The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in work autonomy of content industry workers using Korea Working Conditions Survey(2010, 2014) and difference-differences estimation method. The results find that there was no significant change in the work autonomy (work order, work method, work speed) of the content industry worker in In the overall sample. On the other hand, analyzing the sample of 30 or more employee establishment size shows that work autonomy of the content industry worker is greatly reduced. Also, work autonomy is high when the rank or capability is high, whereas work autonomy decreases when the establishment size is large. This study implies that the content industry workers have shown quantitatively the reduction of work autonomy. It also suggests that compensation and management systems are needed to enhance the competitiveness of the content industry.

This study analyzed to provide information for business improvement by analyzing the management efficiency of start-up investment companies so that startup investment companies can operate efficiently and by presenting information on inefficient factors. From 2014 to 2018, 83 start-up investment companies were analyzed using the DEA model. Input variables were he number of employees, capital, and output variables were selected for start-up investment assets, operating income, and net profit. As a result of the analysis, technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency showed a pattern with an increase in average, but scale efficiency repeatedly increased and decreased. It is believed that the decline in technology efficiency was due to the decrease in pure technology efficiency, and the inefficiency of start-up investment companies seems to have influenced the inefficiency of start-up investment companies rather than the inefficiency of scale. In addition, the size revenue shows that the DRS value is gradually decreasing, and the IRS value is generally increasing. It is believed that efficiency can be improved if operational inefficiency is improved based on the results and efficiency measures are established through scale expansion.

The process of obtaining scientific knowledge is conducted through research. Researchers deal with the uncertainty of science and establish certainty of scientific knowledge. In other words, in order to obtain scientific knowledge, uncertainty is an essential step that must be performed. The existing studies were predominantly performed through a hedging study of linguistic approaches and constructed corpus with uncertainty word manually in computational linguistics. They have only been able to identify characteristics of uncertainty in a particular research field based on the simple frequency. Therefore, in this study, we examine pattern of scientific knowledge based on uncertainty word according to the passage of time in biomedical literature where biomedical claims in sentences play an important role. For this purpose, biomedical propositions are analyzed based on semantic predications provided by UMLS and DMR topic modeling which is useful method to identify patterns in disciplines is applied to understand the trend of entity based topic with uncertainty. As time goes by, the development of research has been confirmed that uncertainty in scientific knowledge is moving toward a decreasing pattern.

Bitcoin prices have been soaring recently as investors flock to cryptocurrency exchanges. The purpose of this study is to predict the Bitcoin price using a deep learning model and analyze whether Bitcoin is profitable through investment strategy. LSTM is utilized as Bitcoin prediction model with nonlinearity and long-term memory and the profitability of MA cross-over strategy with predicted prices as input variables is analyzed. Investment performance of Bitcoin strategy using LSTM forecast prices from 2013 to 2021 showed return improvement of 5.5% and 46% more than market price MA cross-over strategy and benchmark Buy & Hold strategy, respectively. The results of this study, which expanded to recent data, supported the inefficiency of the cryptocurrency market, as did previous studies, and showed the feasibility of using the deep learning model for Bitcoin investors. In future research, it is necessary to develop optimal prediction models and improve the profitability of Bitcoin investment strategies through performance comparison of various deep learning models.

The objective of this study is to verify effects of employees' cognition of their job characteristics in production department of manufacturing companies on production performance and also to verify the moderating effect of the characteristics of managerial accounting information in the relationship between job characteristics and productivity. To achieve this purpose, this study divides the factors of job characteristics into task diversity, task significance, autonomy, and task identity and production performance into flexibility, time, and quality. The results of this study are as follows. First, There is a significant relationship between job characteristics and production performance according to employees' cognition of their job characteristics. Second, There is a significant relationship between job characteristics and production performance according to the characteristics of managerial accounting information.

The mission of public library is to contribute to local society's growth and improve local residents' quality of life by satisfying local residents' desire on information use, cultural activities, lifelong education, etc, and providing more convenient and equal access. This study is a research that deducted BSC-based public library performance indicator model composed of 12 critical success factors, 36 key performance indicators under four perspectives of learning and growth perspective, internal process perspective, resources perspective, and user perspective, estimated relative weights of deducted the performance indicator model on librarians of public libraries to analyze what performance indicator is important for accomplishing public library's mission and promoting performance.

With the increasing popularity of computer games as a leisure activity, there has been a rise in the interest in the effectiveness of serious games. Many of the earlier researches are focused on evaluation of effects, types, developments of serious games, whereas little is known about the after effects of serious games. The aim of this paper is to examine the previous literatures on serious games in regard to their impacts and outcomes of gaming for the purpose of empirical evidence as impacts and outcomes are needed for exploratory study of variable outcomes of educational serious games. It is worth noting that current review would be used as an outcome indicator for verifying the after effects of both cognitive and educational after the usage of these educational serious games.

Since legalization of performance management system in Korea Government, it has been very diffused throughout in Local Governments. So it is needed check about acceptance of performance management system. The aim of this paper is to find application for policy and draw up improving the system after analyzing cause of acceptance of performance management system. In summary, it is empirically proven that fair institution, education program and sympathy among employee are needed. Moreover, improving suitable evaluation system for organizational culture and developing manual for drawing KPI are properly required. This study is targeted at chinese market about internet companies in chinese consumers character. According to the consumers characteristics, we want to see that the performance of internet companies of the empirical analysis. As a result, consumer awareness of internet companies, accessibility on connect line, and enhance the stability of deal to get significant results, respectively. These results show that the internet company needs to several factors for the enhance of performance in chinese market through its brand building, expansion of the server, the stability of the payment system, and education and training of human resources. The reason why NCS education is conducted in college is because students are expected to improve their skills through practical education. In addition, NCS education is expected to have a positive impact on job competence and competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to explain the necessity of NCS education, and to analyze whether the education transition and practical performance are manifested. For this purpose, the research model was composed of "NCS Education ${\Rightarrow}$ Educational Transition ${\Rightarrow}$ Practical Results" and surveyed about 300 college students in the metropolitan area. If NCS education is necessary in practice, colleges and other educational institutions should plan to make NCS education operate efficiently. As a analysis result, it was confirmed that the internal consistency was secured and both the intensive validity & discriminant validity were confirmed in the validity. As a result of using the structural equation model, this research model was found to be suitable. As a result of the hypothesis test, it is analyzed that the standardization coefficient of the research hypothesis is above the appropriate level and the correlation is highly formed.
