This study is an analysis on the needs assessment of school library facilities in Korea. After exploring KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners, the needs assessment tool of school library facilities was proposed in the previous study. The tool contains 10 major properties on school library facilities. This study gathered data from 507 students and 134 teacher librarians. The result of analysis is as follows: Students and teacher librarians evaluated the importance of library facilities more highly than the current level of facilities. Collection access, convenience and space are revealed more important properties to students and good environment, expandability, collection access are more important to teacher librarians among the properties.

Fatigue test is an essential procedure in the dynamic structure design. It is performed to confirm that the structure should safety the required life. In this study, fatigue life for 750㎾ class horizontal axis wind turbine composite blade was investigated. Required fatigue stress was calculated by fan Bond's empirical equation and S-N linear damage method. Fatigue load for FEM analysis was calculated using load spectrum through experiments and Spera's method. Service fatigue stress was obtained by FEM with the calculated fatigue load. From comparison of the fatigue stresses, fatigue life over 20 years was confirmed.

Expenses in the form of personnel expenses in the past, in modern times, machine guards to gradually transition has been. This is because the machine guard is more efficient than personnel expenses. But due to false alarms, despite the high expectations of the effects of electronic security in the operation of the electronic security system due to factors that hinder the development of machine guards growth slows. Defect removal aspects of this paper, using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) techniques to study the operation of electronic security systems and its importance in the development of machine guards, look at how high the technical aspects of electronic security systems composite type of malfunction to minimize crime sensor are presented.

Along with the enlargement of application scope, the growth of requirements complexity, and the fast development of product for embedded system, lots of industries developing embedded software try to evolve their traditional development environment into the new paradigm such as product line engineering approach. In order to sufficiently support the evolution, software architecture is essentially required to develop the embedded software. In this paper, we propose a tool, named TToSA which translates the conventional software models to software architecture models. Our TToSA is developed with the critical implication about that an industry can approach toward the new development paradigm without the big change of the existing software development method.

In the multimedia age, the development of Internet/Intranet circumstances makes Required Traffic per user be gradually larger. And the more demand getting many pieces of information quickly increases, the more required the rapid network is as a necessary consequence. This is why we need the advanced Ethernet. Gigabit Ethernet has many advantages in many respects. For example, it increases the capacity of network and makes network highly efficient in the existing Ethernet circumstance. Thus, Gigabit Ethernet becomes a counterproposal that can resolve Required Traffic per internet user. Present study inquires the concepts and the characteristics connected with Gigabit Ethernet Technology and analyses the Link efficiency with a hypothetical modeling.

An OLAP system is the decision support tool with which a user can analyze the information interactively in the various aspects. However, the traditional existing construction of an OLAP system has the inefficiency problem of increasing the time and cost caused by the frequent changes of the users requirements. In this paper, we analyse existing construction procedure of OLAP systems and propose a prototyping OLAP View based on the star schema which can help and guide the designer In supporting efficiently of users requirements. Through an implementation of S shopping mall using the OLAP View, we show that our proposal is able to support OLAP construction strategy and provide accurate understanding of data resources. With an OLAP View, we can reduce the required time and cost of implementing OLAP system.

As drones are widely used, attack attempts using drone vulnerabilities are increasing, and drone security is growing in importance. This paper derives security requirements for reconnaissance drone delivered to government office through threat modeling. Threats are analyzed by the data flow of the drone and collecting possible vulnerabilities. Attack tree is built by analyzed threats. The security requirements were derived from the attack tree and compared with the security requirements suggested by national organizations. Utilizing the security requirements derived from this paper will help in the development and evaluation of secure drones.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the 7 principles of ISO 30300 and the requirements of ISO 30301 to provide the conceptual frame of MSR for various organizations providing a comprehensive understanding of the standard series. To achieve the aim of this study, we analyzed the relationship between 'ISO/FDIS 30300 MSR-Fundamentals and Vocabulary' and 'ISO/FDIS 30301 MSR- Requirements' using the Matrix Diagram approach. The results show that there exist some level of relationships between principles and requirement either directly or indirectly, however, 'Process approach' principle seems the closest relationship among them.

User's requirements are rapidly diversed by economic and social changes. Architect, however, doesn't well reflect user's required performance on the drawings in practical business, so that it causes many change orders. For this reason, this paper identified user's requirements through extensive literature review and convert users' requirements into the performance items in order to measure the weight through the survey from users and experts. The purpose of this paper is to provide a guidance for design through the comparing and analyzing the user's weight and expert's weight.

Recently, the transmission amount of information that each single person requires is growing by development of electron information communication technology. So in this paper we analysis the phase noise characteristics to obtain a most suitable of SNR performance request characteristic by BER on CATV transmission system that satisfy performance request DOCSIS 2.0 standard. Especially we get the parameter value of PLL that satisfy phase noise characteristic request standard using developed simulator. Presented method can be used to obtain a performance request standard connection performance request standard of high speed CATV transmission system in the future.
