신경회로망을 이용한 IPMSM 드라이브의 자기동조 PI 제어기 (Self Tunning PI Controller of IPMSM Drive using Neural Network)

  • This paper presents self tuning PI controller of IPMSM drive using neural network. Self tuning PI controller is developed to minimize overshoot, rise time and settling time following sudden parameter changes such as speed, load torque and inertia. Also, this paper is proposed speed control of IPMSM using neural network and estimation of speed using artificial neural network(ANN) controller. The results on a speed controller of IPMSM are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed gain tuner. And this controller is better than the fixed gains one in terms of robustness, even under great variations of operating conditions and load disturbance.

  • IPMSM (Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) is widely used in many applications such as an electric vehicle, compressor drives of air conditioner and machine tool spindle drives. In order to maximize the efficiency in such applications, this paper is proposed the optimal control method of the armature current. The controllable electrical loss which consists of the copper loss and the iron loss can be minimized by the optimal control of the armature current. The minimization of loss is possible to realize efficiency optimization control for the proposed IPMSM. The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM drive system, the operating characteristics controlled by efficiency optimization control are examined in detail by simulation.

  • Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM) has become a popular choice in electric vehicle applications, due to their excellent power to weight ratio. In order to maximize the efficiency in such applications, this paper proposes the Adaptive-FNIS(Fuzzy Neural Network Inference System). The controllable electrical loss which consists of the copper loss and the iron loss can be minimized by the optimal d-axis current $i_d$. This paper considers the parameter variation about the motor operation. The operating characteristics controlled by efficiency optimization control are examined in detail.

  • This paper is proposed an efficiency optimization control algorithm for IPMSM which minimizes the copper and iron losses. The design of the speed controller based on adaptive fuzzy teaming control-fuzzy neural networks(AFLC-FNN) controller that is implemented using adaptive, fuzzy control and neural networks. The control performance of the AFLC-FNN controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. Analysis results are presented to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • This paper proposes maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro controller and artificial neural network(ANN). The hybrid combination of neural network and fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. This paper proposes the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro and ANN controller.

  • 비례-적분(PI) 제어기 출력이 포화되었을 때, 와인드업(windup) 현상이 나타나게 되는데 이것은 큰 오버슈트 및 느린 응답 특성으로 이어지게 되어 제어기의 성능 저하를 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 새로운 방식의 Anti-windup PI제어기를 이용하여 IPMSM 구동에 있어 오버슈트 및 정착 시간 단축과 같은 제어 성능이 개선되었음을 보여준다.

  • This paper combines the adaption of MRAS with the ability of NN for better modeling of nonlinear systen It presents an MRAS using an NN in the adaption mechanism. The technique is applied to a IPMSM drive. The torque constant and stator resistance variations on the speed and position estimations over a wide speed range has been studied. The NN estimators are able to track the varying parameter of different speeds with consistent performance. The validity of the proposed estimator is confirmed by the operating characteristics controlled by neural networks control.

  • This Paper proposes Dual-PI controller for high performance control of IPMSM drive. Input of traditional PI control used speed error, but Dual-PI controller used two input speed error, current error and output is output is f-axis current.   • This paper presents hybrid artificial intelligent(HAI) controller based on the vector controlled IPMSM drive system. And it is based on artificial technologies that adaptive neural network fuzzy(A-NNF) is to speed control and artificial neural network(ANN) is to speed estimation. The salient feature of this technique is the HAI controller The hybrid action tolerates any inaccuracies in the fuzzy logic assignment rules or in the neural network stationary weights. Speed estimators using feedforward multilayer and artificial neural network(ANN) are compared. The back-propagation algorithm is easy to derived the estimated speed tracks precisely the actual motor speed. This paper presents the theoretical analysis as well as the simulation results to verify the effectiveness of the new hybrid intelligent control.
