The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing plan to improve and promote screen baseball utilization, applying Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) incorporating marketing mix 4Cs; Customer value, Convenience, Cost, and Communication. A convenience sample was made up of 267 users in screen baseball clubs located in metropolitan area. Evidence on validity and reliability of the data was obtained through exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency analysis. Frequency analysis and paired sample t-test for the difference verification of IPA were conducted also in SPSS version 21.0 with .05 of significance level. The main results of the study were as follows. First, there were partially significant differences between importance and satisfaction regarding the sub-categories of Customer value and Convenience. Second, there were all significant differences between importance and satisfaction regarding the sub-categories of Cost and Communication. Third, as the results regarding IPA, quadrant I indicating 'Keep up Good Work' included healthy use of leisure time, improvement of self-achievement, accessibility, communication between service user and provider, etc. Fourth, quadrant II indicating 'Concentrate Here' included diversification of screen baseball program, cost regarding facility use, etc. Fifth, quadrant III indicating 'Low Priority' included interpersonal relationship, subsidiary facilities, cost of food and beverage, etc. Lastly, quadrant IV indicating 'Possible Overkill' included improvement of physical health and life satisfaction and rules and procedures of screen baseball.

The effective control of cost overrun is a crucial issue for construction companies to secure profitability. Especially in situations where cost pressures are significant due to factors such as rising raw material prices and increased financial costs due to high-interest rate policies, cost overruns resulting from project failures have a highly detrimental impact on the profitability of construction firms. The objective of this study is to analyze the current status of cost overrun control measures adopted by construction companies using the IPA technique and provide key characteristics and implications. The IPA analysis results showed that practitioners in general contractors exhibit a high level of interest and effort regarding cost overrun while the performance level is relatively low. Nevertheless, the measures considered important to control cost overruns generally show a high tendency for execution as well. Cost overrun control measures that show high importance but low execution are primarily related to collaboration and communication sectors. To effectively control cost overruns, enhancing collaboration and communication with construction supervisors/CM, headquarters, and regulatory authorities emerged as the most urgent need. Through this study, the current status and areas for improvement regarding cost overrun control measures in general contractors can be identified. This can be valuable for deriving directions and enhancements for future cost overrun control strategy development.

This study assesses Incheon Metropolitan City's potential as a global logistics hub amid intensified competition since the 2000s. Utilizing Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), it evaluates competitive factors for logistics hub cities and Incheon's current positioning. The research identifies world-class infrastructure development and global city connectivity as key competitiveness factors. While Incheon, with its international airport and port, currently functions as a logistics hub, areas for improvement emerge. Recommendations include developing specialized cargo infrastructure for cold-chain and e-commerce, expanding the global network through multimodal transportation, and addressing gaps in smart and eco-friendly logistics. These suggestions encompass professional training, information platform establishment, and sector-wide decarbonization initiatives. The study's significance lies in its IPA-driven evaluation of competitiveness factors and Incheon's status, providing actionable recommendations for strategic planning to enhance the city's position as a global logistics hub.

본 연구는 연예 매니지먼트사가 안정적인 기반을 구축하고 전근대적인 문제점에서 벗어나 지속적인 발전을 하도록 중요도-실행도 분석을 하였다. 설문 문항은 선행연구와 FGI를 바탕으로 30개의 문항을 구성하였다. 실증조사를 분석한 결과, IPA 매트릭스 분석 결과 '6.연예인의 현 소속사와의 재계약', '7.매니저의 전문화(Part별 담당)', '11.매니저의 복지문제', '13.매니저의 직업윤리 확립', '20.매니지먼트사의 외부 투자유치', '22.매니지먼트사의 부가사업', '24.연예인의 회사에 대한 소속감'이 집중면에 속해서 있어서 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

1. 서론 : 투과증발이란 비다공성 고분자막을 이용하여 수착, 확산, 및 증발기구를 통해 액체혼합물을 분리하는 기술이다. 따라서 투과증발의 분리효율은 고분자막의 종류 및 형태의 다양성뿐만 아니라 여러 단계의 기구 특성에 의해 결정된다. 일반저긍로 투과증발막의 성능은 분리하고자 하는 물질에 대한 선택도와 투과도로서 나타날 수 있다. (중략) 본 연구에서는 Poly(dimethylsiloxane)과 세라믹 지지체의 복합막을 이용하여 IPA(Isopropanol)/물 계에서의 여러 조업변수에 따른 IPA의 분리특성을 연구하였다.

In this paper, by using perturbation analysis method, We find the sensitivity of the mean busy cycle with respect to means interrival time in M/M/1 Queue. We show that the Perturbation analysis estimate can be expressed as a sum of the infinitesimal perturbation analysis (IPA) estimate and the effect caused by changes in transition probabilities, thus explaining why IPA estimates are not consistent in general.
