line, surface). And the indicator of quality outcomes are measured by reorder and recommendation to others.

  • 패밀리 레스토랑은 서비스 산업이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 서비스 운영자 혹은 서비스 제공자의 역할은 고객과의 접촉순간(MOT : Moment Of Truth)에 고객의 요구 및 욕구를 충족시켜 고객에게 제공하는 가치를 극대화하여 서비스 상품의 판매 향상을 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 향후 패밀리 레스토랑은 하드웨어(hard ware)측면보다 내적으로 어떤 서비스를 질적으로 나타낼 수 있느냐 하는 소프트웨어(soft ware)가 더욱 강조될 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들의 직무만족이 서비스품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구전역에 위치하고 있는 패밀리 레스토랑에 근무하는 종사원을 연구대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2004년 4월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 50일간에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 7개의 가설 가운데 4개가 유의한 것으로 검증되었다.

  • Defining the relationship between the quality of injection molded parts and the process condition is very complicate because of lots of factor are involved and each factor has a non-linearity. With the development of CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) technology, the estimation of volumetric shrinkage of injection mold parts is possible by computer simulation even though restricted application. In this research, Neural Network applied for finding optimal processing condition. The percent of volumetric shrinkage compared on each case and show neural network can be successfully applied selecting optimum condition not only within factor level but also between factor level.

높은 Q값을 갖는 저전압 능동 CMOS 인덕터 (A Low-voltage Active CMOS Inductor with High Quality Factor)

  • 본 논문에서는 Q값(Q-factor)을 증가시킬 수 있는 저전압 능동(active) CMOS 인덕터를 제안하고 설계하였다. Q값을 증가시키기 위한 방법으로 저전압 능동 CMOS 인덕터에 피드백 저항을 삽입하여 등가적인 인덕턴스와 Q값을 증가시켰다. 저전압 능동 CMOS 인덕터는 0.18um 표준 CMOS 공정으로 설계하였으며 모의실험은 애질런트사의 ADS 시뮬레이터를 이용하였다. 모의 실험결과 설계된 피드백 저항을 삽입한 저전압 능동 CMOS 인덕터는 4GHz에서 1.5nH의 인덕턴스와 최대 3000이상의 Q값을 가졌고 소비전력은 5.4mW였다.

Effect of Center Frequency Deviation in Miniaturized CMOS Bandpass Filter

  • In this letter, the effect of quality factor on center frequency deviation in miniaturized coupled line bandpass filter (BPF) with diagonally end-shorted at their opposite sides and lumped capacitors is theoretically analyzed. The miniaturized BPF of a two-stage structure with two types of quality factors in standard CMOS process was designed and manufactured at 5.5 GHz. The die area of BPF was $1.44{\times}0.41\;mm^2$. The measured center frequency of BPF with a quality factor of 4.9 was deviated from 5.5 GHz to 4.7 GHz. The one with 14.8 was shifted to 5GHz. The theoretical and measured results validate that quality factor influences the center frequency shift of BPF.

치과내원환자가 인지하는 의료서비스 품질과 고객만족, 서비스가치 및 고객충성도와의 관계분석 (The Association between Medical Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Service Value and Customer Loyalty of Dental Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal association between medical service quality, consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Medical service quality was composed of physical quality, personal quality, technical quality, procedural quality. We thought these factors affect to the consumer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. For this study, 221 dental patients in Busan and Ulsan are participated in this study. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the influencing factor in consumer satisfaction were physical quality(${\beta}$=.519), personal quality(${\beta}$=.262), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.110), adjusted $R^2$=.537. Second, the influencing factor in service value were physical quality(${\beta}$=.253), personal quality(${\beta}$=.251), technical quality(${\beta}$=.210), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.136), adjusted $R^2$=.401. Third, the influencing factor in customer loyalty were personal quality(${\beta}$=.343), physical quality(${\beta}$=.302), procedural quality(${\beta}$=.148), adjusted $R^2$=.398. As dental patients' desire to medical service quality becomes diversified, the analysis result is considered to help the future dental service management.

서비스 품질 측정 개선에 대한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Service Quality Measurement)

  • 서비스품질 연구는 서비스학의 주요주제로서 오랜 기간 다수의 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구는 서비스품질 측정 요소를 개선하기 위한 탐색적 연구로서 서비스본질 특성인 관계성, 쌍방향성, 수평성, 조화성 등을 반영하여 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 그동안 개발된 서비스 품질 측정요소 중에서 환경적 품질, 결과 품질, 편의성 품질 등 주요 요소를 고려하여 본 연구 모형을 재구성하였고, 관계성과 쌍방향성을 상호작용품질로 통칭하는 품질요소를 재설계하였다. 설계된 서비스품질요소는 상호작용품질, 결과품질, 환경품질, 편의성품질, 조화성품질, 수평성품질 6개로 구성 하였으며, 6개 품질요소에 대해 전문가그룹 평가를 수행하여 18개의 측정항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 18개 측정항목의 타당성 검증을 위해 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문분석 결과, 서비스 품질 측정 요소는 18항목 중에 6요인 15항목이 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시된 서비스 품질 측정을 위한 여섯 개의 요소는 초기단계의 연구 결과이지만, 향후 서비스품질 요소 개선에 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 서비스경제에 부합하는 서비스 특성을 반영하였음에 의의가 있다. 특히 수평성품질과 조화성품질 요소는 기존 연구에서 언급되지 않은 새로운 요소로서 향후 세부 연구수행을 통한 검증이 필요하다. 서비스의 본질과 신서비스의 특징을 반영하여 서비스 품질 측정요소를 개선하는 후속 연구가 필요하다.

Asymmetric Impact of IS Quality on User Satisfaction: Development of Resource Allocation Strategy of e-Government in Agriculture

  • Information System (IS) Success Model proposed by DeLone and McLean is applied as a successful operation tool of information system, with its basic assumption of symmetric relationship between independent variables and dependent variables of the structural equation modeling. However, because previous studies have proved asymmetry of quality factors' influence structure on dependent variable by applying three-factor analysis, this study examined asymmetry of impact structure of quality factors introduced in IS Success Model on user satisfaction. Also the study applies structure equation modeling (SEM), three-factor analysis and importance and performance analysis (IPA) to develop resource allocation strategy for IS success. The study is able to provide IS practitioners with strategic implications for allocating and managing limited resources more effectively.

Overtourism in Jeju Island: The Influencing Factors and Mediating Role of Quality of Life

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how the problems caused by overtourism affect the quality of life of Jeju residents and their perceptions of the overtourism phenomenon by exploring related factors for future policy implications. In the research model, each independent factor related to tourists affects the quality of life of residents, and the mediation variable (QoL) ultimately agrees with overtourism. This study uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which is less influenced by the sample size. The research is based on 360 questionnaires. The test results showed that cultural factors affected the QoL statistically at 1% significance level, and economic factors were significant at 5%. The quality of life variable affects the agreement of overtourism (p-value 1% significance level). An indirect effect analysis on whether each independent factor affects the overtourism factor through the parameter of the QoL of the residents showed that the cultural factor at 5% level statistically affected it, and economic factors were significant at 10%. In conclusion, we recommend implementing both economic and cultural factors to reduce the negative perception of overtourism for the policy planning. Further research in multiple aspects should be continued to overcome the vulnerability of the Island destination tourism.

부하 변동에 의한 전압불평형율의 특성 해석 (Analysis on the Characteristics of Voltage Unbalance Factor by Load Variations)

  • Most of the loads in industrial power distribution systems are balanced and connected to three power systems. However, in the user power distribution systems, most of the loads are single & three phase and unbalanced, generating voltage unbalance. Voltage unbalance factor is mainly affected by load system rather than stable power system. Unbalanced voltage will draw a highly unbalanced current. As a result, the three-phase currents may differ considerably, thus resulting in an increased temperature rise in the machine. This paper presents a scheme on the characteristics of voltage and current unbalance factor under the load variation at the three phase 4-wire system. Load unbalance factor is measured by the power quality measurement apparatus and compared by the current unbalance factor. Two methods are indicated similar results. The voltage unbalance factor of the three-phase 4-wire system is approved by the field measurement. Each phase has an impedance each other by the unbalanced operation pattern and give rise to voltage unbalance.
